They offer financing and Layaway, which is helpful when you cant finance until after your mortgage loan closes. The sofa I selected is in stock so I can expect delivery within 3-4 weeks. Some items may not be available as quickly.Overall, I was happy with the purchase and process.

We received such great customer service from Rodney Wright from the moment that we entered the show room. He was such a delightful and diligent person to encounter. The delivery was great. Delivery was on time, couch was very pretty. But after the plastic was removed and the guys left, I started to smell an odor. I thought it must just be from the new couch. After a week it started to smell like vomit! I got close up and both arms of my couch is where the vomit smell is coming from. No stains, but I cant get the smell out. There is no refund or exchange. Now Im stuck with a stinky couch!

I came into rooms to go looking for a sofa I could get right away and on a budget. Daniel was there to help and was very patient, understanding with me as I had my toddler and she was running all over the place all while I was trying to shop for a sofa. The in-store experience was very good. Unfortunately, the post-purchase service was poor. We paid to have the old mattress removed, but the delivery boys refused to take it because they said it was not on the order. After management confirmed it was paid for, the boys were too lazy to come back and get it . We had to find our own hauler to remove it. Dont buy a mattress here if you need an old one removed.

Went into Rooms To Go in Savannah earlier today and had one of the best shopping experiences of my life. We’d actually been in the market for new living room furniture for months, had shopped around to different stores and knew we’d get the most for our money at RTG.We were greeted right away by Gary Reid who was very friendly. He also didn’t hover over us as we looked around one more time, and didn’t try to steer us towards something more expensive. Answered all of our questions, checked order times on different colors for us and was overall extremely pleasant to work with.Next year we’re replacing our master bedroom furniture, and as of right now I’m planning on going back and asking to work with Gary again because he made this whole experience so stress free and enjoyable.

So I typically strongly dislike furniture shopping because of pushy salespeople. I have to say that my experience at Rooms to Go was very relaxed and pressure free. Our salesman, Jaden Royal, was pleasant and very helpful. I will most definitely go to him for any future furniture purchases.

We stopped at Rooms to Go to purchase a queen mattress and adjustable base. Jacob (Jake) Rowland met us at the door.Since we have not purchased a mattress in some time, it was important to us that Jake highlight and demonstrate some of the key features that enable comfort, fit, versatility, and durability in a mattress and base purchase. I wish I could give this negative stars! What a disappointing experience. We bought a large sectional and the sales rep encouraged us to also buy the insurance. DON’T FALL FOR IT! We did buy the insurance but when we filed a legitimate claim it was denied because my husband didn’t know the cause at the time of the claim. I have purchased many items from Rooms to Go in the past but NEVER AGAIN. I plan to file a complaint with consumer protection.

On a nice sunny day in Savannah, I went searching for the perfect bar stools for my new house. I had recently made a large purchase with Rooms2Go but bar stools were the final touch that I just couldn’t seem to find. When I entered the store, I was immediately welcomed by sales associate Anthony. He listened to what exactly I was looking for (style, color, what it matches, etc.) and started his search. He searched high and low checking the stores inventory online, giving me different options, and even putting different styles of bar stools together and pairing them with the table I had previously bought so I could “see the full picture” of what my new home would look like. It took about only 20 minutes for me to make my decision - that’s how helpful Anthony was on that day. His professional knowledge of the products and the furniture industry as a whole made this purchase a no-brainer! Soon enough I have an entire house to furnish and Anthony will definitely be the guy I go to for that!

After having some terrible experiences buying some furniture online I finally went to Rooms to Go to see what they had. I will never buy furniture online again. I ended up with a 5 piece set for the price of what I paid for a sectional online. Anthony Cade was my sales person and he did a great job of listening to what I was looking for, showing me some options and being very patient with a very wiggly 4 year old. I would have saved myself a lot of time and hassle if I had just started at Rooms to Go. Anthony was great, he kept my little girl entertained by promising her to see the princess bed at the end. Very happy and although some of it is coming in a few weeks I feared it would be 10-12 weeks but it wasnt for the living room furniture.

Anthony, at the Rooms To Go at the Savannah, GA location, provided the best customer service I’ve experienced in quite some time. I was terribly frustrated with Rooms To Go. I live in FL and they recently discontinued the color of the sofa I’ve been planning to purchase for some time, however, they still have the color available in GA. I spoke with several Rooms To Go locations in FL and none of them were willing to work with me to order this sofa. They all said it wasn’t possible. When I spoke with Anthony today, he was kind, courteous and extremely helpful. He spoke to his manager and they made it happen. I should have the sofa, the two chairs and an ottoman by the end of June. I’m so grateful for his help! While buying a new sofa isn’t a big deal in the grand scheme of things, Anthony’s willingness to help us was huge. Thank you Anthony and your supervisor who made everything come together today. Ordering from Rooms to go has been a terrible experience. They delivered the wrong headboard and having to wait and additional 2 weeks to have the correct headboard delivered after already wait 2 months for my sons bedroom set. Then they forgot to bring the slats for the mattress to sit on for the bed. Finally through their lack of professional and caring, they damaged my walls delivering the furniture. A terrible experience that I would wish for anyone to go through.

So I came in, got greeted by Fred, wonderful service. Straight to the point answered all my questions and give me helpful advice. Everything went smooth, no hassle, no fuss just good customer service. Thanks Fred!

Anthony at this Rooms to Go location made our experience so pleasant and fast. We had been stressfully shopping all day, to no avail. Let me preface by saying the sales person Redd was awesome.The customer service on the other hand. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Absolutely terrible! They attempted to deliver the couch I ordered. Couldnt fit it through a door into the hallway before even getting to my apartment door. Refused to attempt any other methods of getting the couch through the door. Said it wouldnt fit.I measured the door opening and then went to the showroom and had the couch measured. It will fit through with 1 inch on either side of the couch if it was turned on its side.. like you would normally do when trying to fit a couch through a door.Ive tried calling the customer service center 9 times now (currently on another 40 min hold) yo speak with someone to get the couch redelivered.. I paid for delivery on the 30th I want my couch delivered on the 30th. 3 times in a row now they have answered the phone and immediately hung up before saying anything but you can hear other customer service reps in the background. The first time I called they said theyd get ahold of the dispatch manager and have the couch delivered today and would call me back with a delivery time. That return call never happened.Now if I want a refund I have to wait for the couch to get back to Atlanta, and wait 48 hours for the couch to be marked as not delivered in their computer system before I can get a refund.Absolutely unacceptable.

We just moved to the area and heard about Rooms To Go from a coworker, when we walked in we were greeted by Sunny, and told her what we were looking for, she let us browse the store without being right on top of us, and was very kind when we needed her assistance. We bought a few items that we were able to get quickly, but left the store and went to a couple other stores, drove right back and ordered the rest of our furniture, deciding that waiting for the furniture would be worth the great service. Thank you Sunny for helping me create a nicer more beachy type home. We always appreciate great service.

Spicer was very helpful in assisting me with my Kids bedroom purchase. He assisted me through the entire process and made sure everything was completed to my liking. Glad to do business with Rooms to Go Savannah once again!

If you’re a senior citizen like me ask for Gary Reid, this guy had the most patience ever I’d experienced in a furniture store. He was polite and considerate in showing me options for a comfortable mattress for my smart bed.

He wasn’t pushy, he allowed us to look around and make our own decision, and answered our questions. He also scheduled delivery dates that worked with our busy schedules. The store was bright, clean, cool and welcoming upon entering. We were shopping for bedroom furniture for my son when Leeza greeted us in the kids section. She was friendly, knowledgeable and just an all around sweetheart, sharing personal anecdotes about the bed she had just purchased for her own son. She provided me with a catalog and her very open availability so that I could take my time looking as I was not ready to purchase that day. I returned the following week and ended up ordering an entire bedroom set that I know my son will love. Leeza took care of all the details and made sure I was getting the best price.
