This place was so great! We went on a Savannah food tour & this was the first stop. We went back the next day to buy some very unique honeys to bring home. And also some bee pollen. Ask the proprietor about it when you go in. Weve been talking it for a week now & is seriously kept our allergies at bay. Ill be placing an online order for more later. And for a couple more of this biscuits & honey candles. They smell amazing!

Great local company with vast knowledge of honey and explained in an easy way to understand, the differences between one and another. Very cute shop with some reasonably priced items, some not so much. We bought several types of honey, especially the Frosted Cinnamon!! I dont even like honey and I could eat this right off a spoon! Very eclectic shop with something for everyone; just watch your prices because I found some oddly overpriced items while browsing. I also found some cute stuff I couldnt do without that were reasonable enough. If you do the Savannah Taste Tour, you PERMANENTLY get 10% off all future honey purchases, whether online or in store, and they ship all over. A lot of great gift options for the hard to shop for people on your list. I took notes during the tasting so I would remember each one, and just realized I forgot to buy the raspberry! I will stop back before our trip is over to get some for sure!

A friend of mine visited this company while vacationing in Savannah and talked about their raw frosted cinnamon honey product. I knew my hubby would love to try this but since we live in Ohio, I went to the website to see if I could order it. It just arrived today and I am so impressed with the ease of using their web site, the packaging and the quality of the product. I order a lot of stuff online and their packaging is seriously the best! The honey jar was in a padded plastic envelope, then place in a priority mail box, well padded with brown paper. There was also some interesting info on Bee Pollen included and a cute card. My hubby LOVED the product which he spread on my homemade banana applesauce bread. We are having it tomorrow on our toast. I think it would be delicious on a peanut butter sandwich too or on muffins! This is a really delicious quality product and I am grateful for the care they took in shipping. When we are in Georgia, we definitely will make a stop at the shop and I will be ordering more online for gifts!

Kristin was super knowledgeable and friendly. The honey there was so delicious and they sample as much as you like. There is tons of variety to accompany all of your favorite dishes and uses. They also have great boutique gifts as well. Love the spicy honey marinade and the blueberry honey!

Great service. Loved that the owner of the company is on site and is so helpful! We bought almost every flavor of honey to pack in our suitcase. Luckily nothing got from this store got broken! (Thanks for wrapping everything well and providing the extra tissue paper!)

Definitely check this place out, they have all kinds of different honey and lots knowledge about honey bees and the products they produce. Check out bee pollen, ask about it. We picked some up and have been taking it every morning since and it certainly has improved our allergy situation. Those were our individual results of course. Check this place out!!

The woman who runs this little store was very gracious to us. We had come there to see some paintings by one of our favorite artists, Sue Grouse, who is currently out of the area but has some of her work hanging in this little shop. They also had many interesting gift items, including local honey and ceramics. We were glad to purchase some of those and well return when we come back to Savannah.

Some random guy recommended this place to us and we are so happy that we took his recommendation. You HAVE to check out their honey tasting bar. I bought the frosted cinnamon honey and the blackberry honey. Both are great but the frosted cinnamon one was so good I had to order more online! Their candles smells so good and I they have cute aprons. I got their blue bee apron. We will definitely come back and you should go too!

Signed up for the Savannah Taste Experience with Julie as our tour guide. We had an absolute blast walking the lively Broughton area. We had a cool variety of foods and drinks, met several hardworking business owners and workers that genuinely seemed to enjoy what they do. The tour began and ended in the shop, and its worth going back for these different honey flavors and pollen. Definitely memorable and would recommend

Everyone here was so nice. My husband did a honey tasting and we left with some honeycomb. They had the widest selection of honey I’ve ever seen! Their candles smelled so amazing so I got a Christmas candle. They had great nick nacks. I got Christmas ornaments for my kids teachers that were $10 each and nice quality. Cute shop and great owners. Highly recommend.

Im not one for writing reviews, but I felt like I had to for Capital Bee Company. My family and I, who know Savannah quite well, visited Savannah around the time that Capital Bee Company had just started their business (they hadnt even had their store sign yet, nor was their website fully up and running) and we bought quite a bit of honey that first time. Kristen/Kristin (not quite sure of the spelling, LOL) and her staff were so nice, friendly and helpful. But recently we ran out and wanted some more and I couldnt be happier about the way the transaction went. Thank you so much for a wonderful transaction. I placed my order on a Saturday (called on Sunday to make sure they received my online order) and received it by Thursday. It was nicely packaged and very organized. The note that I specifically wrote, as the package was a gift, was nicely done. And they included some little extras. Okay, the store is super cute. Super super cute. The honey is bomb. Love the atmosphere. Side note though, A friend and I had a low-key interesting conversation with one of the owners that ended up with a strange confrontation with said person while tasting honeys...I mean we still bought some honey because both of us understand the importance of honey and bee populations...but the interaction definitely rubbed us the wrong way. And Im sure the owner, when he/she reads this will remember. It was very strange, but I still support saving bees and local honey is definitely the way to do that, so I still want to give a great review!Okay, go buy some local honey! No seriously. Do it. Save the bees!

This store is super cute. The only complaint I have is the location. Its pretty far out of the typical walking tourist area. But its so worth the extra 2 blocks. Theyve got a TON of great items here. All reasonably priced, original, and adorable. You want something unique from Savannah to give as a gift? This is your place.

I had the best experience here! You can tell that they take pride in what they do; the store is very clean and visually appealing. They are extremely knowledgeable on the honey and seemed to enjoy to spread that information. I got to learn and taste ( also bought ) pure bee pollen, which you have to go check out if youve never done so. Overall Im sold on my new go-to honey shop in Savannah. Highly recommend it!

Recently retreated from a long MN winter for 5 days in Savannah and our visit to Capital Bee Co stands out as one of the highlights.We were lucky enough to drop in here on our way to lunch and had such a fun time getting to know Thomas, the products and the company. His energy and passion for his work was incredible. This man clearly loves what he does and it shows in the quality of every single product. We tried a couple of things in the store and loved everything we tasted. I brought home a bunch and plan on ordering more when we run out. In fact, I was reminded to write this as I munch on a piece of toast slathered in some of the cinnamon honey that I brought home.. mmmmmm...Thanks for such a fun and memorable time in your store and for the best darn honey Ive every tasted. Well be back to Savannah soon and cant wait to come say hi again and load our suitcases with more Capital Bee Co goodness. Cheers from MN!

A local friend introduced me to this wonderful little downtown shop that is worth going a little out of the way for. Delicious honeys, crackers and chocolate covered pecans to sample besides having a unique selection of gifts and jewelry, some hand crafted by artisans. Friendly and helpful customer service makes it a stop not to miss.

Went here looking for sage smudge stick and its not sold here. There is a sage mix of honey. Besides this dry run the folks are very warm and welcoming and introduced me to the plenty different styles of honey they jave to offer and they have a large inventory of bee themed novelties.

My husband and I enjoyed the Savannah holiday tour of homes this year and were struck by the fabulous scent that greeted us right as we entered one of them. Turns out the fragrance was coming from a candle burning in the owners kitchen: Biscuits and Honey. Well, let me tell you..I was on a mission to buy myself one of these amazing candles and found the adorable, new store that sells them at 421 EAST Broughton Street. They were sold out of Biscuits and Honey by the time I arrived, but I found two candles with fragrances that were just as appealing AND treated myself to a jar of their cinnamon honey as well. Well worth a stop to shop- especially if you have lunch across the street at East End Provisions.
