Please stay away from this company. Being a manager in the furniture industry for over 15 years has taught me a lot. One of the most important lessons that I have learned is that the Customer Experience always comes first. However with this company I find that the customer experience isnt a primary concern. Honestly the leaders of this company should be very ashamed to call themselves leaders. So, you ask what happened, why are you so upset. Well, in order to simplify the whole experience Ill break it up for you in three separate parts. 1. 3 months later and my home gym is not complete. 2. There has been no follow up with the customer.....no email.....no phone call.....nothing. 3. Failure to make sure that items with missing parts arent still active in your inventory. Well I could go on but I wanted to keep this short and sweet. Hopefully the higher ups will put more focus on the ground. Hey who knows, maybe Ill be able to put my home gym together after 3 months.

(Trucks) Go down Morgan Lakes for a few seconds after the light, there will be two warehouse complexes surrounding a road on your right. If you slow down for a second and look down that road, you can see the big ICON sign on a distant warehouse building - thats your target. Gate is directly down, can U-turn if you need to.

My appt time to pick up was 9pm, I got here at 7:30pm & waited for just a few mins & got put into a door, but now its 1am & I still havent even begun to get loaded. I went inside & theres just workers sitting around talking & playing on their phones.. maybe like 2 people actually are working. Already told my company I will not pick up from here again. Hopefully my company charges them hourly detention pay. This place is a joke, avoid at all cost if you drive a truck.!!!!!

Sort of cluttered with shipping containers, friendly guards and staff never any problems here just a tight squeeze sometimes.

This company is without a doubt the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Customer service is atrocious!! They don’t stand behind their products.Purchased a 5,000 dollar Nordic track X32i treadmill that broke down in less than 2 months time. It took a month to get a part, then Icon had the audacity to say that they would mail the part to us so that we could fix it ourselves!! We were finally able to get a technician to attempt to fix it and then when that part didn’t fix it, we had to get a whole new monitor !! Icon wasn’t willing work with us at all. They would not even expedite the shipment of the part so that we could attempt to get this lemon fixed.Do not buy from Icon Fitness or buy Nordic track equipment!!

I put one because there is no zero, it was 6 hours waiting for an appointment at 2:00 pm and they began to load me at 5:45 according to the office they were very busy, so they give you bad planning appointments

No proper sings to get here!!!! There is road between buildings 320 and 300 that will take you straight to the gate of ICON. But you will wander around until you found it... management did not bather to get some sings or directions for drivers. Some pictures just for reference where to go.

This was supposed to be white glove delivery, assembled, trash removed. The guys shoved it thru the front door and said this was all they could do due to COVID in spite of the fact that I called one day earlier to confirm that they were assembling and removing packing. Incredibly poor communication and service!

Security guard was polite and professional, however thats where the professionalism ends. Hood rats working the receiving window who dont have a clue what they are doing. I ended up leaving without a load.

I got loaded fast waited over an hour for the paperwork. There is no excuse for that, 132 pieces of the same item.

Quick delivery

Very poor experience with this company. I recently purchased a NordicTrack S22i bike. The delivery and support has been a true nightmare. They have already missed an in home delivery appointment with no communication or expatiation whatsoever. They do not return phone calls or provide any assistance or follow up. I want to return the bike and buy a Peloton (which I should have done to begin with) and they want to charge me a significant restocking fee, even though they are the ones who cant deliver the product. This company is just not ready for a personalized customer experience at a large scale level. I am sorry but I would avoid them until they are more focused on the customer experience.

This warehouse is the most unorganized, unprofessional run warehouse Ive ever been to. Im a driver, and the girls in the shipping office seriously need a lesson in common courtesy, customer service, and verbal skills. In addition, nobody seems to know what is going on. Get someone with some business experience, warehousing experience, and teach the girls in the office how to act and how to be professional.

Showed up at 11am for 11:30 appointment one other truck was here place was dead now its 15:00 they havent started loading or anything they told me they cant find my load in the warehouse lol and they will start me in a couple of minutes that was over an hour ago wont be going back trucks have come and left maybe my bad luck but very unorganized everyone is always just sitting around forklifts arent moving manager on floor has no control of employees one told the manager to chill it will get done eventually
