This place was fantastic, me not knowing much about cars, was able to get high end and low end price for tires with no problems, and the staff were reasonably personable and very helpful.

Went there on my lunch break from work for a tire repair today. Both gentleman At the front desk were very friendly. They put the fixed tire back on in replacement of the donut I had and it’s perfect. I’m on call this weekend and needed this fixed before my weekend call. Friendly service and even within the time of my lunch break. Thank you so so much, I’ve been here once before and will come back again. Great service

The steering wheel on my car was shaking and it turned out I needed 2 new tires in the front. Not only did Mike the shop manager give me a great deal on the tires but in order for me to have my car back by the end of the day, they had a driver drive to a different store to get me the tire I needed. Phenomenal customer service. Mike will take great care of you!

Very disappointed, items missing out of my car. Mechanic lied about items in my car to my face, and they did nothing but disparag me, Im wrong, I dont know what I had in my own effing car.

Great everything!!!! We blew a tire on our 1986 Chevy camper/van. Luckily we had a spare to get us a few more miles off the thruway. Every tire shop I called could not help but warrens put me on hold and made a few dozen calls themselves to get me a tire. Excellent customer service. Above and beyond 5 little stars.

Timely and professional service from this outfit. We have used the 712 State Street Warren Tire going back to 1987 (when they were Family Tire), and continuing after their transition to Warren all the way through 7 different cars weve owned. Never had a problem with their maintenance and/or repairs. Theyve kept our cars safe and in tip-top shape.

The worst service I have ever seen from any service center. They offer some discounts on the service but when we actually go for their service, they would add some additional problems(probably created by them) and add additional cost.So I strongly recommend anyone to not to go to them by believing their discounts and coupons as they are just for attracting people. For sure you will be ending up paying with lot of additional unneccessary costs.
