Our family thoroughly enjoyed using our Zoom Around golf cart to tour Anna Maria Island. We rented a 6 seater golf cart for the week down in Siesta Key. The process couldnt have been more seamless. The golf cart was waiting for me when I arrived at our rental property and it was picked up on the day I was leaving. All in all, it was a perfect experience and I would rent from them again.

All the staff members that I spoke with, on the phone, and in person were wonderful. The carts are all brand new and in great condition. The cart arrived on time at our Resort at Bradenton Beach. Chris who delivered some carts prior to our place, promoted the company very well. When I spoke with him, he had all the info that I needed to get my cart the very next day. John who also works for the company, I met in person as well and was very professional. Cathy and Bobbie, the ladies at the office who I spoke with on the phone, took my order, worked out all the details, and made me feel comfortable in my rental. Great job Zoom Team. Will use you again in the near future.

These carts bettered our whole experience on the island! They were so fun and really did make everything so much more convenient. I will never visit the island without booking a couple carts. We had a group of ten and everyone loved them! Also, Jonathan was so great to us!! We will recommend ZoomAround to everyone!

We enjoyed our rental for the week we had it in Siesta Key and were sad to have to return it the morning of our last day at the beach. Excellent experience, cart was delivered clean and on time. Compared to other companies offering rentals Zoom had new carts and pricing was much better. Austin and Cathy were great through the whole process. Consider the lithium cart if you are looking for a quiet but speedy way to get around Siesta Key.

Golf cart was waiting at our rental home when we got there. We had a lifted 4 seater electric. Comfy seats and as we passed the sign that showed your speed it flickered between 23 & 24mph :)

Fast, friendly, fairly priced and let me tell you AUSTIN IS A BEAST! This kid is the epitome of a hard worker and I would hire him in a heart beat. This review is more of a testament to what an asset this kid is to the community and company. I was honored to deal with him and he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy!! Amazing company!!! Will return and rent again!

Customer service was great, cart was brand new. Only word of caution to customers is to book early. This goes for any cart rental agency. As a first time visitor to Anna Maria Island I had no idea how in demand golf carts are. Reserve early for the appropriate amount of time.I will only rent from Zoom Around on future trips!

EXCELLENT costumer service! Out cart was delivered and it was all fun from there on. The kids really enjoyed driving around Siesta Key. And my wife and I enjoyed being able to easily get around and park. We ended up giving family members rides because it was easier to get around and more fun. Austin from Zoom around was great. Ask for Austin when you call. Can’t wait until next year to rent again.

This was one of the best things of my trip - is to have a way to get around to nearby stores with the grandchildren without having to crank the big van. Im 66 years old & have arthritis so it was a plus for me. I only wished that it wasnt as much as it was: but I didnt compare to other places so that part may have been okay.

Such a great experience with zoom around! They kept me in the loop from start to finish regarding when the golf cart would be dropped off & picked up. There was an issue with the cart I originally rented before it even came to me & they upgraded my cart, so there would be no delays in getting the golf cart. The delivery & pick up that they do is so incredibly helpful when there are so many moving parts to worry about during a busy family trip. They made it one less thing we had to think about scheduling. Highly recommended this company for golf cart rentals!

Great service from the start. Austin was great getting things coordinated and lined up. He worked with our move in/out schedule to maximize our time having the cart and it was perfect for our time around town. We got the 6 person cart and all 6 adults fit comfortably in it. Allan dropped off the cart early, had it cleaned, wiped down and went over everything we needed to know. We will definitely be renting from them again. 100% satisfied.

Me and my 8 friends had an amazing experience renting from ZoomAround. We had the 2 new 6 seater executive carts which was perfect for getting to and from the beach and bopping around Siesta Key. Awesome service. We arrived from Maryland, with no rental car, and after one trip walking a half a mile to get water and groceries we decided to get a golf cart after seeing one breeze past us. They dropped it off to us at our villa in casa Blanca. Highly recommend this company.

We rented a Golf Cart from Zoom and had a wonderful experience with them. Austin was a delight to work with and well far beyond our expectations to ensure we had fabulous time with the rental. Their phone number auto routes to Austins cell[phone off hours, so you always have support a phone call away.The golf cart was brand new and worked fabulous. What a great and fun time!!!

RENT FROM HERE! We were staying on Anna Maria Island which is 30 minutes or more outside Sarasota. All the golf carts were already rented in our area so on a whim my husband call ZoomAround. They delivered us a 6 person, brand golf cart for the same price as renting one on the island. The cart was BRAND NEW. Our 15 month old son absolutely loved it. We were even able to fix his carseat in so he could sit up high and see everything. Their customer service was 5 star. They made sure we got everything ok, and even checked in on us during our rental period. We CANNOT say enough good things about ZoomAround. We will rent from then again and again!

Lee was super helpful and kind when getting us set up with our golf cart rental and it was so much fun to spend a day touring the island like a couple of retirees :) definitely recommend booking with these guys. The trolley was great, but not having to rely on someone else for transportation the whole trip was also great!

Excellent customer service! We rented the 6 seater golf cart during spring break and it was worth every penny, Ubers were not coming to the key & the trolly took forever. We also had a friend with a broken ankle and she could not have gotten around without it. They dropped it off at our condo and picked it up. 5 stars for sure

What a great golf cart! It was super cool. The other one I rented in daytona last year was loud and slow. These were quick and they look like theyve never been used before. The staff was awesome and the process was easy. Way cheaper price than the other guys we called.

Extremely disappointed in this company. Had 2 golf carts on hold for a long family vacation and due to Covid we couldn’t make the trip so long and instead went down for the day and so we didn’t need the golf carts. Spoke to owner and he said he would refund me the total charge no problem. Even asked me to write a good review despite never actually renting anything. Been back and fourth with my credit card company and him- he keeps saying he refunded me; yet my statement says he took the $550. This has been going on for months. I now have a dispute. Beware of this company.

We rented an 8 passenger golf cart for $260. We drove the golf cart 6 minutes down the road for lunch. After lunch we tried to drive to the beach and our gulf cart died. We were told that it was a full charge and would last all day. We called to let the company know. We have had to wait over an hour broke down on the side of the road. The company claims they are bringing us two 4 person carts to replace our 8 person. The sun sets at 530 pm this time of year, that is in less than 3 years. Over an hour wait is a HUGE FREAKING DEAL. I called to see how much longer. After 35 minutes they were just loading up new carts to bring us. We also rented 2 other 6 seaters. Our entire family was able to go and explore while we sat in a parking lot and waited. I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE WE HAVE RECEIVED.
