Hadnt visited a Ben and Jerrys in years prior to St. Armands location. Servers very polite and courteous. Made several flavor suggestions as alternative to what I sought. The pineapple ice cream excellent! Better than I expected and enjoyed the store decor too.

7/10/21We came in here to have a some cold ice cream to cool us down. Im a huge chocolate and peanut butter lover and I tried this one called The Tonight Dough which had chocolate dough and peanut butter dough. It was delicious. I shouldve gotten a kids size. A small size was a bit too much for me. The ice cream workers seemed nice.

My family has supported this product for years. I have just now learned that Ben & Jerrys is actively boycotting the sale of their product in Israel the land historically inhabited by Gods chosen people Israel. My family will now boycott Ben & Jerrys and we will be urging everyone that we can to do the same. Please join us in sharing this. God has said: I will bless those who bless Israel and curse those who curse Israel. I have no hatred for Ben & Jerrys and wish them no harm, but unfortunately this will not end well for them unless they repent.

I had the most amazing experience when I went here. A wonderful young whole staff that was working that day was so helpful and caring. The customer service that Loren gave to our family was so amazing it made it worth the wait. They have so many flavors available which is a big plus I also really appreciate that the staff was very informative about what ingredients were in the ice cream because my daughter has a allergy to peanut. A girl named Loren even got a whole new tub of ice cream from the back and made sure that there no cross- contamination that happened. If you have a allergy I would definitely recommend this place. Because none of the ice cream shops around there take precautions as much as they do!

Breyers had been my favorite ice cream for 50 years. Then I tried Ben & Jerrys Chocolate Fudge Brownie!The best Ive had in my life. I spent$5.99 for each pint. The fudge brownie is like a chocolate cookie now not fudge brownies. I was very disappointed.

I don’t know if she was in a bad mood or not but one of the girls that took my order was straight rude. I did my best to keep cool and just be nice to her.

The two young men working on 6.15 were so great! We enjoyed talking with them and they made our kids feel like a million bucks.

My favorite place to get ice cream at St Armands Circle. Always good service. A little pricey though (I would get kid scoops of ice cream). They are very covid and environment conscious which I appreciate.

Love our day visit to Armand circle. This place is outstanding. I have not had ice cream for while. They are a great selection. It was perfect for a very hot day. They are doing social distancing and you must wear a mask.

Coustomer service is horribe I came in on March 28 2021. The young man working there was unprofessional and rude. When asked if he had a cirtain flavor he was rude and said no! And didnt give alternative options. Was so disrespectful in fact that I took my business elsewhere. The macaroon place just a few steps down not only has the best gelato and sweets it blows this sad Ben and Jerrys out of the water. Will no longer recomend or shop here ever again.

Bro where do I start?? First of all it was my first time ever and the girl who served me was considerate telling me its okay take my time theres no rush. She also was very helpful considering I couldnt see the big signs on the wall she gave me somethjng more up close so I could see. As well as explaining since it was my first time and i didnt fully know what I wanted. The ice cream itself was good and .y cone was perfect. Definitely will go back any time I can.

Excellent variety of flavors, high quality ice cream, although a little pricey. The staff is always extremely friendly and willing to give as many samples as you ask for. Perfect on an extremely hot Florida day.

Extremely friendly, I told them it was my first time and they let me sample flavors. Ice cream was great, and I think the price is reasonable. They were very accommodating to my friend with a chocolate allergy. Jessica, and the manager with long hair are both great customer service people. I’ll be back!

It was free cone day. I took the flavors berry berry sorbet and milk and cookies. Both were really good! Definitely recommends, the workers were really nice and energetic!

Always a great experience. The staff is fast and courteous and the ice cream is fresh and delicious. Despite how busy it is, the store is always very clean and organized. Highly recommend this as a stop on the Circle.

The staff of Ben & Jerrys is the best you will find out on the circle. I visited on CHRISTMAS EVE of all nights and the two gentlemen and one lady were happy as could be to be there serving us ice cream even as it was only one minute until closing time. They made us feel welcome, and with us being from out town is a huge deal. The prices were on par if not slightly better than the other places on the circle but if anyone knows ANYTHING about Ben & Jerrys as a brand, you are supporting much more than the franchise and their cost of doing business, you are supporting a company full of people who care about the environment and the well being of others. Just check out the Fair Trade Certifications that the workers explained to us and how all of Ben & Jerrys ice creams will be fair trade certified by 2013. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this store over all the others on St. Armands!

Top of the line ice cream. No discussion. Also a classic. The price isnt what it used to be, Id recommend coming prepared if you are a large group.

Very modern Ben and Jerrys! Im growing up with that generation so I do like it, but it was very nice inside and the Ice Cream was great, as expected.

There are about a thousand ice cream shops in St. Armands Circle, but for my money, Ben and Jerrys is as reliable a standby as always. Friendly staff, quick service, and a good number of flavors that arent available in grocery stores. Worth a stop!

Only place that Ive ever seen that has almond milk ice cream and shakes! Make more almond milk flavors please! Its been forever since Ive had a shake due to allergies! Also its nice that you can use any ice cream into a shake not all do that. I will definitely come back when in town again. :)

Always visit here on vacation. Kids love the nostalgic atmosphere. Ice cream is great! Very expensive though, so be prepared to pay for the visit!

Had an amazing experience here! They are one of the locations that has Vegan certified almond milk ice cream flavors! The staff were friendly and helpful and we got in and out very fast. Absolutely no issues and loved it!

Great experience--will come back. Ben&Jerrys staff was very friendly and welcoming, the kids loved the atmosphere, especially the big cow statue! Staff was great about dealing with peanut allergies. We all got T-shirts!

Both people were extremely rude pushing people through the lines like cattle. The extreme liberal worker wouldn’t let me print the receipt either. The cardboard straws that you are trying to save the world with don’t work either. TRUMP 2020!

Verified a few days earlier that this location could make a Vermonster for my daughter’s birthday with an employee. We arrived this afternoon on her birthday only to be told this location could not make it, because the correct code was not present on their point of sale terminal. Horrible service to say the least and one disappointed kid on her birthday. We won’t be returning to any Ben & Jerry’s after this experience.

I was in your store Sunday or Monday afternoon/evening with some friends. The manager was rude to his employees and had an attitude. Customer Service goes with in the store also with the empoyees.If it was not for the young Men working there I dont think we would return..Their service was Great. Not rating ice cream shop, this is DISAPPOINTED with mini cup serving in supermarket. I had decided to buy my favorite,Cherry Garcia, as I had not had some in quite some time. Mini size means mini chocolate bits as well as cherry bits- cherry fragments. Not quite what I remembered-just hope larger containers havent skimped on chip and cherries pieces. Would larger containers have larger pieces of chocolate, fruit, nuts, dough? Why arent there half gallon containers? Hadnt noticed variation in other brands....

I’m from out of state, I walked to Ben and Jerry’s from the beach (which is a 5 minutes away) as soon as I walked in the lady was super rude and yelled across the shop that she couldn’t serve us without a shirt... I left my shirt back at the room and wasn’t about to walk 20 minutes to get it. Everyone turned around and stared at us, it was very embarrassing and the way she said it was really rude. There was no sign outside the shop that they didn’t serve people without a shirt if there were I would respect that and not come in. Employees are really stuck up and rude, not coming back there!
