Always enjoy working with the parts department. However this time it was a little complicated. The computer generated a message that I had to pick up the part and we are stationed in Germany. So I ordered the part here in Germany. The parts department had mailed it already but the shipping was as much as the parts and I was not made aware of that prior to shipping. But on a good note they allowed me to return the parts and where very helpful. And said they would work on the web site glitch. I would still use them again. They are very friendly and helpful.

I needed a pretty specific part and the service team went above and beyond to help me out. I will definitely come back for future projects.
