Did a great job replacing my windshield. Easy scheduling. Came to my home. Juan called me the morning of and said he would be there between 11 and 12 and done by 1. I tried using Safelite and they were so difficult and extremely expensive! I got a call here within 20 minutes, they came to my work the next day, and fixed my windshield while I was at work. The two guys who came here were extremely professional, polite, and efficient. The windshield looks great, and they definitely are trustworthy, reliable people. Would highly recommend them!

A good end to a bad experience. I was so up when my glass broke. I found out how much the windshield costs to replace with the new safety sensors. $1,800.00!~!!!!. Wow. The good news is my Mike Vidales, my state farm agent told me about the cost when I bought the vehicle and my plan had a low $100.00 deductible.Then, he reccomended Fox Valle Auto Glass. They were professional, on-time and efficient. In short, they were good at what they do. If you live in Chicago, you know it is hard to find a services that does what it promises.Juan had great communication skills and it was fixed while I was at work. Easy breazy. Fox Valley Auto Glass was contacted by my insurance agent to fix my windshield. They contacted me promptly, were super nice, set up all necessary calls and whatnot for my claim, and scheduled a time to fix it while I was at work (in the company parking lot) that worked best for me. I havent had good luck when it comes to my car windshield and the last company was not great and expensive. Per a recommendation, I utilized Fox Valley this time around and could not be happier. They were quick to respond to my request and even accommodated a quicker date. The day of service they came to my job and did the work on-site. Steve is a great guy; because they couldnt get a tech out to me for 2 weeks to replace the rear glass on my car, he offered me an amazing discount for having to bring my car in to their shop. He had the glass ordered for me immediately and had the car done in less than 24 hours. I couldnt be happier with my experience and i highly recommend this place to anyone who needs glass work done.

The Fox Valley Glass team was great. They custom made an amazing bathroom shower door, shower enclosure and a mirror for our bathroom remodel. They also did odds and ends glass accessory updates to other bathrooms in our house. They were professional, and all the work completed was top notch. The staff is very friendly and personable.
