Shelves always bare, new delivery always piled up in boxes in the aisles so you cant get to the items behind it on the shelves or buy the items in the boxes, never know which register is open cause they dont use their lights, severely understaffed, not all employees are friendly or customer-focused, not a really clean store either. Big difference from just a few years ago when they opened. Might just have to go outta my way and cross the street to Dollar General.

Cashier didn’t give me one of my bags when I left. I realized that night and have been calling ever since. I spent about $50 in this store and they can’t even give me back my items. I don’t even want the money. Staff is very rude here and I believe one of the ladies took my stuff and that’s why they don’t want to get to the bottom of it. Stores like this are always very ghetto

It was very stuffy and hot. Air conditioning must be broke and conditions are too hot and unbearable to work or shop in.

Shelves need cleaning up and stocked.Always looks junky

I dont drink soda anymore, i give them a 4 because they carry my blue raspberry drink.

Store over stock is located in the aisles, making the store look crowded and unclean, but, the employees were really nice and friendly.

They are supposed to close at 10. I pull up at 10:51. They are standing in there on their phones with the doors locked, pretending they dont see me. Called to get the name of the manager & they hung up on me

My experience at this location was great. I was extremely happy that all isles where clean and clutter free. For this to be a week away from xmas the toy isles were even up to par. Which is a plus. What I did notice were the end cap where the cold medicine, cough drops, hand sanitizer and Lysol wipes had no prices. Theres some isles with the 3 pack stuff that also have no prices. Customer service was great I could tell that she was new . All in all I will return.

No complaints. This is the only Family Dollar I like to go to. Always have everything (well almost) everything I need.

Bought an inflatable air mattress on Sunday night. After an hour the battery operated pump had still not filled the bed. Finished filling it manually, much faster. Within 5 hours it had deflated to the floor. Took it back Monday evening, was told then they will not take it back. Was NOT told it was non-returnable at the time of purchase. Very bad business practice! No offer to even exchange it for another. Out my money and have no mattress.
