This FedEx office is large and bright. I needed some documents printed and it was so easy. The staff is friendly and makes visiting this location a pleasant experience.

I had a very oddly shaped item that I needed to ship. Bridget was extremely helpful and generous in helping me take care of this process (helped find the right size box, cut it down to fit the item and all in a very quick and efficient manner). Highly recommend this location for your shipping needs!

I had an amazing experience there I had a lady name Ame went over to the computers I wasn’t sure when I was really doing I was trying to make copies and she came over and help me and she did it through her end and it took a minute and I’m not good on the phone and I had to transfer it from an email and she was just amazing she was so sweet if everyone everywhere was like her it would be great!! Kudos to Ame and her great customer service. She didn’t make me feel stupid. This was the store on Congress st in Saratoga

I have had experiences with the most wonderful employees who are so willing to help you and walk you through the process from printing to shippingexcept, for a handful of times, when employees were too busy or could care less about any questions.I was almost late for work one day trying to print a document, tried for an hour...I went back in today with new documents to print, Beth was an Excellent example of what customer service should be!!! Its a beautiful, spacious, cleanlocation and dont mind the parking situation as long as the right employee is there to assist.

I needed to print a large visual foam board for a meeting the same day--staff was very helpful; I thought I wouldnt get it until 5 pm and they called me in less than an hour to say it was ready, which I greatly appreciated. Have mailed packages there several times and the help was always friendly and efficient.

Came in on Sunday afternoon. The self-service station consistently failed to download basic Word docs. I just printed a single copy and had a clerk make copies. I got what I need it but I killed ton of time. Will just go and print at the library next time.

Fedex has a habit of dropping off other people packages at my address. It’s happeneds all the time!! And it’s always Fedex that does this!! Then it takes days for someone to finally come and pick it up. I think they need to train their drivers to double check what address they drop packages off too. This is a reason why I won’t personally use fedex to ship anything for me and get nervous when I order stuff online and they use fedex to ship because I’m afraid it’s getting dropped off with someone else! I know not all people will try to send the package back or contact the person who the package actually belongs too and then that person gets screwed and lose money! I’m tired of receiving other people’s packages then have to call and get put on hold and switch from one person to another and be put on hold for at least 5-10 min each time they need to transfer the call. This happend twice with in two weeks and happend other times in the past! So fedex I think it’s time you train your drivers on double checking what address they’re dropping packages off to and stop sending me other peoples packages!!!

Walked in with a package at 6:30pm on a Sat, clerk was busy with another customer. But obviously had noticed me. I had not taped the label on my package but clerk wasnt bothered by that fact.Great place.

Went in to ship a package tonight, and I was accosted with a racially toned hand written note by the young punk at the counter. I have no idea what warnted this note, and I still dont understand it! The staff here is totally rude and disrespectful. If I could have rated them with zero stars I would have!! Absolutely ridiculous and uncalled for behavior!! They have lost our business forever! Shame on you FedEx and shame on the crappy people you hire!! I only wish that I saved that note instead of leaving it on the counter when I left!

Great customer service here. Ship from lots of Fedex locations and most are terrible. Employees are helpful and friendly.

Everytime I am in this place there is never enough people working, long waits for service, also left me on Hold for 15 minutes when I call to see if my print job was ready. This location seems to be poorly managed.

Only one of the two employees working at the time seemed to know what was going on, their equipment to design and print in store doesnt work correctly and then as i was walking out an employee mad a rude comment. Terrible service.

Shipped a package from their today and had no issues, staff was friendly and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes.

I had to exchange merchandize. A pre-paid FedEx label was sent to my email by the manufacturer. FedEx wanted to charge me to use the internet to access my email, and then wanted to charge me to print the shipping label. I was annoyed enough to go to the UPS store where the staff is friendly and pay $10 of my own money to ship it back.

Horrible people at desk. Make you wait a Long time you dont need to. Horrible

WORST FedEx location I have ever dealt with. They are too lazy to attempt to notify a customer before returning a box to the origin, even when requested by the shipper to do so. LAZY, UNHELPFUL, WORST customer service ever.

Hours say open till 9 PM but they were closed at 2. Very dissatisfied

Waited 10 minutes for Printing system and it wouldnt work. Asked for them to print a single page from the desk and they said they couldnt. Said it can take a long time for an email to go through?
