Excellent visit. Thankful they could squeeze me in after I lost my glasses! Dr Beck is super personable and correct my vision further than what it previously was.

Dr Beck is great. My husband and I have been going here for years. She always remembers little details about us and explains that reading glasses are in the future. The staff has always been helpful in getting the most from my insurance so we have a very low out of pocket cost. She even prescribed contacts that allow my eyes to breathe so no more red lines in my eyes.

We’ve been with dr Beck For a few years. The whole office staff is great. Personable and professional I have quite a few medical issues with my eyes and they have been very considerate. We also purchase our glasses there. I wonder who it is that’s giving negative reports.

As new patient who left a corporate group for a family practice, I did not feel that the Dr. took the time to understand my needs or get to know me - felt like I was just a number. There was no follow-up to ensure I was happy. Spend a lot of money for glasses I do not like. Sorry, will not be back.

There are many other eye care professionals in town do not waste your time or money. Uneducated and unprofessional service with our family as we have relocated permanently here to Sarasota looking for an eye care doctor. As new patients we would have giving them continued service and provide excellent eye care insurance that was listed on their Website, they seem to know nothing about.I was so taken back by such incompetency I walked out without being seen. Heath care here in Florida has a lot to learn about professionalism and quality of patient care .

I would like to give them 5***** for only how professional one doctor is, unfortunately all other staff members are just below 0. Never answer for emails. Charge me $130 just for prescription for contact lenses - they didnt have contacts I needed, so didnt give me any just to try if it will work for me... so I paid only for paper. I had to pay another $160 in other optic store when purchase 3-month supply. FYI - in LensCrafters in UTC Mall I paid NOTHING for the same prescription. Another thing you can see how they work is when you fill everything online, come to the office and you have do the same work - fill all papers again - because the same person just cant find your name in insurance system. I dont know who they hired but if you dont want waste your time and money stay away.
