I have tried the other places. I have tried to save a buck or two. The quality is just not as good as LensCrafters. So, Im back, again, getting a great frame with a good LensCrafters discount. I use the Southgate store and JR was very helpful, but Ive worked with numerous opticians that still work there. No bad experiences. They are always helpful finding a frame to fit my difficult-to-fit face that is on trend. Always GREAT customer service and a great product.

Broke my glasses, went in and Robin had my frames, she put my lenses in check out and was able to return to work with new glasses. Great costumer service.

Overnight I developed double vision, possibly a reaction to my second vaccine shot as I was quite ill. Dr Susan Shin spent the time I needed to understand what was going on and found a solution to get me back on track. After consulting with Jerry (I think that is his name) in their lab, they fixed me up with glasses within 90 minutes, allowing me to safely hit the road again, all on a Sunday. They ROCK!

Everyone was super great and helpful! Highly recommend this location, the vision test was fast (my appointment was at 11am on a friday). If youve got a choice of locations and this is one of them, all the staff are super kind!

Broke my glasses this morning. Was able to get an appointment for tomorrow. I know Lenscrafters’ is $$$, due to past experiences with the company. I now have a different, and hopefully better, eye insurance. I was happy to get the prompt appointment but I don’t want to refinance my mortgage in order to purchase a new pair of glasses. The woman on the the phone already told me LensCrafters will not take multiple discounts on a single pair of eyeglasses. For example, I have Eye Med plus AAA, plus AARP. Well, you can only use one.I’ll let you know tomorrow how I make out unless I die of sticker shock.Girl who only want to see well.

Impressed! Went online to schedule an eye exam this morning. 2 hours later I had an appt! My prescription glasses were ready in less than an hour later from the time I left. The staff up front, doctor, and gentleman that fitted my glasses were all wonderful and very professional! :)

I was able to get a same day appointment with Dr. Tille and he was very professional and explained everything. Great bedside manner! The optical shop had a great selection and 50% promo. The staff were very helpful and they had great customer service. Good Covid precautions.

While the lenses and frames are a bit expensive, this location has some very and kind employees, especially Ray and J.R. if you need lenses made fast, this is a great choice!

Robin seemed to instinctively know exactly what I need. I had been to two other places before stopping here.well come here first next time. I was in and out in under 20 minutes, on the busiest vision benefit weekend of the year. Fantastic.

I just could not understand how trying to purchase a pair of $250.00 frames would jump my price value up to 600.00 even using my insurance when the rep said that my insurance was not covering the frame, ridiculous! I mean with the price of the frame and the calculation that was covered I was willing to pay at $350.00.

Nice and helpful staff. Made a appointment and I was called in on time. They were kind to my six year old. Informative on my eye care. Made sure I got a good deal on new glasses and was in and out of there in an hour.

Tanner was very friendly, and helped me immediately! He didnt even charge me to fix the nose piece for glasses. I definitely recommend this store as it has great customer service!

Had an excellent exam. Doctor prescribed a prescription which, for the first time in six years, worked perfectly. Good selection of frames. Everyone treated me with respect and both pairs of glasses were ready in an hour. I shall return.

I recently had an eye exam here and purchased a pair of prescription glasses and sunglasses. The receptionist and optometrist were excellent, but a sales associate by the name of Kenn really stood out. He spent at least an hour with me helping me pick out frames that were appropriate for my face and helped explain why. As a result, I couldnt be happier with my purchase. He alone is worth giving your business to this location.

DO. NOT. GO. TO. THIS. LENSCRAFTERS. If you have to, dont go to Robin (actually I wasnt impressed with anybody who worked at this location). I purchased two pair of glasses. One pair had to go back twice (once for wrong prescription they applied and once for wrong measurements). The other pair had to go back once (wrong measurements). So they got BOTH the prescription and measurements wrong. I kept telling them I couldnt see out of the glasses and they kept telling me they couldnt understand why! In both cases they finally figured out the measurements were wrong and the prescriptions were entered wrong! Robin hurried and did a poor job with the measurements and didnt pay attention when she put in the prescriptions. The whole process took a lot of my time and a lot of aggravation!

The store has an excellent selection of frames. The many options is almost overwhelming. I needed four separate visits to the store before I could make a decision because I was torn over wanting so many! The associate Bevy took care of me with each visit and was caring and patient. =)

I will never purchase glasses there again. My son purchased glasses under the insurance protection policy they failed to communicate on the receipt or in the store that theses were excluded from their regular return policy. So when he went to exchange they hit him with additional fees. Very disappointed in the service. Once again, I will never purchase glasses for anyone in my family from there again. Plenty of eyewear choices in the area.

My husband and I have bought glasses and had exams three years in a row. Always good service and great quality.

I’m so tired of the lousy customer service at this place. The young woman who ‘helped’ me picked out two ‘old lady’ frames and tossed them on the counter, and acted put out when I asked if there wasn’t something else. It doesn’t get personalized until they mess something up and they have to straighten it out. And by the way, the $34.00 they charge for replacement insurance does NOT cover losing your glasses.
