I had a wonderful experience working with Adam. It was a very busy Saturday and although hr was working with me he was also assisting another customer too but I didnt feel neglected. I had time to test the beds although I am very uncomfortable lying down in public. I brought my sister with me and we both enjoyed working with him. There were two ladies also shopping at the same time and the seemed to be having a good time too. I believe we all became sleep number customers that day. I am looking forward to my delivery and a great night sleep. I am also working on making points and enjoying using them for other products!

Great staff and great beds! My salesman, Chad is very professional and very knowledgeable. He helped me pick out a bed, accessories, and was always available to answer questions.I encourage you to try out ALL the beds in the store so you can choose your bed wisely. Ask every question that comes to mind. There are no dumb questions.

Brad was great (even though we came in around 8:30) he took his time and explained everything. He was very thorough friendly and knowledgeable. We ended up with a new mattress! Cant wait for it to be delivered!

My wife and I have been searching for the best mattress and we found it! Scott in the Savannah store was amazing. Knowledgeable and not overly talkative and we love that. A true sales man that is proud of the product he sales. Be ended up buying pillows,two sets of sheets, and mattress protector. Just remember nothing good in life is cheap. In this store you pay what you get; top USA quality. Very happy with our decesions. Can’t wait to get our new bed, pillows, sheets and sleep on our new sleep number!

Donald was great! No pressure to purchase and very friendly and knowledgeable.

Shipping is pathetic, slow, not up front with delivery eta on bedding accessories. Have a bed & frame arriving and no sheets. No tracking number and customer service doesn’t understand that the customer is the most important person in there business and they are the reason they have a job. Been over a week since the sheets were ordered in the local store (1 hr away). Suggest to have more inventory on hand.1 month later I ask to exchange the mattress, get a conformation e-mail and date set. The same day they reschedule my exchange for 2 weeks from the original date.

I have now bought 3 beds from sleep number and I LOVE them!! My guests even get one! Jim is an amazing salesman and the manager Scott is knowledgeable and very involved in the store. As a former manager myself, I can tell when a manager has buy in and his employees are very well versed.

Our salesperson, Savannah was very thorough and answered all our question. She was very nice and courteous even though pregnant. And I love my pillow too although it cost more than any I had ever purchased in the past.

The ad we were going by said mattress and frame 1,000$. When I got there it had been pulled apparently and 1000$ off sign was up. Very misleading.

The experience was so serene, it took everything in our power to go to sleep. Learning about the Sleep Number bed was informative in and of itself, but to experience the feel, the adjustment to the shape of your body, the warming of the feet and the cooling of the pillows made you want to stay and take a nap.

Great experience at this store. Laura was very attentive to us and our needs. She answered all of our questions and did not pressure us into a hasty decision. I can’t wait to get my new bed and experience a great night’s sleep!

These beds are overpriced air mattresses. (This location is good and the employees were great) however I’m not impressed with the bed. My boyfriend and I have our sides adjusted but regardless, when he lays down I go up because I’m smaller and when he gets off, I sink down and feel like I’m hitting just a hard surface. Definitely is not worth the price and I’m not happy at all with the bed.

Great customer service with no pressure of buying anything.

Please read the fine print, sales person said we had 30 days to return anything, which was a lie, purchased the bed on 9/2 didnt receive it until 9/28 called today 10/24 to return it. Well all thats returnable was the mattress. We have to keep the frame that we had to buy to fit the mattress, and all the bedding which I understand the we cant return the bedding, but everything else the sales person said we could return. So we called to return it and they said no. We can only return the mattress. Sleep number bed has the worst return policy I gave ever come across. You all have no idea what customer service is. Also you need to retrain your sales associates not to lie and say you can return it all.

The Customer service from Scott was awesome ! He helped us for about an hour in a half and he had patience . We were all able to make a good decision and get every question answered .

They are selling glorified air mattresses...didnt help my back at all. When they tell you 100 days to try it out they should also be clear that they will charge you to pick it up/ ship it back... almost $200. Read the fine print and dont trust a sales person.
