Communication about progress on my car was less than good. Also the repair on my bumper sub par and had to leave it there again to be fixed. They have already had it 3 weeks. Stay tuned and I will let you know how it turns out. Talking to Ins company tomorrow. Hoping it all gets worked our and our car looks great.🤞

First of all, this industrial park section of Schaumburg is very highly concentrated with multiple auto body shops. I found Caliber Collision to be a 5 star out of 5 star business. My experience took place the first week of AUG 2021.I stopped over at Caliber Collision as a walk-in where I was promptly greeted by Colleen (the GM). My vehicle was side swiped in a parking lot and I inquired for an estimate on a paint job. Colleen looked over the doors in question and said to hold on, shell go and see if Scott S. is available who will be able to evaluate the extent of the paint damage.Scotts diagnosis after careful review concluded that the recommended repair was to buff out the surface scratches on the door. The job was scheduled for another day that week.Scott showed me the results of the repair. I was very happy with with work that was preformed on the vehicle. The scratches were erased and the original paint was left intact.What impressed me about Caliber Collison was Collens and Scotts honest advice, prompt attention on my initial visit (and follow up visit), knowledge about this type of business and quality outcome of the repair.Scotts availability and flexibility were also a big plus.I would definitely recommend Caliber Collision to family, friends and neighbors.

Caliber collision has been extremely helpful with everything and Scott was a huge help. The team here has made my experience so much better than other vehicle care places. Definitely will be going here if I ever need anything else and have already referred some friends looking to get some work done.

Had my windshield replaced at Caliber and couldnt be happier with the staff who helped coordinate the replacement and then the calibration process. Both ladies in the office were very professional and helpful. I didnt have a mask and couldnt take an Uber without one. They went on the hunt for me eventually going to their cars and finding me a mask. Great ladies working there in the office. I would definitely refer Caliber in the future.

Selena took care of my claim. She was very knowledgeable and professional. She took care of all aspects even my rent a car.I was hesitant because it wasnt my insurance or choice but pleasantly surprised how it was handled and how good work was! I would highly recommend them!

I got my car repaired at this shop and they did a great job. My car looks like new and the staff would call me to give me updates on the repair process and I appreciated that. Had a minor accident in a parking lot. Minor scratches on my driver side door. Got an estimate from another body shop for $800. Brought my car to Caliber for a second opinion. Caliber buffed out the scratch and touched up the paint for me. Done in 2 15 minute trips to the shop and saved me LOTS OF MONEY. Selena the service advisor was friendly and helpful. Jerry the paint professional did a fantastic job. I would recommend Caliber to anybody.

Steven Ferrao is very honest man. I was in a significant car accident on 12/29/20. I was very uncomfortable with another collison company so i sent it to Steven Ferrao for a second opinion. He spent over 15 mins on the phone with me, explaining how the whole process works after a major car accident. I have spent countless hours with both insurance companies and the initial collison company. I didnt receive any credible information from any of them, and was very very misled by the initial collision company. Steven Ferrao is the only person that i could trust during a very traumatic event in my life. I cant verbalize what a relief it was to speak with someone that was so intelligent - knowledgeable - honest about what i should do, my options, the way insurance companies handle car accidents. I brought in a Mercedes Benz that was shot at. They were super attentive and their communication skills are great! Scott made sure he got our “OK” for everything. The door was replaced the fuel tank and other parts on the vehicle that got hit with the bullets were replaced and I couldn’t be happier, I expected the car to be there for about 3 weeks but it was given back to me within 1 week and a half! We went to this place to replace one of the rear break lights of our Toyota Prius, and it required replacing the entire panel that holds lights. We were amazed by the kindness of the staffs and mechanics there. Their pricing was also very affordable. We are very satisfied with the work done, too. We would go back to the shop if we need other body work.

Geico took my care here for repair. They did a fantastic job in helping me. My car was hybrid and I had some issues with the repairs. Chris @ abra called their mobile unite to look at this. They also sent the car to dealership to get the repairs double checked without any hesitation.

I should have read all the reviews here, before i took my car here. I came here through GEICO insurance for the bumper fender fix. The total bill charged was $2500 and was not fixed properly. ABRA called me and said vehicle is in great condition and quality inspection was made and ready for delivery. I was surprised if they really did quality inspection as i can easily notice that the bumper/fender was not fixed properly and they charged a lot for the poor work they did. I had to leave the car to fix it again and they delivered car on same day with no noticeable change, it still doesnt look like the way it used to be before the damage.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!! MY SON BROUGHT HIS CAR HERE AND THEY ARE NOT CAPABLE OF DOING BODY WORK AT ALL THEY WILL TOTAL YOUR CAR OUT AND RIP YOU OFF, THEY WILL DRIVE YOUR CAR EVEN IF IT IS BROKEN AND MAKE IT WORSE FOR MORE MONEY BEFORE YOUR INSURANCE AGENT CAN SHOW UP AND EVALUATE YOUR VEHICLE. Their attention to detail here is a joke! I had to point out many issues that I found with my vehicle after they said that it was ready.Missing fasteners, wrong colored Grand Cherokee logo, forgot to plug in connectors in door handle. All they could say was Youre correct sir.Brought it in for a minor dent in the fender, and they turned it into a $3000 repair. Dont go here!

I wish I had read these reviews before I had taken my vehicle to this location. I brought my car into this location on 12/21/16 and I keep having to call them to get an update on my car and have expressed that I am paying for a rental out of pocket so I need updates to completion but all I get from the operator (customer service agent) and the estimator and the CSM is empty promises to call me back.Last week, I called to get an update myself because it was supposed to be done. I had to talk to the estimator who told me unfortunately they were waiting on a re-order of part because they had ordered after market bumper that came in damaged not once but twice! REALLY?! So now they had to order OEM part (which by the way was what they put on the original estimate they gave me that they would have to order OEM parts because they couldnt find any after market bumper with my vehicle?)Then that was being ordered and painted and my new completion date was to be today 1/4/17 but they were supposed to call or email me yesterday to confirm and update, guess what....NO PHONE CALL OR EMAIL SURPRISE SURPRISE!Now I just called and asked what was the status on my vehicle the customer service agent says I need to speak with the estimator but he is at lunch. I told her that he was suppose to get in touch with me yesterday but did not and could she give me an update was there anything in the system...she replied they dont give her that information. So I asked was there anyone else I could speak with or a manager, she said GM was there so I asked to speak with her, she is away from her desk and I asked to be put on hold, which was for about a minute then she came back and told me the GM was going into a meeting and would have to call me back....SURPRISE SURPRISE!!!I suppose I am going to have to go there in person to talk with someone because I cant get a straight answer from anyone via phone or email. Plus now after reading some of these reviews I am worried my car wont be repaired properly. I wish I hadnt use AMERICAN FAMILY INSURANCES referral and had gone to my own choosing of a body shop now instead of this one.... HELP?

My car was returned dirty and though I brought it back to get it cleaned it appeared that nothing was done. The amount of money they received to fix the vehicle should have given them the incentive to at least wash it and vacuum the car as it appeared they had used it and forgot to clean the evidence

These was the worst work ever done with my vehicle. Terrible repairs and I took my truck to another shop as these people had no clue what they were doing or even the name of different parts of the transmission. Worst shop ever!
