Sorry, but this outdoor mall is a little run down looking. I have no doubt that the merchants would like to see it upgraded a bit. The parking lot is run down, the trees and shrubs need trimming and just an overall little bit of TLC. Other than that once youre inside the stores everything looks fine the merchandise is great the service is good. Still recommended.

Was pleasantly surprised at the remodel of Barnes and Noble. Excellent staff was able to order the volume from warehouse and mail to my home for free.

Best Buy is ok.Store is clean and not well staffed, but...while I was waiting in the electronics (tv, etc), 3 other employees came out and the line was gone.Got what I wanted quickly, and could go on my way.One more comment. They have shrunk the nu.bers of handicap parking...please reconsider this action.

This shopping area is very clean and nice. The surrounding area though...not so much. When you drive into the parking lot it feels like your in a different part of town. Then when you leave its like a major reality slap right in the face.

I really enjoy this hole in the wall. Their food is pretty good. Ive been eating here at this location for the last 2 years now. Very reasonable and the young lady is very friendly once you get to know them. Great when you have had a long day at work and dont have time or just want to cook..

I prefer port charlotte store for customer service but this place has everything.

The lack of customer service was awful. I had to walk around the store twice to find an employee to ask a question, only to be told Thats not my department Highly recommend going somewhere else.

The real standalone shops are Best Buy and Barnes and Noble. Best Buy is the go to place regarding any types of electronics including the best TV selection, Apple and Samsung products. The magnolia section impresses me but you need to have deep pockets in order to afford anything in their impressive lineup.

Spacious parking lot. Isles have adequate space. Parking spots are large enough to park comfortably. Quite a lot of shade, nice for mid day parking. In all of the times Ive been to this shopping center, it wasnt unbearably busy. Best Buy, Barnes and Nobles, and IHOP, make for a potentially great all around trip. Downside is the light when you leave and take a left to go North on 41, might wait a little bit in high traffic, you must wait for the other side to go before you can turn (only one lane).

I think most focus is on 🎄at the moment.

This Bestbuy location can be easy to miss while on the road unless you look specifically at it. Employees are always nice and friendly.

I hadnt been to a JoAnn Fabrics for awhile until today. It was a very good experience: the employees were attentive and friendly. Checkout was fast. I was exchanging something, which was pleasant experience because they have a simple, easy return policy. They had some inspiring yarn colors in stock.

The stores in this plaza are fine, I love most of them. I however rarely go into this plaza because the traffic layout is terrible, its so hard to find parking on the Southside facing Cortez, and the east facing side is hardly any better. During the holidays, forget about it, Ill order my gifts online.

I went there to buy my daddy a jitterbug phone and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable and helpful!My daddy passed away 5 days after he got his phone so this place will always have fond memories to me because of my daddy and how well he was treated!

Best buy is a big store with lots of merchandise but not enough employees. Took an hour for a return and exchange which was only possible after one bright employee figured it out. I like supporting local retailers even if they are national chains...but sometimes it is trying.

Had a $12 special, soup, salad and pizza slice. It was all delicious and the people were very friendly and took great care of us.

All sorts of interesting stores in this group of shops. My personal favorite is the Oriental Food and Gifts. They have a great selection of imports and sauces plus fresh made items like kimchi and more. Best of all on Saturday before noon you can get fresh made bibimbap, pot stickers and several other fresh made offerings.

Holiday traffic expected. The pushing for parking was normal. Great place to shop, even with all the crazy shoppers.

Barnes and Noble, IHOP, Bestbuy and more. Big parking lot. Easy in and out, but if your going north leaving, take the side road on the north side or use the road to the south for traffic lights. Impossible to go north otherwise.

Plenty of trees in the parking lot so its easy to find a shaded parking space.

BrandsMart is the anchor store its conveniently located they have a large selection of appliances Electronics cell phones the staff is very friendly the management is very friendly parking is easy in easy out. Ill definitely return in the future they also have a large computer section

Best buy unfortunately doesnt update their website ( per saleswoman) Sat 4/13 @ srq / tamiami trail store ..ie on in stock items I went to buy a small fridge, not in stock... although she was quick to try to sell me the the other ones that are 50 + dollars more.. no thanks. Thats shady in my book. Hey thats what reviews are for right.
