Mediocrity is the only way I can describe the experience to be entirely honest. Jonathan was unqualified to answer or help in anyway possible with my request of help. I arrived 30 minutes prior to closing which gave enough time to help me however he displayed his eagerness to run home. I called prior to arriving at the store to make sure the phone I wanted was available and the representative I spoke to guaranteed me it was- after finding my receipt he said it was possible to help override some things to help make an exchange possible but it would take a while which apparently he didnโt have to give. Nevertheless after his display of ignorance and lack of patience I rather shop elsewhere ๐ฎโ๐จ itโs unfortunate that after the pandemic this is who we are left with to โhelpโ us with such minor tasks.
Best buy has switched to become an oversized appliance store. The crew at most locations is super helpful and in some cases very knowledgeable. Sometimes their inventory levels dwindle so take a look at their website before you decide to get something so you wont be disappointed to make the trip. As a general rule nowadays, you will do yourself a favor to order online and have it delivered home or in-store pick up

Probably due to staff shortage- a few times I have been here and they have everyone in the same checkout line - whether you are buying something in hand, picking up an online order or returning something. Sometimes you wait very long just to swipe your credit card!
Shipping at Best Buy makes me want to just get whatever I need on Amazon. The team there was very kind, and we got a decent TV, but their limited staff made things chaotic.
Good afternoon my name is Frangel De la Rosa about 15 days ago I bought some Beats headphones in this store at Best Buy which does not work for me with my new iPhone 13 I went to the store looking to return it why they do not work with my new phone when I arrived at the entrance of the store and a person greeted me and asked him if he spoke Spanish and he said no and asked me in English what I need I told him that I need to return those hearing aids because they do not work with my new phone and I He said OK I speak Spanish can you tell me OK because as I tell him that I need to return it he tells me that I need the invoice or the phone number I tell him that I did not buy it with the phone number and that I lost the invoice in one of my pants tells me or I cant do these at all so I need to return hearing aids because they dont work with my new phone.
Overall good. Team member did not want to work with us and left us to find a product on our own. He told us he had never seen a Professional Presenter with laser pointer in it and said he was to busy. He went back and sat behind a table.
Fernando was an awesome stores associate! I came in with my mom and my brother on tax free weekend and fernando got me my laptop and I was in and out of the store in 10 minutes. Great customer service! He told me everything I needed to know!

I typically shop at the Best Buy in Everett MA, but sometimes an item that you want to purchase in store is not in stock at your preferred location. Therefore, I went to the Best Buy in Saugus with the intention to purchase a few items that were not in stock in the Everett MA Best Buy.The staff that were working were few, but those who I interacted with were polite and helpful. In particular, one young man with braces who was restocking the movies was incredibly polite when I asked him a few questions.When I was going to finally check out, after choosing a few movies to purchase, the associate that was helping me, who was a complete sweetheart by the way, needed an โoverrideโ due to the fact that I was asking for a price match. She waited for a few minutes after using her radio to ask for help. This was at around 10:30 A.M. on a Monday, and there no more than three customers in the store in addition to myself. The manager at the time, Michael P, then begrudgingly came behind the counter as if helping the employee who didnโt have permission to authorize the price match was creating more work for him. I had three movies that were all cheaper on Amazon that I was trying to price match, Michael did the first one, became more annoyed when I had a second, and then completely ignored me when I said there was a third. I just paid and left since it was only a dollar difference, but to me it was simply a matter of principle and courtesy, not about the extra dollar.Most of the time its the regular staff that fail to meet the bare minimum at places like these, but this time it was the lackadaisical and lethargic manager, who seemed to like standing at the entrance and welcoming customers, rather than actually doing things that a manager is required to do, like helping customers that other employees canโt due to access permissions on the check-out computer.
Worst Bestbuy I have visited. You need an appointment to get any help, info, or buy in store. Nobody in the isles, only by appointment. I didnt buy what I wanted (smart watch) because of an 1hr wait time. Manager told me thats one of the very few Bestbuy with this system, its is not a shortage of employees or COVID.
I went everywhere to get a laptop for my daughter. She needed one for school. This place finally had 1 laptop available. The people there, were so patient with us, especially for my daughter. I love it. They definitely work hard to provide a safe environment. I recommend this Best Buy to anyone.
This is the only best buy store I go to since its not far from where I live and if you gonna buy electronic stuff u should buy them online from their store if u have a credit card because they have offers online because I bought Beats Solo 3 and it cost 200 dollars and then I checked their website and realize the price was lower ๐

Tech guys in the electronics department were very helpful. However having to sign a guest list to be helped at a retail store or anything brick and mortar? Thats a bit annoying and customers can perceive that as a setback. How I miss the good old days of personal encounter and the employee at the store taking it upon themselves to make sure the customer is assisted. As opposed to this more of a lunch line tactic of keeping things in order

You can buy electronics here. Very clean store and you have to wear a mask . They have a public restroom ๐ป Dividers at the check out . They clean after ever customer. They also sell music ๐ถ DVD for sale too . Love this place โค I would recommend to everyone.
Worst Best Buy experience in over 20 years as a customer. Went in to purchase TV and W/D in an empty store where associates were standing around chit-chatting. Asked for assistance five times to complete purchase and was told to put a name on a list with the store โmanagerโ who was also checking people in to the store. Iโve got names for all the people who were โworking,โ but couldnโt be bothered to actually assist. The only TV expert, after knowing I had been waiting, tells the manager, in front of me, that they were taking their lunch break.This location, like much or the ill-fated retailers around it, should not be open. Waste of time and space.Atrocious.

Too many employees standing around doing nothing. Its bad enough they are short staffed and clearly not enough of them are cross-trained. Waited 22 minutes for a mobile rep to come over and assist and they never did. Ended up leaving and going to Verizon

Terrible experience with Manager a front door, trying to return a tv. We purchased the 32 inch Samsung in March and we opened the box on 7/7/21 to install . Put tv on nothing but spiderweb on screen, unaware of the 15 day return policy which I understand but 15 days or 15 minutes it was probably broken before we purchased it but the manager at the front door (Saugus store ) wanted nothing to do with our story. He basically blamed us for the problem .Best buy beat us for $250.00. I can honestly say this was and is the last time I or we will ever step foot in a Best Buy store . I will do whatever I can to discourage anyone from purchasing anything from Best Buy, anyone please go to Target, B.Jโs or a local retailer

Go to a different best buy for any purchases you need to make.I purchased a Switch here during the time where they were available for the 2020 holidays. Two weeks after buying, we opened presents and find that the Switch charger was defective. There was nothing wrong with the unit other than the charger. Good news was the replacement charger is sold separately, so I figured even though the unit (Switch) was now sold out and couldnt be replaced, I could get a charger.I spent 1.5 hours trying to reach this store by phone, on hold and called the customer service line to avoid face to face contact and figure out what I could do. Was told by Best Buy service reps to just come in. The store said by proxy they were too busy to take phone calls. First strike. I was able to reach other stores in about 30 minutes.After coming in, the first person I spoke to understood my situation and said they needed to clear the charger with their manager. They came back 5 minutes later saying they could only replace the full unit. Except, they couldnt, because the Switch was out of stock. Second strike: its not my problem that you cant keep it in stock. I was sold a defective unit, I only needed one piece of it to fix my problem.I spoke with a manager and they insisted that I could only replace the entire unit, even though they had the part I need to replace, and they had sold me the defective piece. They told me to buy the new piece and work with the manufacturer. Third strike. If they knew the manufacturer would replace it, why not make the call themselves and give me the part in the meantime?I realize this may come off as expecting too much and forcing folks to bend the rules, until I mention that I called ahead, went down the street to a different Best Buy, explained the situation, and walked out with a charger in 10 minutes. So much for corporate policy being the problem here.Bottom line: they will screw you out of your money with defective hardware and refuse to replace it themselves. Do not shop here.

Best buy is a fantastic outlet store to purchase electronic items in brand name tvs, dvds, 4K Blu-ray players, and all sort of other electronic items. The Best buy representatives are the best of the best when it comes to providing help to the customers. And Best buy has done a marvelous job at providing the best associate to try and find the best electronic item that fits your house and your budget household. The Best buy prices on brand names electrical items are better prices than amazon.

Every Isle is very tight with people in the way. Its like a crowded MBTA bus. But over all I am happy its near by. The prices are reasonable. The variety is helpful and the staff are reasonably friendly. Good place to go for reasonable Christmas shopping.

I dropped my computer for Geek Squad repair. The computer is 6 months old and can be covered under the manufacturer. Best Buy tried to use my 3 year protection instead. Then told me if the computer cannot be repaired by manufacturer then it will be scrapped AND I lose my 3 year protection that I never used. This is a complete ripe off of the protection plan from them. I dont recommend anyone ever buy another protection from Best Buy until the device manufacturing warranty is about up.

Best Buy in my experience usually has good customer service and more so good technical support. I always make sure I asked for the head of the department I am in and that works best. The store is clean and people are wearing masks this was posted October 2020.
Worst service ever. Experts? Not even close it. waited 3 different times wasting an hour for the right person to help. Ended up finding the product in a plastic tote myself,but they couldnt answer a single thing. I needed answer or I would have ordered online. Then made me download an app to see when they would be able to install, which they do not do at this store. I left and had professionals install a more expensive one but they could answer every question and didnt waste time. What happened Best Buy? You never were THIS bad. Never again will I step foot or look at anything online from them. Time is precious. You wasted mine.

A trip to Best Buy gets the purchase done. They invariably have the full spectrum from economy to premium in most categories. This time I needed a soundbar. They had plenty in stock including totally compatible editions for my TV. They will price match, finance, reward points, or extend coverage as you want or not. No-pressure assistance in buying. No need to buy online in order to save. View, do your Q&A, select, pay, done. I love BB.
They have over 20 laptop computers displayed but hardly any in stock. I have always shopped at Best Buy it is possible that it is a result of Covid-19. I will still continue to shop there friendly knowledgeable staff clean store
A somewhat Busy staff... However you notice the information gap between a place like best buy and an electronics department in your Walmart or Target department store... Always my first turn to get something Id normally need to find online for *specific specification needs... Hopefully they remain broader than the main steam. I believe its attributing to their resilance!

While visiting Best Buy is almost always fun being an electronic fanatic, the delivery service is where the experience SEVERELY goes south - the delivery guys arrive in an unmarked truck (no best buy logo), they took only the dryer not the washer, they also damaged a water pipe in my basement causing me a $400.00 emergency repair bill. The claimed that a water pipe with rust on it was the reason that they couldnt move the washer. Once they loaded dryer on their truck, they split fast and they did not attach the dryer to either the outlet or the exhaust hose - I had to attach the washer and the dryer myself.
My washer busted. I ordered from BB online and it was easy. They kept me posted by text on the delivery and arrived just as scheduled. The two young men who did the installation were excellent. I never had to leave the house. Perfect experience!

I Love Best Buy! The curbside service right now has saved so many people with working from home. My Wife and I appreciate the people who are working and that Best Buy paid all of their employees for an entire month before they furloughed any employees.The way companies treat their employees, internal and external customers will make a huge difference after this pandemic.
I ordered something online for pickup. I arrived about an hour and a half after I placed the order and this location has the pickup procedure down. Staff was very friendly and quick and the store wasnt too crowded.
