Not much in here, and one of the ladys just kept rushing me by asking me repeatedly are you ready to check out like she didnt want me there, or like I was suspect. Not good customer service at all.

Every time I go into this store, I have the most positive experience. Staff is always extremely helpful and friendly. Their product is so beautiful, I can never leave without buying something. There is such a good vibe in this store!! ✨🙌

The store is nicely laid out but MOST things in the store are very cheaply made. They want to charge genuine prices for cheap wholesale stuff. The stones have a plastic texture to them and coffee mugs are overpriced. That and the lady following me and my friend around the store like a hawk was a serious no-go. I went in the store to purchase a couple books and candles. I knew I wanted those, but then I seen a mug, that although expensive I was still going to purchase. My friend was walking around holding the mug waiting on me to pick my books out and the lady just walks up and takes the mug out his hand and says, she’ll hold it up front for him. I told her we have no problem holding the mug until we finish shopping. She takes it and says real snotty ‘neither do I’. At that point I was done with this store. I don’t know if this lady thought we were going to walk out w/it or something. But truth be told, its NOTHING in this store that you cant buy at a local flea market or online for a 3rd of the price. I am pretty sure the quality would be better as well. Don’t waste your time nor money in this store .

I love shopping at Earthbound. They have the most unique and affordable items for any hippie spirit and there is literally something for everyone.

Always has a herbal or earthy smell inside because of all the incense and things they have available. Very nice place, and nice for people interested in energies or spiritual things. They have paintings or pictures available, some stone collections, unique lamps, incense starter kits, jewelry, and little statues of dragons or buddhas and the like. People are also delightfully creeped out by the candied insects that you can buy. Staff is usually very nice and open in every Earthbound Ive gone in.

Went there nearly a year ago and employees were super helpful. Now they just follow you like a hawk and yell at you from halfway across the store. Intended in purchasing an item from there, but getting talked down from the register changed my mind instantly. Better to spend your money at a smaller business, where their products are more likely to come from a reputable source.

Everybody is always so nice when I come, I have small talk and conversations with everyone and they’re always willing to help. My favorite store ever and they keep things simple and nice (:

Its an over priced Spencers with better lighting. Its where the excessively face pierced employees go when they are too old (+16) to work at Hot Topic. Made in China

Always an earthbound fan!

The staff is so friendly. But the reason for the low rating is a lot of their stuff is really cheaply made and its super expensive! A lot of their holistic stones and Sage is pretty much dried out sticks and fake rocks that they claim my real but they arent. Every time I go in there I find a lot of things that I really like but I just dont like the fact that its so expensive and its cheaply made. The only quality I have found in any of the things that they have is in the closing but I dont really believe that the clothing and the stuff that they sell anymore is made by hand because you can clearly see in the stitching that someone is using a sewing machine. And the only thing I would purchase from them is there c b d oil because it actually works and it is really good for when your back hurts but other than that? I would shop at the kiosk and the center of the Court where the fountain is because they actually have 100% authentic stones and teas and candles..

I wish I could give this place zero stars. My girlfriend bought two diffusers and neither one worked like they were advertised and she also bought like 8-14 essential oils also. So when she tried them and they didnt work she wanted a refund because no one wants stuff that doesnt work the way its advertised. Well on Tuesday 3/28/2017 at 1:23:36 PM the lady working was very rude about my girlfriends return.This is the info on the receipt:Store: 370Cashier: 370DKAssoc: 373SNMy girlfriend and I will never go to this store ever again. A customer should never be disrespected for returning stuff they bought. If someone wants a return then give them a return rather than being rude. And also when the lady asked if my girlfriend wanted to return the stuff my girlfriend said yes and the lady shook her head at us. Like come on what kind of stuff is that. Someone needs to be trained on how to work with customers. My girlfriend bought the diffusers at separate times so she had two receipts for each diffuser with different essential oils on both. So the lady did the return for one receipt and gave my girlfriend her money back, then for the next one she said she didnt have the money for the return and suggested we go to another store yet we are visiting Savannah and the only other store is 9.8 miles away. Considering my girlfriend works in retail she knows how the money situation works so its pretty crappy being told you dont have the money for a return. Clearly the store didnt have a problem taking her money for the purchase. So this was a horrible experience and we wont ever come here again nor go to another EarthBound again. Very unprofessional.

The store manager and the sycophantic yes-man she has as her assistant manager are some of the rudest people I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with in a retail establishment. This particular store will not see another dime from me.

Nice little store :) clean,organized, and friendly staff

The manager is extremely unfriendly and may have a complex against people of color. Her energy is draining and really negative, she inserts herself into personal conversations just to point out that you are wrong even though youre college educated and have studied something for years. I will be giving my business to the downtown store from now on. Disappointing and toxic.
