Not only did my car warrant TERMINATION, I bought a new/used car from the attached dealership called DEWITT MOTORS and I am very elated with the service and the car I purchased. I brought in a 1998 ford which was having problems, Rick the mechanic said it would cost me about $4600 to fix, obviously not worth it so I looked at used cars from the Lot of Dewitt. I found a fantastic 2007 Jag that looked awesome. I took for a test drive, and I purchased the car. Armando was very knowledgeable on this car and got me financing from a local credit union. Rate was great and the term is longer than I expected. I am a very happy camper!!!

At first I thought I was in a bad place, but was I wrong. I found a fantastic Jaguar that was priced better than I would have ever imagined. Edward really knows his cars and was a great customer service person. I happily recommend this dealership to anyone that needs a car!!!

Had a wonderful experience. Eddie treated me and my Husband with the utmost respect. Our Mercedes was immaculate and the extended warranty was just as wonderful. We had experiences that many of our friends would frown upon. Just buying a car should be as simple and wonderful as it was with Dewitt.

I bought my Saturn from the last November and it literally lasted me 3 months. They had told me that they had done a carfax on the car and also had their mechanic check it out. When I went to Midas for just a simple oil change, I ended up leaving spending over $600 on a whole mess of different problems that they found that the car had, When the car continued to act up, I brought it to another mechanic who had told me to that the engine had dried all up and that there was a crack. When I called Dewitt to tell them this, they had told me that I should have known that Saturn engines dry out and dont last that long. I told them that they knew that car was my first car since I told them that when I bought the car. Their excuse was that it was not their fault. I wanted my money back since I paid in full and they were only willing to give me $200 back, which wasnt even 10% of the $2400 I paid for it. I dont trust them and I dont want anyone else to get screwed like I did.

Brought my Porsche down here from Detroit, it got damaged and the people at Dewitt Motors were helpful in fixing my issues. On the plus side for Dewitt, I bought a new Porsche from them and I cannot believe how much Armando knew about it!!! I feel like I bought the car from the original owner and collector of these Boxters!! I am pleased and this car is newer than mine which I paid more for an older car at the porsche dealer in detroit. I give full CUDOs to Ed and Armando at Dewitt Motors.

My experience at Dewitt Motors was less than favorable. I bought a Volkswagen Beetle from them back in March. Tony Baker was more than helpful before the papers were signed but after buying the vehicle he was no longer eager to help. When I first bought the car, I did not even make it home before the check engine light came on, I called him and told him about and also that the spare key did not belong to my car he told me he could order me a new one for $300.00 and that I had to bring the car down to their repair shop to fix any other problems, after making an appointment and bringing it down several times they assured me that they had fixed the problems but did not provide any documents that explained what they did, not even a month later the transmission blew in my car. I called them and explained what happened they told me that they could give me a used transmission with 60,000 miles on it for $2,500. I ended up going a different route to ensure that the job was done right, I also found out that my car had been in a wreck that I was not informed on. I would not recommend you wasting your time or money there. I heavily regret buying from them.
