My dad and I had a great experience. We had gone to other dealerships, and the salesmen were very pushy and tried to rip us off. However, Alex Shaw was very nice since we set foot at the dealership. He was very patient with my dad and me, especially since I had to translate everything to my dad. He was transparent about price and helped us get the best deal along with his GM, Jeff. Now, I have a “new” (used) car, and I’m happy with it.

I bought a used 2017 RAM 1500 Rebel from this dealership, and was deceived by them on many different aspects. They never told me this truck from from a different country (Canada) and the manuals were all in French. They never told me there was only 1 key, when I asked after the deal was done it was just a sorry about that...on you now. Replacement key is over $300 to replace. They claim that they inspected the truck and everything is in great working condition. Well, not so much, they backed in the truck into a spot so I couldnt see that someone had broken the tail light, I drove off unaware, it was broken, until I got down the road and noticed it was broken into pieces, which wasnt like that when I took a test drive. They did replace the tail light the same day, but deceived me to make the deal. Additionally, within a month of buying this vehicle, the front axel has gone out, and both front sway bar links broke. If they actually did a inspection I am certain these would have been found, but since they clearly only are concerned about profits and not safety. Finally, here it is 2 months later, and I still have not received any information on my new registration and license plates, my temporary tag expired a month ago, and essentially I cant drive my truck legally anywhere for almost a month now. Would I ever buy a truck or car form them again? HELL NO!!

Schaumburg Lincoln service is one of the few that has not closed due to the current strike. Its not my closest service garage, but I had an emergency, a nail in my tire wall. At very short notice I was able to take my car to Schaumburg Lincoln (Vincent assisted). The tire was not repairable, it was covered by Triple Care and replace free of charge. Great service and great result.

I got my car there 3 months ago and everything was great until I received a letter from company who provides additional extended warranty. Turned out they got an error on their end and actual contract got cancelled. I and trying to get in contact with George at financial department for the past 2,5 months and so far I only hear from him that it will be fixed. When I am asking for a copy of new contract he is saying that is not done yet. I am sick and tired of the situation and I will get lawyer involved to resolve the situation. Stay away from them and go elsewhere- once they got your money they don’t really care about you anymore.

Great experience! The car was cleaned up, pulled up and, waiting for my arrival to the appointment which was nice. Brad was kind, knowledgeable, and efficient but took the time show cool features as well, which was appreciated. Jeff the general sales manager was courteous, professional, transparent, and kept an upbeat energy while fairly breezing us through process which was quick. These guys are awesome! Hubby and I were looking for a used car for our newly-graduated son. We called in advance for an appointment to see a 2010 Nissan Maximum….Bob took all of the information that was needed when we arrived…We were skeptical as we have been to dealerships with pushy and not so truthful salesman…but the people here are totally opposite..From the moment we stepped in we felt a sense of comfort…due to the honesty of them, we came back a week later to pick up the car (they were upfront about what was wrong with the car and let us know that they would fix it and they did)…My son is absolutely thrilled that he has a car now….Hubby and I are satisfied that we finally found a dealership that we trust enough to make sure our son is driving a safe car…Thank you to all the people there.
Would not ever buy or deal with this dealership again. Nor refer anyone i know to them. 5k down payment on a faulty car that broke down within 3 months! Just for them to say there’s nothing they can do for me. A 2016 car with 60k miles should not last 3 month. As well they added a 2,500 window and rim warranty plan when i told them not to

Grocery store, to and from work, date nights - that kind of thing. See we just got married so we still kinda like each others company so much that we do things together!We were skeptical as the car buying process through the years has taught us you cant trust anyone. Hard to break from that mentality. But Joe Hart and Alex bring the no BS, class and honesty youd come to expect from a doctor or nurse, not (and I say this unapologetically) car gurus.We walked in 15 min after our appointment was setup because the wifey and I work so late its hard to work around the schedule. Coffee and water and BAM! Right into the test drive! Previous conversations led their team to preemptively point out parts of what I wanted out of this vehicle and even things I didnt know I wanted.Never pressured, never rushed, never a minute fraction of frustration or despair played across the empathetic faces of these 2 guys from any moment to the next. And I am one annoying f*kin nit picker. Do not engage in poker - just saying 🤷♂️.We have never been happier, the fiance magician or Fred as the regular people know him - is one heck of a personable guy. Devised a simple plan on simple interest that made my other hobbies happy (saved us money).I now have made my grade school english teacher a little happier with this in conclusion Im dropping like a hot potato.In conclusion, great service, better people and a life long win for the work they put in to make us happy. If I could give this dealer 0 stars I would. Bought a pre owned BMW just yesterday and I didn’t even make it home. Died on the way there and when I took to BMW they said the car had a dented gas tank and warranty that was supposedly still on it wouldn’t cover it because there was exterior damage (that was probably on it from before I even got there). I called the manager and he would never pick up. I just wanted to see if I could get an exchange of car or anything really. So disappointing that a dealership would screw someone over like this and leave them on their own. Not only that but the headlights weren’t working and the parking sensors weren’t either. Horrible place. Do not buy from here.

Terrible experience ... sales, finance and service. Lies, arrogance, condescending attitude, chauvinistic comments and slander. The worst part being they lied that my boyfriend came to the dealership at the end of our dealings with them and aggressively confronted personnel and frightened customers and children, and the police were called and he left before they arrived. A complete lie...he never went there. In fact, he has never step foot on the dealership property during my whole experience. They banned us from ever going there again.All as a result of a roof water leak in a vehicle with 8,000 miles, two weeks after I bought it. Saturated carpet and headliner with water stains. The finance guy, Fred, commented ‘that’s okay, it doesn’t rain that much.’ They replaced the windshield but that didn’t fix the problem. Then took it back and supposedly the problem was factory mistakes in the roof. They had the car 12 days. Had to beg for a loaner and get Lincoln Corporate involved to get any customer service. The warranty includes a loaner too! So far so good after that repair. However, the car was returned with multiple scratches. They had sent it to a body shop for the repairs. Dealer denies any responsibility.Salesperson lied or was not educated about cooled seats and heated steering wheel. Both of which were mandatory to me. Unfortunately I did not check out those options myself so my bad. In finance, I was initially heavily intimidated to purchase an extended warranty and other packages. The interest rate situation was shady and misrepresented. The gentleman was unprofessional. Then Fred came to the rescue. He was a bit more transparent and I purchased the car. A week later he needed new signatures because he had made a mistake in the paperwork. I was not readily available and he pushed me to get it done with the information that he wouldn’t get paid until the new paperwork was turned in. Nice.The car did not have a driver’s side floor mat or owners manual. I was told I was out of luck because the car was used. It was a lease vehicle being sold with 6,300 miles. They said they would print out the 600 page manual for me. A ream of paper is 500 pages. You know what my response was. They finally gave me a real owners manual and a set of 4 chintzy floor mats that looked like they came from a discount auto supply store. I said thanks, but no thanks. I had to enlist the GM, Rich, to get any type of result.We left phone messages and emailed the owner, Ryan Rohrman, multiple times and he never responded.In summary, don’t go there... These people have no integrity or conscience. I could call them names but I won’t give them the satisfaction. ‘God bless’ as the service manager, James, said at the end of the call where he lied that my boyfriend was irate at the dealership.I only gave the one star rating because I had to in order to write a review.

Shocking lack of service.My purchase was finalized right before close and up until then, everything was fine. Given that it was so late, my salesman schedule the car detail for the following day. Someone was going to come pick it up where I worked in the morning and drop it off before I left.The day came and went, my car was never picked up. Salesman then reached out at days end to reschedule. The day of the next appointment came and went, my car still was not picked up. After this, I went in to the dealer after work to figure out what was going on. They apologized and rescheduled again. The day of the THIRD appointment has now came and went, my car still has not been picked up.My car also came with an extra set of tires.. You guessed it, dealership still has them (I think, maybe they got rid of them). As part of this process, they were going to switch sets of tires while they had the vehicle. At this point, I do not care about the detail, I just want my tires changed so I am not driving on snow tires all summer......Zero chance I buy from this dealership again, and will recommend that my friends stay away.

Tried buying a car. Was told everything is good, was just trying to finalize the financing and supposedly help with the shipping. Then to be ignored and blown off cause apparently none of the three men I had spoke with didnt have the balls to tell me they didnt want to sell me the car lied and said they had sold it. Give me a break Im the wrong girl. Guaranteed I got more balls than those three put together. Definitely not how you do business. Especially on such a big purchase. If you cant handle your job, Maybe your in the wrong business!!!

Second car Ive bought from a Rohrman dealership. I came in with a number in my head of what I wanted to pay. They got REAL close without having to go back and forth, and then made up the difference in finding me a better interest rate than I found myself. (Which I didnt think they could do) Very pleasant experience. They didnt try and trick me or push me into any dealer add ons. They of course offered them as expected though!
Dealership people were “nice” and “friendly” when you are there to a point. I have been waiting almost 3 months now for a return phone call after multiple calls and voicemails to the manager and my sales person. I even filed a complaint through Lincoln and they said the manager should be contacting me immediately and still never did. I was also promised things with the car that I purchased only to find out that it was never possible and nothing was done about it. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. I thought the reviews were wrong when I got there, only to find out that everyone else was right! There is a reason this place only has 3 stars! I don’t feel there is anyway to go in knowing you are getting your money’s worth and make sure you are truly getting what you are paying for when they pretty much ghost you after your purchase. As the customer I shouldn’t have to hound down the manager and salesperson in order to get what was promised and still don’t have! I have my own job to do and they clearly don’t do theirs.

I like to use the service provided by the dealership that I originally purchase my vehicle from. I have always thought they just treat you better. Well I choose to use this Lincoln dealer because it’s just more convenient for me. I could have not been treated any better. The service department was A+. Vince was so nice & helpful. Top notch service.

Was not my most pleasant experience buying a car. Yes, it was a car I wanted and still got because I loved the car more than the place I was at, but the “vehicle specialist” didn’t know much about my car in the first place. I asked all the questions and barely got a answer from him and sometimes got a wrong answer just because he didn’t know. He smelt heavily of cigarette smoke and so did my car for the first two days and throughout the buying experience. Also when I first entered the car, yes it was clean but when they came back after they detailed it and I drove it home; I found a razor blade on the seat. Just the lone blade. Luckily it didn’t cut the seat at all or even me. There is still another problem I’m trying to fix, and I wrote an email to one of the managers and called three times and left a message. I still have not received a response or even a call back.I am only happy with the car itself because I did the research and knew exactly what I was buying. Also I did find the driver side rear bumper wasn’t flush with the passenger rear side which I’ll have to realign myself and wasn’t noted in the carfax.
This was my first time visiting this shop in the Schaumburg location. Well, as it turned out, the last one! Since I DO NOT RECOMMEND this location to anyone and I myself will not return there again! Unfortunately, I had a BAD experience. Now I know that I CAN’T TRUST the team at Bob Rohrman Schaumburg Lincoln.It so happened that I was served by Vience Fertitta Service Advisor. As I later realized, Vience has no idea how to serve a client and provide an acceptable service. Well, apparently he was not taught this, or maybe the owner of this location turns a blind eye to this chaos.Friday May 7th, 2021, I brought my Lincoln MKX 2016 to the appointed time. To solve the main tasks: is three recalls. And at the same time change the oil, and rotate the wheels just in case. I also asked Vience to check the brakes and charge the battery.Vience said that it would be done in 2 hours. I was even surprised as I estimated it might take about 4 hours. We agreed with Vience that he would call me in an hour and tell me the results of the brake pads and the battery. Its been 3 hours. Vance hasnt called. I went back to the shop to make sure everything is fine and everything is going well. Vince announced that they hadnt even finished 3 recalls yet, but only had time to change the oil! Well, as it turned out, They spent 3 hours not on fulfilling my order, but on some extraneous things. For example, Vience came running to me with an air filter from my car, which was absolutely clean, since I changed it recently. Well, I understand that he thinks that I am completely stupid and do not know what to do with the car. He wanted to dilute me with new filters! Then I began to understand that he wanted to deceive me!Vience had the nerve to raise his voice at me, shouted at me. I find this behavior completely unacceptable. Vience didnt care when I explained to him what needs to be done in my car. He turned out to have other plans for my car. Vience was interested in disassembling my whole car, pulling out all the filters and doing something absolutely that I did not ask him to do and doing it for quite a long time for two days, although he said it would be done in 2 hours. In general, instead of working on the problems that I asked him to fix, he decided to impose on me services that I did not need. So I got the impression that I came to the Lincoln dealership to fix Viences problems, and not my problems with the car. I find it disrespectful to the consumer! After a couple of days, I finally managed to pick up my car from the shop. Well, Vience certainly didnt bother to explain why he invoice me at a price of more than 500 dollars. Vience didnt bother to explain what kind of work was done in the car, whether they did what I ordered. He simply slipped the invoice to one of his colleagues so that they could hand it over to me, so that I could go to the cashier and pay. Vience showed obvious disrespect and dislike for me, As it seemed to me, because I refused the additional service that he imposed.Finally, the invoice says that all the liquids in the car are filled. In fact, this is just another deception! Since it was found that not only is there no liquid for washing the windshield glass, but most importantly, there is no Antifreeze coolant liquid! The Antifreeze coolant fluid container was empty!!! The liquid level was below the minimum line indicated on the container. What could lead to a breakdown of the car engine!!!The result of my visit to this location: 1. It took me a lot of effort and time to get my order fulfilled. 2. Service is of a terrible low quality. 3. Deception of the consumer.From the above all said, there is only one conclusion: YOU CANNOT TRUST THIS LOCATION! Here the consumer is deceived!

Terrible experience I had with Vience Fertitta Service Advisor has unprofessional attitude, no service what so ever, I’m shocked to see this in Lincoln!!!! Vience argued with me-the customer, he raised his voice on me, Has no concept of customer service. Vience did not listen my orders, he ignored it all! He established the service will be done in 2 hours but he was mistaken because he couldn’t finish it even after 5 hours and event went to next day for more 4 hours! I felt like I’m not in nice luxury dealership but in the junkyard!I will never come back to this location ever and do not recommend anyone!If you owner of Lincoln take you car to Napoleon location is the best service!
I bought a used vehicle from Bob Rohrman Schaumburg Lincoln. They convinced me to also buy a 36 month power train warranty through AAGI.I spent over $30,000 on the vehicle and while still on the first tank of gas, I get a check engine light. (turned out to be a transmission problem) I think no problem because I have a warranty, Ill get this fixed up with only a small deductible. Well it turns out that anything within 30 days of purchase AAGI will NOT warranty ANY claim. They file it under pre-existing condition and put the Dealer at fault. Well I called up Bob Rohrman Shaumburg Lincoln to resolve the issue. They told me, (even though I drove it less than 200miles,) when they sold it, there was no check engine light so it is not their problem.So now I am on the hook for nearly $2000 because neither this dealer or their warranty company are willing to help. Beware of Bob Rohrman Shaumburg Lincoln, once they have your money, they dont need you anymore.
My first time here at this dealership service center and disappointment is an understatement for sure. The tone of the service director, Jim, from the get go until the time he promptly hung up is an absolute indication that they have forgotten it is about customer service.My car was towed in for a flat tyre into this place. I was present when the car got towed into the truck and was handled perfectly. The car was at the service center for close to 4 hours and later when I went to pick up the car, noticed numerous superficial marks on the car. There were no dents, or scratches but just marks. I was asked to come by the following day as the service center was closed for the day. Vince, their service advisor, was very helpful with the service. I called the following day with an intention of talking to him to understand if there was any information regarding the superficial marks. Because if not, I had to follow up with the towing company. Unfortunately, I had to talk to the service director instead, Jim, and yes, it was extremely unfortunate. His tone was nothing short of rude or blunt from the start. There was no sense of customer service or patience. I clearly told him that I was only calling to understand if anything may have happened while at service. He was trying to wash his hands off the whole thing right from the second he started talking to me and that kind of sounded suspicious. He said there were photographs of the car from the time it reached and after it was fixed, which I was glad to hear. That was the only useful information Jim gave me. I told him I needed those images to proceed further with the towing company but he refused. He clearly stated I have to go into the dealership to be able to see the pictures, which was extremely absurd. I didn’t see any point in this conversation going further and told that I do not want to continue talking to him. I called back shortly again to the front desk asking them to email me the pictures as he mentioned earlier. He came back on call again and kept asking me to come to the dealership while all I asked him was for the pictures of the car before he hung up on me. I was unsure by then if what he said earlier about the pictures was even true. Because if it was, how long was it going to take someone to email the pictures? And why would anyone have to go in-person for something that could be done via email especially during a pandemic? I decided not to go to the dealership and meet Jim in person to avoid further distress. Who would want to go watch the movie after a dreadful trailer anyways!?Respect should not have to be demanded at a place of business. A phone conversation with Jim not only changed my perspective about this dealership service but the brand as a whole. If this is the face of Lincoln, then goodbye Lincoln.

Friday April 9th we bought a 2021 Lincoln Aviator from Tom Walters . We can’t say enough about Tom’s professional manner and courtesy . Would definitely recommend him to buyers .We were in before looking at the Aviator with salesman Joey Greco and waiting for April monthly incentives . He was to call us April 4th and never did . We called and left messages for him to call and again never received a call . Went in on the 9th to look again and Mr. Greco was working and never acknowledged us . Tom Walters approached us and could not have been happier with his professionalism . I sure hope they did not have to share a commission, as Mr. Greco deserves nothing !

Purchased used vehicle. Good service only reason not to get 5 stars was the negotiated work took longer to schedule & complete than it should have. Repairs were very simple (less than an hours work) and it took over two weeks to schedule.

Second time I tried this place, never coming back!
Location was extremely clean and nice. The manager was really professional while talking to us. My car had 3 problems, one was with plush guard, both the back doors were touching, and the main issue was making a lot of noise with the headliner. They fixed everything but the main issue with the headliner so I was a little disappointed. It was surprising that the rest of the issues were perfectly fixed but the main reason I dropped my car off over night was not. The manager and another employee were really nice and overall I had a good experience, however, I wished they fixed my main concern.
These guys do an excellent job. Vincent is a wealth of information and a pleasure to work with! They are quick and prices are very reasonable. Recomend them highly.
Sets appointments.. for a car that is sold! instead of being truthful and saying someone was looking at the car and it might be sold.. they set an appointment and confirmed evening before. I even messaged him on way there driving 40 min. Told me when I showed up car was sold. Apparently this is common practice at some dealers! I will never by a vehicle from this establishment that is ok lying to people and wasting their time. He couldnt even respond to an email of me asking why they didnt say someone was looking at it(which was prob a lie anyway-it was gone ) COWARD... got called on his bullcrap

Everything went great until the end. Watch out for the finance guy at the end. They like to pull a fast one by saying free warranty. Dont fall for it.
