Where to start, even in times of ammo shortages the staff at Crossroads Defense is working tirelessly to ensure their customers needs are met. I purchased a firearm from them while living out of state and everything from shipping to transfer went as smooth as could be. Just purchased a firearm from them this afternoon. I was very happy with the knowledge and professionalism from the gentleman inside. He was not pushy on any sale nor did he pressure me into anything. Great experience and looking forward to coming back for my next firearm!

Horrible experience! The firearm I purchased was sold to me under the pretense it was new, I had it inspected and come to find out it had previously been fired; therefore, it was supposed to come with paperwork saying it had previously been fired along with the test shell casings, if it had been a test fire. I tried to return the firearm 2 days later, the manager was very rude and nasty and was clearly upset I caught on to the little game they were trying to play. The owner pulled a gun on me while he still had my unloaded firearm in his possession. I asked for my firearm to be given back to me, the owner proceeded to throw it at me then stated “get the F* out of my store”. I would not recommend this “business” to anyone, they are bad for business and very nasty. I spoke with the gentleman who sold me the gun, stating it gun was overpriced for a gun THAT ALREADY HAD BEEN FIRED! The manager came around the corner clearly already agitated, and became very hostile and raising his voice, I then told him I would not talk to him due to his tone. I continued trying to talk to the young man who sold me the gun, the manager then again interrupted in a louder tone than he had before. Yes, then I raised my voice at you as well because I am talking to you respectfully and you chose to raise your voice, the manager acted very hostile and irate. He asked for the gun to check rather or not it had been fired then accused me of firing the gun, which I did not. I brought the gun the 16th and brought it back the 18th, with all ammunition I purchased as well. He tried to accuse me of buying other ammunition from somewhere else and firing the gun. The gun was NEVER fired in my possession, which I reiterated multiple times, he insisted on accusing me and being rude and nasty, I told him about his childish behavior. He got angry and pulled his gun, telling me to “get the F* out of his store”, all while still having my gun in his possession!! A grown man had an entire tantrum because your dirt was caught and thrown back on you, IF YOU’RE GOING TO DO DIRTY WORK BE MAN ENOUGH TO SAY YOU DID IT! Me neither my god brothers were disrespectful, you see 2 black men in regular clothing and use the term “gangbangers”, that’s so stereotypical and nasty of someone like you. Yes I did call the police because you pulled a gun out on me for what? Because you were angry your dirt was brought to light. They police told me YOU SAID YOU DID NOT WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH ME BECAUSE IT WENT THAT FAR AND THE POLICE WAS INVOLVED, you yourself said that. Don’t twist the story trying to justify your immature and dirty actions. People like you will never win in the end.

Very professional and patriotic staff. Helpful to the max and made the whole process very simple and easy for finding a very good quality handgun well within budget. Surprised me when the gentlemen said that they can handcraft a holster in store which saved a lot of money. The holsters they craft are very comfortable for and kind of conceal carry. Strongly recommend these guys.

Was sold a weapon and lied to about the date of manufacture, naively paid 600 more than MSRP (in perfect condition, which this rifle was FAR from) and was informed that I could make modifications to the rifle which would have violated NFA laws. Thank God I sought an opinion from another FFL. and upon informing them of what happened with the manufacture date, the absurd overcharge, they told me the best they could do is put it on consignment for me. Dont trust this FFL.

They were extremely helpful and had great customer service. I came by just to look around and buy some ammo. I also needed a part replaced on my AR and they were able to do it quick, fast, and cheap. Great place, great atmosphere. All the staff are knowledgeable and dont mind being asked a million questions if you are new to firearms. Dusty Courtland is a well regarded gunsmith I would honestly say the best in the area.

Pretty respectable group of guys running the store. Opened by two men that are very knowledgeable About weapons and extremely fair with their prices. Every time I walk In the store, even if it’s just to grab ammo or some targets I end up leaving with a new gun and holster plus the ammo I came for. They carry a variety of All weapons and even during a time like now they still are keeping their prices affordable. Even though they always have a revolving inventory of popular weapons, you may not want to miss out on a deal or a particular hard to find weapon, so guess what..... they do layaway too lol. I’m just now starting to build my collection of weapons up and I really appreciate the fact that not just the owners are knowledgeable, they have a great team behind them and they take time to teach you about each weapon or accessories.
