Great store. Great friendly staff. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. They take time to make sure you are getting what is need in a timely manner and great price. The workers tend to go above and beyond in many situations. This auto store has plenty of parking, great selection, and is located along the bus line.

Just got off of the phone with one of their staff,they need to hire more of those that have better social skills,only reason Im even going there now,stems from them simply having what I need,I will be taking my business to other establishments in the very near future

We were driving up from Arkansas and our wheel bearing went. We found the nearest Autozone and was expecting to be back on the road within an our. Well, things were siezed up and the store manager came out periodically to help us! He was our saving grace and we are very happy he was working this day!!!!

The general automotive knowledge base with the employees is real hit or miss at this location. Am I the only one expecting that if you work in an automotive store you should have some general knowledge about car care/maintenance, or at the very least an idea of what the MAIN parts of the engine, steering, brakes and electrical are and/or the location or general vicinity in which theyre located? After all a store name this is considered a part of the SPECIALTY services industry, not that of the general merchandise! Or perhaps Im asking TOO much?! Other than this the store usually has most parts in stock which is helpful!

Order an item. They received it. But never called me. When i finally got it. It was the wrong one. Order another one. And got it the next day. To find out. They order the same item twice. Instead of ordering a left and a right. They ordered 2 lefts.. 😡😡😡

Fabian is such a nice man!! I went into AutoZone looking for advice about which spark plus to purchase for my car. He was so personable and professional. Went for a part for my car. It was not in stock, one day later got a phone call from the store and it was there. Fast and efficient. Staff was a mix of both men and women. Love to see females in an environment that traditionally was just male counter workers. The women were just a knowledgeable as the guys. Wonderful!!

Commercial pro sales department needs new Manager, Shockingly poor attitude, Zero customer service skills and Has a very limited knowledge with all things automotive when challenged. I cant understand how this man has made it so far..definitely hurting your commercial sales

Had to have my SUV coded.The guy came out and did it within a couple minutes. He was pleasant and greeted you with a smile. I was able to find out out what the issues with my vehicle could be. I would go back again

If you want to fix your car, go someplace that knows cars and the parts that go on them. High prices...which is odd because all they sell is oil and windshield wipers.

All the parts you need at a good price

Mike, Fabian, Andy, & Bill have gone up n beyond any nornal expectation of customer service. Personally having the fortunate experience of Fabian or Mike on multiple occasions either assisting with the repair or verbally /visually assisting my needs for the repair. Their is never a short of time, theyve left me hanging not sure. Fabian has spent time in the rain and/ or cold dealing with my car. Mike too has never scared of the weather. Bill and Andy are always their to assist with the direction of Mike or Fabian and never hear a no or attitude. My car keeps me working to feed my family. Without these guys their would have been the short paychecks, and hungry kids. I cannot express my gratitude and thanks enough. Thank you, State st Auto Zone from my family and me!!!!!

I called in to ask about a part, the person I spoke to asked all the right questions to insure I got the part that was right for my vehicle,what impressed me is that I didnt feel as though I was being rushed or a bother to the associate who was helping me. He aslo gave me all the information I needed with pricing as far as with or with out core. When I got to the store I was impressed with how clean it was and the atmosphere was electrifing. The clerks were friendly, they helped each other and the place was well staffed. The clerk found my parts quickly and checked out.

Has a lot of great automotive items and prices are fair but cheaper elsewhere of you really look such as Walmart. Staff is helpful too.

He is always wonderful!! Ihave a 2001 kia Rio with 91385 miles on it. It always has something wrong.. Today. I came to have the battery tested. I needed three jumps in the last30 hours and I walked in waited my turn. Fabiaremembers me and said . I remember your car. It has the low milage to me that is an outstanding employee!!! I will always cone back in usually broke but I have a someone over my shoulder.b therefore it is my privledge to give Fabian the highest recommendation possible..
