Very rude manager! When you go there and spend good money and he snatches stuff out your hand. Won’t be going back here there are other locations love the Halloween stuff but maybe it’s because we were white or he just needs an attitude adjustment.

Always fun to look around, and theres some .ore room to do so now with all of their Halloween stuff located at a kiosk out front.

Staff was so nice. My girls love this store. Very clean. And they kept the number of people in the store yo under 10 at a time. Thank you for that.

Ive always loved the store and the young ladies working there were great the only reason Im taking a star is the waiting in line to get in. Covid-19 precautions are a little to much in all of savannah.

Even with the pandemic going on there wasnt a wait in line. They clerk was very helpful in finding my fiancé a nose ring in the style and size she needed. They had a lot of neat little things cool merch, tons of printed tees!

Favorite place to go at the mall along with Spencers, Will say there isnt too too much but its still nice seeing all of the items that are there including things that are 50% or buy one get one free, Its always nice getting band merch from there

I had a really weird experience there today, ultimately it was “handled” but after thinking and talking about it, it’s probably worth to recount.Around noon I walk into the store with nothing really in mind and wander around looking. I’m looking at the Funko’s when an employee (Amy) starts talking to me about this chase ATLA pop they have (I love the series) and I decide to buy it (hence she did her job to sell me an item). After this I decide to keep looking around for more things to buy.Apparently this guy in line was here only for this one pop, that he had no way of knowing they had, as you can’t look at inventory online. The manager (Liz) approaches me and asks me to give the pop to this guy as he was in line to check out and I was still looking.I am NOT good with confrontation and freaked out and just handed her the pop. I was put in a weird spot that made me feel guilty for wanting an item. The manager then hands Amy 2 coupons to give me to make up for this.When I get home I decide to call the store to tell Amy thank you and let her know it wasn’t her fault because it seemed (from my perspective) like Liz was mad at Amy for giving me this pop. Liz answers the phone and when I ask for Amy she is busy with a customer, so Liz tells me to just tell her what I wanted to say to Amy and she will relay the information. I explain how I felt and wanted to emphasize that Amy was wonderful and we talk about the interaction.Ultimately, I don’t feel like anything really came from this talk besides me still feeling weird, Liz being defensive, and me just not really wanting to go back to this store.

On Saturday, I came into the store and the floors were sticky and dirty like theyve never been mopped. Not only that, but as I was walking by the register I overheard the store manager yelling the employee that the sales associates should not be talking to each other at all. However, I heard them talking about how to process a return correctly. The manager was not 6 ft from the associates and was extremely rude to them. All store assoiates under her seemed miserable like they had been abused, ESPECIALLY when she was near them. You could just tell that they were hiding tears in their smiles and that broke my heart!! Nobody deserves to be berated in front of customers especially when they were doing their job.They will no longer get my business unless they mop their floors and do something about that rude & unprofessional manager!

This store is strict about their mask policy and is always so clean. The staff is also really sweet and helpful

HotTopic has always been my favorite place to shop for ear rings.

Been coming to this hot topic for years and they still got everything old school included. And of course they have some awesome deals.

Went to the mall for a birthday party and we were doing a scavenger hunt. Went into Hot Topic (holding the scavenger hunt paper) and was told to leave. I was interested in purchasing something, but I was promptly asked to leave the store because I was partaking in a scavenger hunt. I really like the store and what they have to offer but sometimes the staff is a bit rude.

It was ok but I kept getting harassed by the cashiers

Very sloppy work.. I asked for gel nails, they gave me acrylic. I had to go back the next day to have them removed. I told the guy and lady to soak them off instead the drilled the off. While I was there the nail tech nicked the ladies finger causing her to bleed.The owner left so they did not have to give me a refund. Either teach your people English or stay present to translate.

A bit over priced, but it has a nice selection of K-pop things and the atmosphere is very emo... in a good way though. I got pins and a Jackson from Got7 face mask and it was very good.The workers were nice enough they werent overly friendly but they were not rude either.

Staff was amazing. I met a new girl asm and a awesome girl with pink hair. They was so nice and informative! The asm was super nice and made sure I didnt leave unsatisfied, I knew all the prices and found the best deals. The pink hair girl made sure, the piercing and rock tees I needed were avaliable. Old manager was so horrible. Now I want to shop every chance I get!
