I absolutely love the customer service I get at this home depot over any other local Home depot, The employees are always so friendly, and eager to help. They even offer to help wether its there actual department or not unlike a few other home depots Ive been to.Over all I give it 5 stars

Great experience at Home Depot. The store is clean and organized. I was shopping for a rug and the flooring department staff was right there to help and answer my questions. Also they offer a military discount which is a bonus!

I had to do a return and I ended up shopping as well!A store associate helped me take out the heavy stuff from my car to make it easier for me to return.At the painting department the sales associates were super helpful and knowledgeable. I had all kinds of questions about tile paint and the gentleman explained it to me very well. ( I am not sure if it’s appropriate to mention here that he was so handsome haha). I stayed an extra 10 minutes to listen to him.I was there to learn about my opinions for an inexpensive and easy DIY cover or repaint my kitchen tile floor until I save up money and energy to completely renovate my kitchen.The associate at the flooring department was very helpful as well. I am a customer who asked lots of questions. I really tested all of the sales associate‘s products knowledge who crossed my path at my shopping.I regularly use the Home Depot app. I find this app very useful. I can look up which products I want to buy and I will find the product location in the store.I like that I get perks for using my Home Depot card. I get coupons and special deals/percentage off of certain things.

Great place to buy supply And to renovate your home has a lot of great extra things that you can find for small tasks that you need to complete. Has appliances lighting wood for building beautiful plants its a great place to get almost anything you need anything you need for your home for fixing

Today I was at Saugus store around 10:35am to make a quotation for materials for my building, and when I arrived I came across a man sitting in the chair looking at the computer screen, when he saw me he got up and went to stay together with 4 others next to a table where there was a woman sitting and 4 men around talking in the car, talking about the Patriot game, and none of them 7 minutes came to ask me if I wanted something. Until a girl came from the cashier asked if I wanted help. And at that moment there were 6 people waiting. I ask Home later, managers are not interested in making the service perfect, they would not be the example. Are the employees old from the company and think they dont need to work anymore because the customers have no value?

I purchased a refrigerator and range from Home Depot. Both came with free installation. I bought the installation kit, as recommended. Emails indicated the appliances would be installed. Neither was installed. They were dropped off and I had to hire a plumber. When I purchased a gas dryer from COSTCO, they sent a licensed plumber to install and take permit. If you are buying in appliance in Mass, go elsewhere! In addition, the customer service is non-existent regardless of method you choose to contact...email, chat, phone or in-person!

I think the Home Depot is far superior to Lowes, but that is just my opinion. When I am in Lowes I feel like I dont matter. I think the workers at Lowes are not very well-trained.Home Depot workers seem well-trained and much more knowledgeable.

Looked to see there were 12 batteries for my Ryobi. After waiting for 15 minutes for an associate he said nope dont have them. Offered me a much more expensive battery. Just said we have a theft problem. It was a locked case. Impossible to get help and poor inventory. Not the first time at this store I have had a similar experience.

I came here on a weekend night, well before closing, and I wondered if it had gone out of business. The parking lot was nearly empty, and the main entrance/exit was completely dark. It was weird.Once inside it was like any other Home Depot.

I know its hard for any worker to work on an Easter Sunday but still, I have to say a couple of words about my extreme experience at home Depot today.It was amazing. The staff was really helpful, courteous and joyful.I was looking for a mirror and the gentleman did not told me where it was. He walked me to the corridor. Above and beyond.The senior employee that was working making keys was also really pleasant and fast.Finally, the cashier, greated me warmly and, even behind the mask, you could see her smile.I work in construction for quite a while and I love going to home depot to do my personal projects, like today, and the staff of this store is really remarkable.Thank you!

Very helpful when my landlord let my condo flood with rugs and myself being an asthmatic as well as my son having allergies I had to utilize their rentals too shampoo as well as dry then take the carpet up and replace it so their an a+++

Bad customer services. I tried to return an item that I never used and the guy told it had been used and that he could take it back. He pretty much screamed at me. I asked to speak to a manager and he refuse to do it. I went to another store where I was able to return the item without any issues

Theyre one of the better Depots in the area. My only complaint is the way they leave the lumber carts so far from the doors. They put carriges near the entrances. Who needs a carrige at Depot? Put carts out front.

I ordered some tile from Homedepot.com and it came in to the store. while one of the guys brought the tile to my car 2 cases were damaged. I brought them back inside and they told me that the tile is no longer orderable. So I had to go in the tile section and pick out something else. I had gotten a special price online for the tile I had originally wanted. The customer service guy said he would work with me on the price if I picked out new tile. I picked one out and brought it up front. He not only gave me the price of the first tile but he gave me an extra discount on top of that as a thank you for being patient with them. The ordeal was stressful for me because I needed tile but they made it easier! thank you!

Do I really need to review Home Depot, I sure that at least 90% of have been to one. Theres at least 5 in a 10-15 mile area of my home You can find what you need, but some of the staff are walk aways I call them you ask, they answer i be right back. 10mins later you still standing with y _ _ r. 👍 up you know where, but mostly there great, most help in your search.

I needed assistance and the woman took me straight to the shelf. At checkout, I had a problem with a coupon and the assistant was helpful and friendly and made the process a good experience.

Go in to purchase a drill with my mother along with the components and I guess the item was a holiday deal of some sort. Which is great so I ask for a veterans discount the lady applies it in and my mother asks “ why is it only 1.99 off? 10% of that price is a lot higher then 1.99 “ and the lady replies “ we can not do additional promotions to a sale.” So in confusion we asked “ a veterans discount is a promotion??” She stared at us for a moment then saying that she can’t apply two promotions and I said to her “ a military discount is a discount for serving your country it is not a promotion it’s a discount that’s offered from you guys, but your saying that it’s a temporary promotion for serving ? And she said yes. That’s what I’m trained to say. Nice training Home Depot remember that serving the country is a choice no one is forced to do it unless under times of war just as it is a choice to protect the ones under duress in times of war but it is our training to make the decisions that you can’t quickly on behalf of my fellow veterans reading this I will say it because they can’t thank you for your service

This isnt my favorite store location. The stock and staff are good, but the layout of the store is a little bit different. Its also somewhat difficult to enter an exit the parking lot.

The tools and materials are here but they are missing duro I got tile which was sad and employees are not knowledgeable of the materials... they gave me a pallet of flooring and the first box was scratched up, wasted my time returning that box...

I love that their website lets you check inventory at the various stores in the area so that you dont have to waste time or exposure. It points you to the exact location in the store, so you can get in and get out.

Everyone is helpful and I bring my pup all the time un cart and when I get in line hes crying because the girls always have a treat for him, that makes us both happy 🐾🐕😁 thanks HD Saugus

The customer service we received over the phone from this location was terrible. We purchased a snow blower online (shipped from the Saugus location). After one snow fall the snow blower broke. But because we bought the snow blower more than 30 days prior they were unwilling to help us. So if you ever want to purchase a snow blower through home depot- check the forecast and only buy 30 days within snow fall (which is crazy). Go to Lowes

I recommend avoiding this Home Depot due to the relaxed enforcement of COVID-19 precautions that I experienced. When I was in there I asked two employees questions and both removed their masks and approached me very closely to answer. My cashier who checked me out also wasn’t covering their nose with their mask. A lot of the customers weren’t following proper mask policies. I empathize because it’s hot and tough to wear a mask all day, but I’ve had better experiences at other stores and will stick to online orders or try a different store when I absolutely have to go in.

Home Depot has a lot of stuff sometimes can be overwhelming all the times can be very inspiring

I am renovating a house that I co own with my brother. More days than not we find ourselves at Home Depot on an almost daily basis. They have the products we need at prices we appreciate.

Everyone social distanced with masks. I did not have to wait today. I waited only ten minutes yesterday. Its actually nice to have space when shopping. No body bumping into me. So thats good.

I asked for help no one came to help me so I left

This is a horrible store shop an any other home depot then this one. We shopped here because it was conveniently and on our way home from Boston but never again I would rather go out of my way to another store. We ordered 6 interior doors and a washer and dryer. The washer and dryer was two weeks late the delivery was scheduled 3 different times and never showed up. I called the store numerous times and was put on told someone would call me back and never got a returned call. The washer and dryer finally got delivered and were damaged and the delivery crew that we paid to install the washer and dryer just dropped it off and I had to install it myself. I tried to call again numerous times with no luck. When I finally did get through to someone they said it was too late after delivery there was nothing they could do. Similar experience with the doors they were delivered. two were the wrong door even though all my paperwork showed the correct doors being ordered. Called the store numerous times for help again said they would call back never heard anything. Finally able to get them re ordered waiting another month for them to come in called numerous times for status on this supposedly rushed order with no luck. Never go to this location!!!!

Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Not the Saugus store particularly but the appliance delivery. Moved into a new house and we bought a new stove, refrigerator, and then a washer and dryer. The stove and fridge got here fine but the washer and dryer have been a nightmare first I paid with PayPal and even though money was taken from my account and confirmed by PayPal that it was paid Home Depot claimed they didn’t get it. Even though I got a confirmation email fir the purchase with an order number and when I called because I couldn’t track the delivery they kept saying I was all set. But the delivery date came and went and no washer dryer. So I had them cancel and paid with my credit card. This pushed my delivery date back another month. Now the date has come once again and the washer has a huge dent in the front. So now I’m forced to wait fir them to get the washer back before I can find out when I can get another one. And I have to call and check in it myself when I asked since I’ve had so many problems can I get a discount on the delivery I got hung up on.

Be very careful using their Credit Card Terminals. Came to purchase few items. My Credit card declined then additional 2 cards declined. Turned out the printer did not function property and we had ended up with $395.00 Fraudulent Charges of IP online Company we are not familiar with. I would strongly urge Home Depot to run Compliance on their Merchant Terminals to avoid additional fraud charges of other innocent consumers

Very good stores for shopping everything you need for fixing something.

My wife and I went to make key copies for our new house. An employee Aziz took good care of us, he was so nice and courteous.

Spent 20 minutes trying to purchase a grill, but couldnt find an associate willing to help me. Every associate I spoke with called another associate to assist me, no-one ever showed up. Heading to Lowes, I know theyll take my money.

Usually busy but theres always parking/Pro parking...you can park under cover to load vehicle and employees ate wiling to help tie down your load safely. A great experience.

Paid extra for a delivery to be done on the 24th, delivery never got done, driver said he attempted, I was home all day, nobody ever showed up, no calls or anything. They changed the date to the 02, just called the depot, they told me they didn’t load the truck with my order, so frustrating, management of the store guaranteed the delivery was gonna be made today. Landscap company came over 2 time to my house already, first Fourth of July of my daughter and can’t get the house readyThank you homendepot. The most aggravating is that this is not the first time with this store

Hard finding someone to help you

A pretty good home depot. Right off route 1 so its convenient and visible from the street. It seems to be smaller than other locations Ive been to which can be a good thing because you dont get lost and its much easier to navigate around the store. The downside however, is they didnt carry a couple things i was looking for that Ive purchased at other locations.
