I just sold my old Toyota van to LKQ and had the most enjoyable experience was excellent from start to finish. I filled out the quote online and received a call a short time later and the lady was nice and expedient with no problems. The appointment was set up to get the van and on that day I was called and asked if the van was ready as well as told that I did not need to be there for it to be picked up. There was a slight issue with the pick up but that was nothing on LKQ but the tow company, they gave the driver the wrong zip code and he was in a totally different part of town. The driver called me and he got is straight with no issues and the van was picked up and delivered with no other glitches. I went down to LKQ where I was met by a super friendly staff and shown where I needed to go and that is where I met DJ. DJ was great, he did all the paperwork quickly, checked out the van and cut me a check with no problems. If you need to get rid of your old vehicle and want a decent price for it get ahold of LKQ!

Friendly staff, huge selection, up to date inventory!

Went for some parts for my Acura and an aux port for a civic, didnt have the parts I needed for the Acura but they had the aux port, when to pay for it and the young lady said your good and didnt charge me for it they are 56.0 new from the dealer. Cool staff highly recommend and I appreciate their service.

Went in there without a mask and I was asked to put one on which is fine. Except for the fact every other time I go in they don’t ask people to put on masks. I’m just confused by the inconsistency here are we wearing them or not and the lady at the counter gave me attitude when I called her out on it. Her mask wasn’t even on.

Called to sell a truck and got an offer which i would have accepted had it not been for them telling me that they had the right to lower their price after they pick it up and do further inspection. Which means i would have to pick up the truck 2 days later if i didnt like the offer. I would sooner watch the truck be crushed for nothing than make a deal like that.

They dont have O2 sensors for NISSAN ALTIMAS though. They mostly get cut off with the catylic converters, that the junkyard recycles. Great selection of Vehicles though.

Very friendly, they offer a map to make finding the vehicle you need easy and fast. The prices they give you is great. Went for a door latch for my truck, new it is $115. Went to LKQ and got the latch and the catch plate for $13 and it was in new condition.

Well, would be nice if you have guest Wi-Fi for customers!!! Using Wi-Fi would allow you to look up parts asGuide while while picking your part.guide

Pretty good selection of pull a part type of parts. They do have inventory listing online so you can see if they have the car you are looking for before you go there. It was $3 to get in and walk thru the yard. Prices are within reason of what you would expect.

They have a pretty large section of imports comparatively... However you must bring your own tools... so for some of you who just want to get a cheap part you have to get some expensive tools to get it out of there

Should be 0 stars... Scheduled to sell a vehicle... No one called during their 2 hr window.. I had to call them 3 times before they just told me, oh it looks like theyre not going to make it today.. you werent even scheduled you were just in the system.. whatever that means.. damn I guess I was stupid for taking time out of my day and counting on what I thought was a legit business to hold up theyre end of the bargain.. their attitude on the phone was so terrible.. seriously feeling sick now, Merry Christmas to me, just got fu**ed LKQ style

The yard itself is fine. But good luck trying to get ahold of anyone if you cant get to the physical location. For 2 weeks Ive called, Ive emailed, Ive done the online deal, trying to see if theyll buy my car. Ive done business with them before and had trouble reaching them but I could just stop in and ask someone back then. Now its impossible.

The people working here have no knowledge on products at all. I was told over the phone there was a part I needed there, when I got there no one knew anything about it nor could they give any direction on what part was what. Ill be reporting to the BBB as well!

Dont waste you time or money with this company. Hours of Sun-Mon 9am-5pm but they actually close at 4:30pm. All I needed was a radiator but now they have wasted my time.

The Savannah location has a tendency to scam their customers. I shouldve have taken the advice of other reviews. They will give you a quote for your vehicle, and drastically drop the offer when they get it to their lot. Total scam! Not to mention that the customer service reps and the managers dont communicate at all - either that or they are all incompetent.

I love the LKQ in Garden City! Very easy to get in and out of.

LKQ is a great place but the new manager is incompetent and a poor excuse for a employee, he doesnt know how to relate to customers and is not management material. I hope they will replace him soon. I have instructed my employees to go to other pick it yards and only go to LKQ as a last resort!

The car was on their website but when we arrived there we were told it wouldnt be there til Friday. The guy also said the part was around $39 but the lady there said it was $205. This used to be my favorite yard. Now, most of the staff are rude and unhelpful. Fee to get in went up. Plus, they charge an environmental fee thats non refundable if the part you purchased was no good. I drove an hour one way two days in a row to purchase and return a bad part. Ive done nothing but waste time and money with this place the last few times Ive been here.

Beware of the scam. If your selling your car to them, They will offer you one price to get you in, but once the vehicle is at their location they reduce their offer by $50 for whatever excuse they come up with and if you dont except the offer, they bill you the $50 anyways for the towing fee. Its a planned scheme. Terrible business.Also the teller at the counter kept taking the drivers coming into the door with truckloads and dealing with their issies before finishing up with me. I spent atleast 45min there just trying to sign my title over. With noone else in line.

They dont answer the phone ever. After being on hold for at least 20 mins i decided to drive out there just to find out the hours of operations on the internet was false and that they were already closed.

Drove an hour for the first time to visit this place and the service was great. Git what I needed and I will be back
