Never buy glasses from this store. They present themselves as being trendy which means expensive. I dont mind paying if the store stands by their product. They dont. The workmanship is shoddy at best. I have a pair of glasses only 2 years old and the coating is coming off both lenses. Their solution is to replace the lenses at my expense without a guarantee that it wont happen again for $500. This has never happened with any other glasses Ive owned from other stores who wouldve been glad to fix or replace at no charge. A terribly run business that cares nothing about their customers just making money.

I went and dealt with Tamika at the store, there were these sunglasses there before that I wanted but they weren’t at the store anymore, so she suggests I order them there. I sat down with her and ordered them and got a receipt. She said she’ll call me when I can come pick them up. She gave me a call about a week later to tell me that they weren’t in stock and to come pick out another pair? How did I pay for and order something that wasn’t in stock? I explained I didn’t want any other glasses there and that I would just like to be refunded, then she told me they don’t do refunds so I asked to speak with the manager Benji. Benji then argued with me over the phone on how their system is not able to process refunds. When I asked how I paid for something that wasn’t in stock, he explained that they should have checked to see if the glasses were in stock first before ordering them but claimed his employee still wasn’t at fault. After some more time going back and fourth about me wanting a refund, Benji then told me if I wanted to come to the store and figure out how to do a refund myself I could do so, because his system doesn’t do refunds (how sweet of him)

This place goes out of their way to guarantee your complete happiness! My hats off to the entire crew: Jami Heredia, Manager; Jennifer Lopez, Licensed Optician; Anna Bloom, Cassandra Scott, and Stephanie Shoemaker, Optical Stylists. There is N eye doctor who comes in on Wednesdays and will help you get a prescription.Everyone works as a team player. Pic1 is a pair I have on order, Pic2 my wife’s clear pair, pic3 my original pair which had some adjustment issues and was replaced with another choice of mine.Make certain to sign up for their discount club and free pair club - YAY!

Great service. Took about 2-3wks to receive my glasses. A little more expensive than I would have liked, but I love my frames. Customer service is great though. They also fitted my Gucci sunglasses for me after I accidentally sat on them. Thanks again!!

I called SEE eyewear to replace my sisters glasses for her and worked with J-LO. J-LO was really understanding, patient, and helpful. She went above and beyond to help me replace my sisters glasses and make sure we would get them as soon as possible. I know that my sister already really like going to SEE eyewear, so I cant recommend them enough after this experience and particularly after getting J-LOs help and working with her to get this taken care of. Glasses were delayed because of quality issues. When they finally arrived I went to the store to pick then up and was barely acknowledged. Sat there forever and treated like an annoyance. After I was handed the glasses it was immediately clear to me the lenses were sitting unevenly in the frame. I was told thats how they were supposed to be. Ive worn glasses my entire life and never experienced this. So I left that day refusing to accept the glasses and I tried to reach customer service. No response for WEEKS. I finally had some success through Facebook, and after MUCH more waiting, I was told they were unwilling to offer a refund because the glasses were fine. So months later I have no glasses and they still have all my $. UTC location.

Spoke with Cassandra on the phone and she was very helpful with what I was looking for. Then went to go in person and she was even MORE helpful in the store!!! Very genuine, nice people! With the look of the glasses frames I was looking for, she was honest that they would not have those as they are a little older fashioned. I brought in the frame that I liked the look for (my reading glasses) to hopefully have my prescription glasses similar to those. She tried to pop in my prescription lenses into the reading glasses frames I liked and they fit!!! (MIRACLE). No charge!!! Cassandra saved me lots of money and headaches trying to find new glasses...safe to say we bought her at least a coffee for her help.The best type of people who genuinely care to help you with your needs! HIGHLY recommend.

Stephanie Shoemaker is the only person you should ask for when you go into this store. Shes extremely professional, not a hard sell and takes time to explain all your options as a customer. She makes informed suggestions and explains why shes recommending them. My husband and I have had very positive experiences with her and have invested quite a lot of money in glasses and sunglasses for each of us. My sister-in-law had remarked on how much she liked my glasses and had asked that we take her to see Stephanie when she was in town recently. She purchased a pair of glasses and sunglasses with Stephanie. My sister-in-law has extensive vision impairments and Stephanie was able to recommend several pairs that accommodated her needs. My sister-in-law left extremely happy with her purchases and Stephanie arranged for her glasses and sunglasses to mailed to her out of state when they were completed. Thank you, Stephanie for helping ALL of us. We greatly appreciate your positive attitude accompanied by your knowledge and professionalism. Keep up the great work!

See is a really good place to purchase glasses. They have cool styles. I have bought several pairs there because of J Lo. She is awesome!! Great personality, very customer oriented, super smart and really understands the details around how glasses should fit etc. See is very fortunate to have found her. It is rare to find such talent in a mall store, yet they have found it in J Lo!

While really personable and helpful, i would like the status of my glasses that they charged me for. no way to connect with them-cant leave vm- never open- wonder if they are going out of biz?

It has been an awful experience and I would never, ever deal with them again. I have been more than understanding regarding the delays, considering my glasses were ordered a month before the shutdown and I still do not have them today! Ordered on February 3, supposed to arrive March 4, shutdown happened and it is now June 1 and still no glasses. A couple of promises, then lots of not returned calls or other random explanations and still no glasses. I couldn’t be LESS satisfied.

The eye doctor here explained everything well and was very personable. I enjoyed the selection of unique frames available and have been wearing mine for a year now with no problems. I was told they dont do eye exams anymore, but my insurance still covers their high quality frames! Definitely visit for your frame upgrade

Nice boutique for frames that make a statement. The ladies were very helpful and friendly and the eye Dr. Was fantastic and very thorough. Definitely worth the extra money. Looking forward to my next pair.

I really enjoy coming in here. All the associates are super friendly and super helpful! Jamie, the manager is so personable and really takes her time out helping her customers. They have a great selection of glasses! Some are a little pricey but there’s always sales and promotions. I normally go to LensCrafters and wanted to give this place a shot and I’m glad I did.

My glasses broke! These are the second pairs that literally broke! I have a total of 6(now 5) glasses from them and the others, all their hinges are loose and they WILL NOT fix them! I brought them all in asking for them to fix them and they said they cant(this is 5 months after I bought them)! I used to go to them when they first opened their store in International Mall(Tampa, FL)19 years ago and the quality was so much better! I still have my 19 year old glasses and they are still in 1 piece! I am never going here again and will NEVER refer anyone to them! $700 frames now broken!

What a ripoff, Purchased frames from them and they overcharged me, did not take the coupon that was supposed to be used, also their 14 day return policy is a lie. They would not except the return exchange . Do not shop there, their glasses are overpriced rip off with poor handcrafted frames
