BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE. Roman (salesman) is a true professional. He has worked for Infiniti for over 15 years. He has won many awards and I can truly see why. I was treated with respect for my time, kindness, & courtesy. The pre owned certified QX50, I previously called about, was parked out front, newly washed and waiting for the test drive I scheduled. Roman went above and beyond to make sure I knew everything about the car I was about to test drive. The negotiation process was quick and easy. The manager & the finance gentleman were both very efficient and didn’t waste my time. The manager personally came over to thank me for my business. Roman, personally vacuumed out my rental car as I was concerned about returning it when my dog had ridden in it. He also helped me take it back to Enterprise rent a car when we finished the purchase of my new vehicle. Having my previous car totaled was very stressful and Roman helped ease the stressful couple of weeks I had. I was in & out in just over 2 hours and had a beautiful Infiniti that I felt very comfortable in. I prayed the morning before arriving to the dealership I would encounter a salesperson that would treat me with respect and kindness as I couldn’t handle any more stress this week. I must admit for being a dealership the service staff here is always friendly and accommodating. They are able to make quick appointments to get you and your vehicle in and have never made me feel unwelcome. They have a nice lobby with snacks and drinks and always provide a loaner when my q50 goes on for maintenance. I have never had hidden prices and I like the text notifications they provide for your quote and follow up once the car is ready. I have been going to this dealer for the last 8 months problem free and trust they are not making oddball recommendations.

We purchased a used vehicle from Kevin O’Reilly. He was great to work with. I called ahead to let him know we wanted to look at the car. He told us everything we would need to bring because we were traveling from over an hour away. He met us at the door, got the info he needed quickly, and took us out for a test drive. He worked to get us the deal we needed to drive away in the car we wanted and gave us a full tank of gas. Steve, one of the managers, made a point to come and thank us for our purchase as well as apologize for the extended wait time because they were understaffed. Jay in the business office was great. We did our own financing, so he had everything wrapped up in minutes. It was an easy buying experience.

I traded in a vehicle and put 14k into a loan with it. I got manipulated by their sales team Roman into another vehicle. His response when the new vehicles value - add in the 14k the additional 5k Ive paid over my loan. Now Im 6k in the negative. 19k of cash into a car and 6k underneath. Completely unethical and I will be sending this to BBB and my attorney.

From service to sales the customer service has been AMAZING! Its kind of a long story....Mothers day weekend we traveled to Siesta Key from Orlando with my husband and two children. My Qx50 broke down before getting to the hotel. We had my vehicle towed to Infiniti of Sarasota after hours. Guy who works in the service department called me first thing in the morning the next day, acknowledging the vehicle was there and confirming they will look into the issue. Within an hour or so Guy called me back advised me that it was a sensor that went out, it was covered under warranty but due to COVID-19 the eta on the part arriving to the dealer was a month out. Needless to say this was horrible news but Guy was very nice and assured me he would follow up and keep me informed with the status of the car. Guy kept in constant contact with me for the next couple of weeks keeping me updated regarding the ETA on the part. We went ahead and made plans to spend Fathers day weekend in Sarasota, and pick up my car while on our weekend trip. June 17th Guy advised that the part has not yet arrived and is still on back order. I was so frustrated no fault of the dealer of course! I asked Guy if we were able to trade in my vehicle and see what we could work out. Guy took my situation to his superiors and connected me with Michael Capito in the sales department. I took a look at the inventory and found a great deal on another Qx50 they had available. Michael was extremely professional, sincere, honest and worked with me on getting top dollar for my trade in. There was no pressure, no haggling and this was absolutely the most seamless and pleasant experience I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle!!!!! We handled everything over the phone and electronically and I was in and out of the dealer in about an hour, test drive included!!!!! This team values their customers and has certainly earned my business!!!! Thank you so much for the superior customer service!!!!!
Very nice dealership. Personnel polite, professional and courteous. They didnt have the interior color we wanted on the vehicle of choice so the manager brought one down from Tampa with no obligation to buy and no payment for bringing the vehicle in and we had first dibs. Timothy was our salesman and was exceptionally personable who kept apologizing for our paperwork wait time. One other point, our vehicle has the rear entertainment center and we could not get my android to link with it so the dealership sent Daniel to our home to figure it out. Turns out the system is only apple compatible but he got it functioning with an Amazon fire stick. Got to give these guys five stars.

Being brand new to the infinity family, I was unsure what to expect after purchasing a preowned Infiniti 35GS, from a used car dealership, felt I should go to a dealer when I had some serious questions I wanted correct answers too, I meant David in-service on my arrival, told me to pull my car in and he would answer all my questions, he did much more than that, I’ve been buying cars for over 50 years, I’ve never been treated like an old friend at any dealership as much as David treated me, answered all my questions, fixed all the problems I had, gave me his card, and said any questions on anything, call me, while they were working on my car I wandered into the new car show room and was greeted by Roman, another friendly and knowledgeable car person, totally enjoyed meeting him, and when I am ready for my next infinity, I will definitely call Roman, can’t wait to return for more wonderful service, thank you again for Wonderful hospitality, just wish other businesses treated seniors with the same respect,
My wife and I purchased an Infiniti Qx80 from this dealership. Living over two hours away I called and worked with Page Wellman. She was very pleasant to deal with, answered all my questions, took time to go take photos of the Qx80, and texted them to me. She even held the vehicle for a few days until me and my wife had time to come see and test drive it. All of the staff we dealt with were pleasant and professional. Im incredibly disappointed to have to write this review as I have owned 3 Infinitis and always been impressed by the level of exemplary service and care by all staff as well as the quality of car. This is not the case now and does not even feel like the same company or dealership anymore. We purchased a certified preowned Infiniti from Clearwater back in Feb and had issues within days. We took the vehicle to Sarasota to have it diagnosed and repaired. (The car is making loud vibrating reverberating sounds at specific low RPMS and speeds) Srq Infiniti claimed they couldnt replicate it; however, when I kept asking and clarifying they finally stated that yes they could hear it, but would not write it in the report and that we needed to return to Clearwater. We did and the car has been there through today 5/19/21. We live in Sarasota so this has been extremely inconvenient. Weve confirmed with both Infiniti corporate and Infiniti Clearwater that ANY Infiniti should have been able to assist us so it was simply pure laziness and a lack of care on Sarasota Infinitis part to tell us to go elsewhere. After months in the shop we rode with the service manager in Clearwater there today and he agreed that he can still hear the noise, but just doesnt know what else to do and we should take it to Sarasota for them to try. Clearwater Infinitis service dept really did try to do their best and remedy it. Infiniti corporate is involved as well and had told us to take it to Sarasota today since Clearwater still cannot resolve it. We were on the way so I called Sarasota Infiniti to let them know. I was transferred to the service manager Mike who was rude, condescending, and treated us like we were a bother and an inconvenience. I can already tell it is going to be a continued waste of our time and we will be met by resistance the moment we step back through the doors. We didnt choose to buy a defective car. Infiniti sold us a CERTIFIED PreOwned car with issues and I am just shocked at their resistance to help and make it right. Corporate infiniti has been worthless, Sarasota Infiniti has been worthless, and it has been incredibly disheartening to be taken advantage of and screwed over by a large corporation once again. If youre looking for that incredible service that once existed from Sarasota Infiniti and this brand, then look elsewhere because they have lost their way and could care less now. No more Infinitis for us, and Ill be sure to refer all of my clients, friends, and family to other dealerships that would appreciate the business more before and AFTER the sale...

I live in Tampa, but I make the trip to Sarasota in order to visit David in the service department at Sarasota Infiniti. He has been fantastic to work with and I can count on him to keep my QX50 running smoothly. I’ve always enjoyed visiting the service department here. I intend to keep coming back, and when it comes time for a new vehicle I certainly will visit them first.
I have a pretty bad experience at this dealer, mainly the reason was the sales person. I live in Jacksonville, Fl so not local to the dealer. I inquired about a 2007 Fx35 at the dealer, and John has responded back quickly. The car was priced fairly high for any book value, and it was described as”excellent condition, great service history” the type of car i was looking for. I made an offer and got accepted(the offer was definitely not a low-ball offer, it was still ABOVE the book values since i was thinking the car was in excellent shape). Then i made a deposit and came on a saturday to pick the car up. The salesman was not here so i had another salesman showed me the car. Now I am totally aware that this is a 14-year old used car and i expect dings dents scratches even minor oil leaks, wear/tear on the interior etc, my other cars are also older so that is not an issue. The issue was the hood and roof paint was in pretty bas shape. There were no pictures showing me these sections and i am not a physic guessing that. Also the front bumper had a couple inches tear on passenger side causing bumper to be off the clips. I totally lost my interest at the moment i saw these after driving 4-hours, spending $200 on my base rental, only glad that i did not listen to the salesman to take my day off and come on monday, that would be even worse financially. I wanted my deposit back, and the manager was nice, and he apologized but the trip was done, i already wasted my money and time because of a salesman trying to cover up(i guess he was assuming i would not check the paint?) imperfections and describing the car as “much loved car and it shows it”.All these would not be an issue if the description was accurate and the pricing was not over the roof, a totally wasteful experience and i want to warn anyone to double check if they were to be interested in a used car here.The car is still available as of 4/17/21(which is today), it is a 2007 Infiniti Fx35.

I bought a used QX60 in October. That experience was fine. I LOVE the car. Earlier this week, I brought to the service dept. for the first time. OMG! They were awesome! David listened carefully to my primary needs and to my wish list. The time it took to get in and out with a beautiful loaner vehicle was less than 20 minutes. A few hours later, I was called back that my vehicle was ready. EVERY little thing that I requested was done. I paid my ridiculously low bill of $82 and was on my way - again in less than 20 minutes! I will never take that car anywhere but Infiniti of Sarasota!

Really disappointed. I have bought 2 vehicles from this dealership and have had good experiences both times. The new facility is very nice, and the staff is generally quite friendly. However, today I was doing some research on their website and and saw a lease special for the Q60 coupe for Zero Down at $439/month. I live a city away, but I still drove up to Sarasota to which vehicles were available for this promotion. I friendly sales rep came up to me while I was checking out some of the coupes. I mentioned the leasing promotion to him and even had it ready to show him on my phone, but before I could even get my phone out, he kindly told me that the Zero Down is basically a lie, and to get the monthly price down to the advertised price, I would have to pay around $4000.00. I thanked him for being brutally honest with me and saving my time, well besides the 35 minutes it took me to drive to he dealership. He told me that I should probably call the dealership first next time to make sure that the AD that they have posted on their website is actually legit. Now i usually dont take the time out of my day to write a review, but this instance had me seriously disappointed for some reason. I know better than to ever really trust a car dealership, and maybe I was just holding Infiniti of Sarasota to a higher standard, given my previous good experiences. But seeing them having to stoop so low as to posting absurdly misleading ads is disheartening, especially since I know that there are some really good people working there. I guess thats why I couldnt get myself to leave a 1 star review.
This dealership is the pinnacle of what a car dealership should be. The service and sales department are wonderful. Guy, the service associate who worked with me was delightful and helpful, ensuring I got my vehicle in and out with no issues. Dan Bonora also really helped me out and made sure I was taken care of when other dealers (Fort Myers Infiniti) tried to upsell me on unnecessary services. This place is close to the highway, and well worth a two hour drive for their service. Best dealer around.

Just bought a QX80 today from this dealership. All reviews that state this is a no pressure - zero haggle process are completely true. I brought in a competitors deal and they not only matched it but they beat it. The entire process from start to finish was about 1.5 hours - finding the right SUV, negotiating and all paperwork. About the same amount of time to go out to dinner. What a pleasurable experience. 5 stars to my salesman, Grant and the Sales Manager Joe. Very professional and great guys.
I had such a great experience purchasing my new Q60 from John Reimer. He was courteous and kept in constant contact, but only at my request. I never felt pressured for a sale. The price of the car was determined and agreed upon before I even arrived at the lot. This particular dealership did not have the color combo I desired in stock, so they found the car elsewhere and had it ready for me within 24-48 hours.
Good service experience again. Our service advisor Brandon is very knowledgeable, professional, and aims to keep us happy customers. No wonder he has achieved the elite award from Infiniti!

Great place to buy a new or used vehicle. Customer service was outstanding. Unlike many places they want this to be a fit for you. They will move at your pace until you are 100% certain you’ve found the right vehicle. Sequoia was exceedingly knowledgeable about not only their vehicles but competing vehicles so you have all the facts before making a decision.

Brandon its amazing and makes you feel like home, he will give you an honest advice on the mechanic of your car and the sales part and finance are always welcoming. Our experience has been OVER 5 stars though the entire deal, very honest dealer!!!! We went to this dealer to look at a used car at 6:30pm they close at 7:00 they didn’t rush us even though we stayed after 7pm. Mike in finance was amazing he helped us with an extended warranty that suited us perfectly without paying anything over our budget, very personable and professional. Ask for Dave as a salesman he was great, listened and didn’t rush us through anything no matter how busy he was. The detail department made the truck look like it just rolled off the showroom floor, looked excellent when we picked it up. SERVICE (in capital letters) is the best way to describe the Infiniti of Sarasota Service Center. They are friendly, go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with the results. I had a convertible top making a noise. They checked it three different ways and kept it overnight. No noise. I got it back. No noise. They also do a great point to point check of the whole car for an oil change. I know it is standard now, but hey then go over the results and what you may be looking at down the line. I have been VERY pleased with my car, with the service, with ALL the personnel I have been in contact with AND I will buy another Infiniti. He was very polite and helpful with questions I had and he went above and beyond the minimum and what hes required to do, Im sure. Cant say that for other dealerships Ive purchased from in the past. This Infinity dealership is honest and definitely cares about their customers. George is really friendly and pleasant to work with. We traded in our 2005 Honda Odyssey on a newer used 2014 Honda Odyssey and got a great deal. After making the purchase, we noticed later in the day there was a vibration in the front end. We took the car back to the dealership and it turned out the brakes had a minor issue with a warped rotor which caused the caliper to stick on one side. Their shop technician found the problem immediately and fixed it. George (Sales) and Steve (Manager) were awesome people to work with and made sure we were happy with our purchase. If Im ever in the market for an Infinity or another used car, I will definitely go back to George and do business again. We are very happy with our (new to us) mini-van.

We purchased our Infiniti QX60 over 8 months ago and couldnt be happier. With third row seating it comes in great for visiting family. The all-wheel drive and stability of this vehicle feels safe in monsoon-like weather conditions here in Florida. Very quiet interior. Awesome sound system. Best SUV weve ever purchased. Sales staff were very professional and accommodating.

Great Experience at Infinity of Sarasota. I am a seasonal resident and stopped into your showroom right before I left to go north. I was comparing a few vehicles and was considering an Infinity. Although my salesman Keith Darity was aware I was not purchasing a car until my return next autumn, he was excellent. The purchase went very well. We did it all by email and phone. I was nervous about doing it all this way. Tom H. did what he said he would. I would recommend Tom and buy from them again. The price even with shipping was lower than I could find locally. They were in a position on my car to come down from the asking price so I could get a fair price considering the car would be shipped over 2000 miles away.
