I work a lot of crazy hours I found this subway 24 hours have the best sandwiches the best salads and the hospitality is so freaking wonderful passing through stop over the cheese bread is my favorite love it the manager I like her because she’s funny but everything in that store specially subway it’s very clean

Small enterance/exit. Once inside there is a line inside. Very small area to turn. Wait on exit too because of busy interstate

Gargantuan... beats my car with her fist cause I took a 30 minute nap and says no overnight sleeping ok I understand that but it took me some time to get on my Google maps to find somewhere else. She came back beating my car window with her fist again yelling at me. She never even gave me time to find my route. Dont stop here if you can avoid it. The staff is unkind and uncaring. Very inconsiderate.Aggressive staff.

Tight in and out for trucks. Im a local driver. I dont shop here anymore since they changed to mr.feul. Subway employees are rude. Manager is clueless.

This stores location is awful. Access is very tight. No truck parking. And can be a pain to get back onto the 16 interstate. Pumps are very crowded. And not much room for a pull up when done fueling. Is however the only local place with a cat scale. Only stop out of necessity.

I stop here almost every day to pick up ice and a snack on the way home. The employees are personable and I look forward to visiting with them each time. Gas pricing is among the best in the area. It also has a Subway inside so bonus.

Pilot has consistently impressed me with every stop along my journey. Their Staffing is amazing fun and energetic. Their facilities are all well-groomed at least all the ones that I visited. Thank you for your efforts people! :-)

These money hungry outlet wants your buying power Truckers, from fuel and rest of the purchase, but refuse to build parking for trucks, even though uts a big vacant property next to it. Boycott them buy fuel at better friendly T-stops.

I always have good Pilot visits. I am also amazed how they always seem to have everything I need there. They are awesome for quick fill ups for gas and coffee.The stores are always clean and bathroom are always maintained well too. I happen to be pulling a Uhaul currently and parking is always easy as well. Highly recommend.

The workers were very nice. The fountain drink machine was very flat and a bit pricey. It was hard getting out because of the traffic also.

This place is clean. But if you need to park up, Dont come here. No parking except for taking A shower. Yes, one spot, one shower. From what Ive seen they have all the amenities as the others but no parking.

I stopped by while heading home hungry after a long work day. I stopped by subway to eat to be told she was coming @ 1 am, 7 minutes later i was informed she was on break. Never again

Absolutely ZERO truck parking. Does have fuel island and CAT scales. Has a Subway and small roller grill section for food. Can get crowded. Best to fuel late at night/early in the morning...

We were bobtail at the time, no parking available. They even have a sign up stating, no bobtail parking in the only spot that would not hinder service at the fuel islands. If u want a quick fuel and go, its ok in a pinch, but no place to park for shower or 30 minute break, except fuel islands. Also not much room to maneuver, if someone parks in a no parking zone. We had to take our business across the street to Parkers. The food was fresh, the bathroom clean, and they do provide tractor and trailer parking!

I pass by this place all the time and while its not the easiest to get into because of the layout, the service is still top notch. Great location right off the highway and they have a good selection of snacks, the coffee is nice and hot, and the bathrooms are decently clean.

This particular pilot needs to be turned back into a regular gas station. when pumps were put in for the trucking community, guess they thought we bobtail everywhere. there is always a smell of sewage both inside the store and outside. no its not just the area. no parking, hard to get out of. overall the location sucks.

I love walking there and getting my snacks. The people there are very kind and always seem to have a smile on their face! I filled out an application for there and would love to work in such a friendly environment, even though the clerk said the job is demanding!

Easy excess from I-16 ...a sign before the exit ..easy excess into lot... overnight trucker parking...gas for cars ...fuel stations for truckers... 24 hour Subway...everything you could want from a convenient store ... Bathrooms

Its got clean restrooms and people friendly. Got coffee n hot dog they were great.

If u need to use the scale u need about 30-45mins of free time its only 5 diesel pumps for semis if they pull off you can almost guarantee that u will have to wait for the truck at the pump next to the 1 u want to use before u pull in and u can only pull off of scale if nobody is at the pumps so oversized trucks avoid at all cost not even Bobtailing just use the 1 on I-95 at exit 109 GA-21

Black cashier was very rude, made me feel like paying customers can wait until they finish chatting. My time is important.

Not only are they letting customers inside without masks, despite clear signs that they are required, but staff refused to wear them as well.

Kinda small but looked good on the inside, maybe expand the parking lot some, had clean bathrooms though.

Great overall with the exception of truck drivers eating lunch while parked at pumps so you cant leave.

Way......old and needs to be remodeled. There is a new Parkers across the street, that is several times larger. I stopped there to buy gas and could not get 3.....3!, different pumps to read my card. The staff did try to, to no avail. Parkers was no problem, in and out quick. Pilots use to be good places, not now.

This is a smaller Pilot, but the people that work there are very friendly and welcoming. The store is clean and there is always great coffee awaiting you!

I like to stop by Pilot. The staff is always friendly, the bathrooms are clean and the coffee is freshly brewed. What more to asking for.

This, as well as the other pilot location eight miles from here are absolutely the worst truck stops I have ever been at. If youre not getting harassed by the homeless or propositioned by prostitutes there is one washer for dryers the showers are open and dirty and there is a very low concern for customer over that of entertaining the homeless

Great place for gas and food. Clean bathroom with clean and ample shower facilities.

Cheap Gas!!!! Have a Subway here also. Stays open late. Good place to stop for gas if coming out of Savannah late at night.

Do NOT go in there with a trailer during busy hours and they have ZERO truck parking. After 4 tries, couldnt even get a correct receipt from them.

Small place to get fuel. No parking. Usual fare as far as convenience store fare is concerned. Generally friendly staff.

Its too small, hectic, and a long wait of a line just to get scaled, because the only way out is through the fuel pumps. Honestly I think they should prepare, and organize for this kind of situation, because its hard to simply scale and go, especially when my 14-hour clock is running, and theres no space for overnight parking, except for one, and its only for taking a shower.

When I went into the womans bathroom there was a guy in there and a employee just walking out of there. And then the same employee told the guy that it was the womans bathroom after she had just walked out.

No parking and small hard to get around in a big truck. Last fuel island away from building should be marked bobtail/ RV only. I saw two trucks pull in and had a hard time pulling out due to the curb being so close in front of the island.

Always a good place to catch a hot shower and a hot meal with good gas prices

Showers for drivers are never ready. never clean enough, they make you wait 30 minutes to an hour for a bathroom, when every minute counts for drivers. no consideration for costumers, a lot of lazy people working at this place.

Got to say I like this place the staff are friendly and the facilities are kept clean. The only real problem is it is just so small. No truck parking to speak of. The fuel island is really tight to pull in to. Think when It was built it wad mainly ment for all the port traffic up the street. But the get alot of regular big truck traffic and space isnt ment for it. Like the place just wish it was bigger
