Folks, thank you for the feedback, those that know me understand I will always guide you in properly repairing you BMW. I have over 17 years working on these cars and constantly stay up in training to understand these complex machines. Please understand, these Negative feedback are from folks who are trapped financially in their cars. Usually folks have neglected their cars maintenance and up keep and bounce from shop to shop desperately for a cheap repair, maintaining the cycle that got them in their predicament in the first place. I get these cars in really bad shape mechanically. Some tear down diagnostics is need it sometimes, and other times if a vehicle has high milage we can only recommend a repair that will give them a high chance of not returning or coming back with same issues. I do work on great looking cars and very high tech machines, not only that but they are beautiful machines. My biggest problem has been, people authorize a repair and we fix the car. Once we fix it, we advice the costumer that vehicle are done. We have limited storage space for cars. We have a storage policy and after many times working with our costumer, understanding their situation, sometimes we just cannot let costumer take advantage of us. We cannot let a car sit here for over 3 months waiting on payment on a service that was authorized. We are a very small specialized shop, we still have the best labor rate in the area for our specialty. We understand we cannot make everyone happy, we all see reality in a different way. I have to say this, I usually dont try to explain but I am learning that sometimes you have to. Thank you and warm regards, the Management.
The first time I went to this shop I would have given it 5 stars it was expensive but he did a great job however since it was so expensive I went to another mechanic that did some work but couldn’t input the right codes so I took it back to this shop for a diagnostic. I told him my abs and esp light was on and I needed to figure out why. He charged me $100 for the diagnosis and it stated that “Xentry diagnostic scope/ Abs-esp faults front end repair was done at another shop, request customer to give the other shop an opportunity.” So basically I gave him $100 for the diagnostic and he told me what I told him before I gave him the car. It just made me sit dumb because if you’re paying for a diagnostic you would expect to know what’s wrong with your car not what you already knew so that was just a waste of money and a disappointment. I’ll just take it to the Mercedes dealership for a diagnostic and to get it fixed. I wouldn’t come back here again.
Great service and fantastic technicians on site. Work has always been A-1 here. Owner has a great staff and honest service, and informs costs ahead of time when practical.
Great service on my R350 and fast turnover. These cars are very complicated and Carlos is not scared to jump in and find a solution. You can tell he also likes the cars he works on!
I own many cars, high end to just your daily driver. He has worked on every German car I’ve owned along with Japanese brands as well. Reputable and honest. The search for a good shop has ended for me, Carlos and team are well trusted and has saved me tons of $$$. Good to see a honest business in the auto repair still exist.
Carlos will take care of you, he will go deep into finding the issue with your vehicle. Continuosly educating himself. Can definitely trust him.
Carlos is recognized as a leader by professional Bmw and Mercedes technicians. A pro among pros, he shares his well researched knowledge so that all can have a better repair job done.He is The BMW Doctor of Georgia, hands down. Anyone complaining is in the wrong car. Sorry to say it, but driving a properly functioning German car costs more than driving a Hyundai .
Great work ensuring that my old BMW was safe to drive all the way to Florida. Excellent customer service, price, and fast work!
Great shop, owner is very caring and knowledgeable. Don’t hesitate to use them for any services, anyone bad mouthing this shop was most likely just unable to afford a repair they needed even though this shops prices are very fair!
Excellent service and I take my Mercedes to only Carlos. He will find the problem and repairs are done properly.
Moved from out of town needed a place for service on our BMW family. Great people and great service at a better price then the dealer.
This is far from a business. I was referred to Carlos by someone willing to sell my 2006 BMW M5 on consignment because I live in Nevada and the car is in Savannah. Carlos contacted me about the vehicle and I explained to him the issues I was having with it. He said he would do research about the car and the issues I was explaining. It was never discussed that he would be conducting any type of diagnostic or labor on the vehicle. I told him I had $2000 to spend to fix the vehicle if he felt confident in his research on the possible issue. Next thing I know, Carlos called me saying that he had dropped the sub-frame to drop the crankshaft and told me it needed a new engine, asking if I wanted to continue with the repair. I immediately said NO!!! and explained to him that I had no idea he was even working on it yet and I did not want to go any further. Carlos tells me that it is going to cost $400 for his work. I explained as mentioned previously that I did not agree to be charged for labor because it did not know his definition of research or investigation and I was never informed or approved of any additional labor as well as never being notified of any such cost or hourly rate. After arguing about this Carlos tells me forget about the $400, just have someone come and pick it up. It will be outside. I agreed and hung up. A few days go by and I have the guy selling it for me go and pick it up and Carlos would not release the car to him because it has an unpaid bill on it. Apparently Carlos changed his mind because the car was not picked up the very same day him and I spoke last (which I was never told it had to be that day). He completely changed his mind and wants $400 for the bill, while holding the car hostage from getting removed off of his property until its paid, as well as charging me $25 per day for storage on his property until the bill is paid and its picked up. Nothing has been documented in writing and as far as Im concerned this is extortion. In my opinion this is not how a business should operate, nor treat a service member of this country that is trying to do the right thing while dislocated. I am still trying to get my vehicle and will be reporting the business to the BBB and pursuing legal action. I do not recommend this business to anyone.
Hands down best BMW and Mercedes specialist in Savannah.
Great shop, great people and very knowledgeable.
Horrible experience from start to finish with my BMW. I would never take my vehicle back to this place, nor would I recommend them for any kind of work!!!
