I’ve lived a couple blocks away from Stogies for several years now. I head over there for six-pack and snacks fairly often. The staff have always been wonderful to me. One of the lovey ladies behind the counter made sure an e-cigarette I was interested in was functional before I purchased it. Class act

Well I came into the store about 6:15, there were three people behind the counter having a conversation, the one standing in front of the register was writing something on a piece of paper. After a little over two minutes of just standing there I asked a simple question Is anybody working? The lady behind the counter said Does it look like Im doing something?, in which I replied Im a paying customer Id like to buy a cigar. She swiftly turned and said Im busy STUPID CRACKER. The other two people behind the counter heard everything but chose not to get involved. My recommendation is to avoid this extremely racist and non customer service establishment.

Hateful people work here, had an elderly man with Alzheimers disease come lost and thirsty. He was clearly disoriented and dehydrated, instead of being understanding with the situation and try to help him, they called the police and had him arrested for theft and criminal trespassing over a doller fountain drink!!!!!! I dont care what charity the owner has donated to, or what anyone that hes paid to leave good reviews has said. These people should be completely ashamed of themselves for such a heartless and ignorant response to person in need. If the had tried at all to help him I wouldnt leave this review, but they did not. He was on the verge of a heat stroke and needed a drink, he didnt understand what he was doing he just knew he needed water. So for a fountain drink that cost less than a dollar, they had a sick old man arrested. Dont do business with these devils.
