Avoid this location.They don’t “believe” (real quote from worker) people with medical exemptions. If a woman looks healthy you never know what health issues she has or what she has been through. Disgusting. It’s not the Cook county rules, you lost your humanity.At least thanks for serving me “first and last time”(quote).There are other great UPS locations out there in the area. This one was on the way of our errands, first time there and last time for sure.

The two young gentlemen that were there are very polite and helpful. Ive been to other ups stores and the older probably cheep,lazy owners that run those sites, wouldnt help me at all. I got the sense it was cause of my race. But thanks to the two guys at this store for their help.

Terrible service...Purchased insurance on a package that UPS lost around May 24--and the store is not helping me. UPS corporate says it has been settled and I need to work with the store. Store gives me a million excuses and says that the owner is working on it. I believe this to be a independent UPS store....I will never go here again. THIS IS THE WORST STORE..The post office is better or just use FEDEX

Worst customer service ever experienced. They guy there didnt want to help. Also, he charged me for an envelope even though its free showed online. The receipt says other taxable for the charge. That means they are charging randomly. Dont ever go to this store if possible.

Worst Customer Service Experience. The staff was not professional and they did not even wanted to help with printing a label. I was there around 6.45pm and they already shut down the printers and said the network is down and they cannot help me with printing a label. I have been to other UPS stores and always they helped and printed the labels. I was looking at the Reviews and I think this store management is worst. Hope they take this business and customers seriously.

This place is a joke! Cant use company account because they cant find it in the system, even though I use it ALL THE TIME. they just want you to pay out of your pocket. Go with your parcels somewhere else

I go out of my way to go to this store. The staff is fantastic and quick. I was a bit nervous my first time coming because it was days after we could go to stores. I was a bit panicked and overwhelmed figure out returns. The kind gentleman said it’s ok he is here to help. So since then I go here for all my returns and printing. Never have had an issue.

Mike was super helpful and friendly. I had to ship a box to my daughter at college and Mike helped me save money and explained the tracking process. We spent a few extra minutes talking about kids in college, but I mostly appreciate the cost savings and the ease of mailing my package. Keep up the good work Mike!! This is what customer service should look like. I would definitely go back to this location.

I dont know what Id do without this store. Never had a bad experience. Sometimes Im shipping daily or take a break for a while only to return to the same helpful people. It can get busy at times, so if you are in a hurry be understanding, its a small store. I hear people complain about prices... Just go to UPS tracking site and open up a shipping account... it costs you nothing and you get a deep discount on shipping. What a Great service/business.

Snide owner who charged $4.50 for a 16x10x8 Box, $3.20 for less than 1/4 of the box to be filled with packing peanuts, and an additional $1.50 charge for tape. Do not use unless you have your own items packaged up.. but even then, the service is incredibly subpar.

I have dropped off boxes there on numerous occasions and either they are not giving the paperwork to the ups driver or the driver is not handing in the paperwork when he gets back to the ups facility. we do 3rd party billing on some shipments and when i get a bill for it from ups, i have to call their office and give the 3rd party account number again. the reason i have to call in to the office is because the paperwork is not being handed in.

Called about getting some information and the person who answered the phone was a complete dick. He did not give me exact directions to the store when I called to get them he was extremely rude on the phone. I will not use this store for any of their services and I will not recommend it. Work on your customer service jerk.
