Stopped in for an impromptu wedding ceremony and found a great low cost dress. Asked the price and they told me $400. We had a lot of conversation and the people seemed very personable. They asked lots of questions and did a good job building report. Well...came back the next day to purchase. As I approached I was pleased to hear they were waiting for me to come back. They had the dress waiting and I was able to check out right away. The price now $535. I asked what changed and the owner exclaimed...”I said around $400 but either way you told me you were in finance so you’re rich right?” ...are you kidding. Awestruck I handed them my card. I right away said, “oh no, sorry this is the card I wanted to use.” And I was met with, “I guess we are lucky we didn’t get the swipe yet and I responded with it would have been fine but it wasn’t the card I wanted.” We all like our point, right?To add insult to injury the owner hands me a card and asked me to tag him in my photos... are we serious? Are we in Saratoga? I guess I understand the 3.5 starts. Regardless, the budget dress is pretty enough to ruin at a field wedding party but jeezzz.

Love this shop! Clothing selections are unique. Im always looking for something different and I can always find it here. Chris was very helpful and went above and beyond for me, since I dont live locally! I will definitely be back!!

Daughter bought her Junior Prom dress there yesterday. Owner was great with my daughter, spent time showing her the different styles he had on hand. Daughter was very happy with her selection. Thank You!!

I spent almost $200 at this store and I kept the receipt due to my necklace falling apart on me. They have a 10 day policy for exchanging; when you live out of town, its not always easy to do that. Im very disappointed at how this situation was resolved. I had to call them back when I requested to speak to the manager yesterday. I never received a call back; I just called and had to remind them about the conversation. Because it says, there is nothing they can do after 10 days, despite efforts to reconcile, manger didnt have time to personally call me and hear my story; now they lost a customer that would faithfully go to The Shoppe every time I was in the area. The girls were great...I didnt meet him. When in in the area, Ill be dropping by to announce how poorly the customer service was when I tried to see what they could do for me.
