I ordered a NordicTrack treadmill and the experience was incredible! First off, the price was almost half of what NordicTrack and other local fitness stores were selling it for. Second, the communication from the minute I purchased the equipment was amazing. I was notified every step of the way as the treadmill made its way to CO.I am eager to buy more gym equipment from these guys. I highly recommend them for your in state or out of state orders.

I’m very satisfied from my experience with this company! I bought an elliptical machine from them and got it delivered in Canada. I’ve spoke to Mike thru emails and he took the time to answered all my questions! It took not even 2 weeks for me to receive my order and it was in the same condition as the pictures Mike sent me. I ordered a Nordictrack S22i bike from Fitness Emporium, realizing it was being sold as a floor model or customer remorse return, or similar. I live in the Midwest so was taking a risk with buying/shipping sight-unseen from Savannah GA. The negotiating and final price with Mike was super easy and Mike was also super helpful with answering all my questions. He also sent 10+ detailed pictures of the actual bike to get my OK before shipping. My S22i arrived on time within a week as promised and arrived in a very sturdy pallet/crate. My bike looks and feels literally brand new - not a mark or scuff on it and mostly all assembled except monitor and handlebars and such. The price I paid was waay below Nordictrack or local fitness store prices for new. I am extremely pleased with the whole experience and would buy again remotely/cross-country from Fitness Emporium. Ask for Mike, he is tops!

Robert Kisabeth is the truth !! I was in the market on looking for another Spirit treadmill because my old one was pretty much obsolete. He gave me a deal on another treadmill that was more superior because the treadmill I intended to buy was going to take longer than expected. He always kept me up to date on when it would arrive and even contacted me after I got it.Good business right here and thats coming from a person from Detroit.

Purchased online and had a great experience. Bought a bench and a Body Solid Training Center. I had a lot of questions and was always able to get a live voice during their posted business hours. The chat feature was beneficial and useful. The only negative experience came on the transportation side and Fitness Emporium (Robert) worked with us to get a speedy resolution. I was looking for a 7-foot 45 LB barbell bar yesterday. I found the last bar hanging on the rack at the store and asked a staff twice whether its weight is 45 LB. He surely said Yes. I purchased it for $100 and measured its weight at home, but it was only 36 LB. (I also found the exact same bar for around $70-$80 bucks on interent) I am not sure whether the staff already recognize it or not, but I feel really stupid and I was ripped off. I am very disappointed in their service.

I bought a treadmill from them. They delivered and set it up as agreed. There was a noise coming from the rollers. They offered to replace the rollers or replace the entire unit . I opted for a new one and they replaced it. Chris and his guys are great, very professional and a pleasure to do business with. I will definitely buy from them in the future

Drove to Fitness Emporium to purchase a lifing bar. Store hours state 12 to 6 on Sunday. Well its well after 1200 and store is closed. Awesome! Thanks for the wasted trip.

Bought a treadmill with a one year warranty. After exactly 13 months it starts giving off this burnt smell. I call Fitness Emporium to come and check it out and they said that since I was passed the one year warranty that they wouldn’t be able to repair it which I thought was fine. But he said that if it was the motor that it could be replaced free of charge because the warranty was still valid. He comes out and says the motor is bad and that he would charge me over $200 to replace it. When I asked him why he told me that you’re not supposed to plug the treadmill directly into the wall. Because of a chance of power surge which he had no idea that killed my motor, that I should have plugged it into a surge protector. What?! So I had to pay $100 just for him to tellme that. Needless to say you get what you pay for. Won’t ever shop there again.

Reading the other reviews most of them really hold no merit and those people should be ashamed of themselves for leaving 1 star for those reasons. So they didnt replace parts on your machine once it was out of warranty? Geeze what part of out of warranty dont you understand? And if they can rig a machine up to work for exactly 1 year then break Im impressed! lol We all know thats not really possible. Great place to shop!
