Drive up pick up at Target is a fabulous service. The phone ahead notification ensures your order is brought to your car within moments of arrival. Those who bring the order out are polite. And best yet Ive not had any missing or incorrect items. Glad they offer this service and I highly recommend trying it.

Friday I waited an hour in line to checkout, saturday I waited a half hour in line to checkout, both times there were plenty of staff standing around doing nothing and both times I only had two items. It would have been faster for me to drive to literally any other target in the area. This has got to reflect the management here, there are not any other targets that I go to that have this problem.

I love target. It is always so nice and clean. The carts ride smooth. I love their selection of clothes compared to their competitors. The employees are always welcomung and friendly.

I went to target to buy some Pokémon cards I picked up a Calyrex box I got home opened it and I came to find the packs were already open I looked through the cards and the reverse and rares were taken out of every pack really not happy.

Everything was prompt, organized, and left on a safe space.

The store does not require customers practice safe COVID-19 practices, and does not enforce the NYS Health law regarding mask requirements. The store was also crowded.I did not feel safe doing order pickup in store. Numerous customers were wither not wearing masks or were wearing them below their noses. Staff told me security is not allowed (per Corporate) to make customers follow the mask law and they are not allowed to escort out customers who refuse to wear a mask. Corporate representatives later told me that is not corporate policy.

Ordered online, was easy to pick up, friendly associates, fast service, great black Friday deals on now too. Overall great experience.

I went to return something that I purchased online, not sold in stores. Roger, was his name. Idk if he was a manager - if he’s not he should be. He was super patient as he was trying to assist me on this return. It was giving us a problem. He never got aggravated or short with me and tried to do everything he could to help. I had to return it via ups but that wasn’t his fault. Thank you Roger.

The gentleman, that assisted me, at the package pick-up area, was very nice. After retrieving my items, he took a coupe minutes to explain how to use the Target Cartwheel app. He was very helpful, which is always nice, but especially during this busy season.

After seeing an item I have been looking for all over, online, available at a target about 100 miles from me I took a chance and drove out there since they said they had various stock available in store. I get there only to find that they had ZERO of what was said was available online in the store and none of the other items they said was in stock or limited stock. This is very disappointing. I spoke to customer service rep who said that it happens that count isnt very accurate, it could be that its coming in the next couple of days, come back and check then I drove over 100 miles since you said you had it. So either someone on the staff is hiding product from the customers for their own gain or something fishy is going on here.

This is the best Target! Everyone is super friendly, and like most Targets it’s clean. The Target staff are all a great team here. The cashier, Wendy, is always nice. The staff note when the lines get longer, and will always make calls for more staff, which makes for a far better experience than most stores.

Associate, Felix, was right there when I needed him. I was car seat shopping and couldnt find my selection on the shelf. He approached me and asked to assist me. He researched the availability, and promptly retrieved my choice, from the back! Thank you, thank you, Felix!

2 registers open on a busy weekend afternoon, come on. What looked like a manger kept telling me to go to self checkout. Im not a cashier, Im not getting paid to be a cashier and Im not trying to make job positions obsolete so I waited in line. Management should have hopped on a register but I guess thats beneath him.

Love this Target store always great staff more then happy to help customers when needed. They also have a Starbucks in their store for Starbucks lovers. Always a nice visit when I go.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. The store is always clean.

Nice selection of products. Employees can be helpful but will walk right in front of you, cut you off as they walk past you. Only if you ask directly for help, will they acknowledge you.

Decent location compared to the rest of central ave/state street however staff is usually unhelpful. Standing in line like everybody else for Black Friday shopping and I was ignored because I was the last in line. Okay? Store is usually not stocked well and items are found in random locations. Go to the colonie one way better staff and inventory.

I love Targets emphasis on social responsibility, ethics, and sustainable practices. They also have a wonderful selection of products. Target is a company that everyone should support!

One level accessible store. It has clothing. Health and beauty as well as food. It is always clean.

The last few times I have been in Mohawk Commons Target, I realized that the ladies clothing Dept is very small; small selection of clothing. You need to add more clothes to ladies section. To honest with you; every time I go there I come out w/ nothing!!! Also the shoe Dept was a mess w/ shoes all over and mixed up, along w/ clothing. Poor help or management

This store has the best customer service!!! After 30 years of running stores myself, I shop this store at least once a week. Always out fast, Zero hassle return policy. Was embarrassed to return moldy cheese I had just bought, but they never asked a question, just did it. I’m a person that never returns anything, but happened to be going there to shop so I brought it along. Forget about Price Chopper, Walmart and Shoprite, This Target crushes them all.

I had to return a lamp today, instead of moving into my new house. Target did nothing to compensate my horrible experience. Customer service barely acknowledged me.

I must admit this store has got options! I always use my cartwheel app and try to utilize coupons for extra savings. I love their HBA options, so ample. I must admit they have an easy layout compared to other Targets because I was able to find everything I needed without backtracking. If I had one criticism, Id really wish there were more dry food options. But Ill be back as the cartwheel app caters to my savings needs.On this visit, the cashier was under a lot of pressure to remove a security device with the customer in front of me and he handled the situation splendidly, even after the customer asked him to just cut it with scissors (Which I almost laughed at). And nearby a customer was carrying a picture she had just purchased when it just fell out of its frame and flat onto the floor. A supervisor quickly assisted the now distraught customer promptly.Perk of this visit: The entire store smelled like fresh pizza.

I love the look/layout of the newly renovated Target in Niskayuna. My only complaint is that they have added another row on the display shelves which can make it impossible for the vertically challenged among us to purchase those items.

I was in here today and it was during a busy time. When I went to checkout, there were only two registers open with long lines. Having two registers open is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. There was a staff member walking around looking at the long lines and did nothing. He never once called for additional cashiers. This Target has been going downhill for a while.

Poor customer service. No one can’t even help you out for a pickup order because they have issues with their scan or they rather ignore you and walk away.

Clean store with very friendly staff. Cafe seems to be open randomly. This target has the same problem as others, if not worse, on putting out stock thats in the back of in boxes in the aisles. The Colonie target is usually better if you are looking for something recently released.

Our usual Target. Weve used this pharmacy for years. It was better before it became CVS but its still great because of the Pharmacist Art. If he leaves we leave. The store sells most of what we need for homegoods. We dont typically buy clothing here. Their milk products tend to be spoiled or near expiration due to low turnover. Yogurt is ok because it sells like crazy (great prices). Small produce selection. Gotta use the Red card + Cartwheels to get amazing deals!

The pharmacy is outstanding. Groceries are overpriced. Clothes selection leaves a lot to be desired.

There were some line delays while a cashier was resolving technical issues, and the selection of herbal teas was a but disappointing. Also, the electronics section lacks power-user level computer parts(video cards, CPUs, motherboards, etc).
