When I asked them if they could make me a vanity for my master bathroom they said, well we really don’t do that kind of work but we will look into it for you and I ended up with EXACTLY what I had envisioned, my gorgeous black lacquer vanity. ❤️I am extremely picky and I am soooo happy with everything. He carefully measured the existing conditions and spent a reasonable amount of time listening to our needs and wants. When he presented his proposed design to us there were very few tweaks required. The custom design was efficient and maximized storage space while taking all of the oddities (outlets, pipes, access panels) into consideration.The Closet Tec install team was equally as professional. They arrived on time, explained the scope of the work they hoped to accomplish each day, and made sure the work area was always tidy. We were never in the dark about the progress of the work as we have been with other interior renovation contractors.The finished closet looks like a boutique! Very professionally designed closets. Made moving from a 2 bedroom condo to a one bedroom condo much less frustrating. There are cheaper companies out there, but you get what you pay for. Eddie, in particular did a wonderful job with installation and finishing work. I particularly was appreciative that they were able to install earlier than expected, as we had moved in and were living out of suitcases.

Our objective was to add a built-in cabinet system and desk space to a room that had no closet space. We contacted a few companies to discuss our project and receive proposals. Closet Tec was by far the most responsive. Jeff set an appointment, arrived on time and was very thorough in our interview, so that he understood our objective before sharing how Closet Tec could make it happen.Jeff rapidly responded with his design ideas and hosted us at the Closet Tec Design Center, where we could see 3D images of the proposed finished project. He played what if with the design until we were all agreed on the result, and then we could see it in 3D, including variations of the colors and accessories available, and essentially know exactly what we were getting. We set an installation date, and Closet Tec was ready to install on the date promised.The installation was completed in the anticipated time frame. The installers were efficient, professional, polite, and the work space was kept very clean throughout the process.NOTE: the installers (not us) were unhappy with the way one of the doors performed, and advised they wanted to redo the door to meet their level of satisfaction.At completion, I believe they made us a promise and delivered more. We would use Closet Tec without hesitation on future projects and recommend this fine company to others.

From design to completion, the Closet Tec team was ON IT! Jeff did a great design (in limited spacing!) in our 2 master bedroom closets, the pantry, and the 2 guest bedroom closets. The measurements were spot on - and where things didn’t quite “work perfectly,” Willy and Mike stepped up to make them so. Yes, the installation was a bit loud at times - but most of the dust mess was kept outside, even though it was hot summer weather! We are totally satisfied, and not only highly recommend them - but plan to contact them when we’re ready to customize our garage.

I dealt with Closet Tec on two occasions. Each time they were efficient in designing what I needed. The manufacturing process was within a reasonable time frame and the instillation was quick, simple and accurate. I have referred a few friends to them who were equally satisfied.

We needed a new entertainment center for our new condominium. We went to Closet Tec with a sketch of an idea of what we wanted. We were asked for the dimensions of each piece of equipment and all other items that were to be incorporated into the center.We picked the materials, colors and hardware for the center. Wallace Smith (owner) designed our irregular shaped closet spaces. He maximized the space and made many useful and functional recommendations. They all look larger! All our closets look fabulous, their work is pristine and they exceeded our expectations. Their designs are flexible so you can add/subtract, adjust the heights of the shelves/racks/rods. They also did an incredible job designing our laundry room cabinets, undersink cabinets and put an aluminum support for our countertop. Their approach is individualized and are flexible. Terrie (Wallaces daughter) is a delight to deal with. All their workers were polite and meticulously skilled. Tip: A visit to their showroom is an absolute must! We very highly recommend them!!!

We had originally searched for wall bed solutions and found a company in Sarasota we believed to be the right choice. They sold the traditional Murphy product. We negotiated in good faith and really wanted to order the product. However, this “other” company was not focused on product value, customer service and made it very difficult to meet our needs as a consumer who wanted to “spend money” with them! This experience left a very bad taste for us. A year later after our guests were forced to sleep on a pull out we decided to once more seek a wall bed solution. We discovered Terrie and Jeff at Closet-Tec! Halleluiah! They were focused on us and our needs. They did provide for all of our needs and with a smile. We ended up with a superior wall bed system with custom fabrication of our cabinetry at a reasonable cost, not cheap but not unreasonable either. The end product and subsequent service far exceeded what we had hoped for. Even after the install, we had a couple of small glitches and they were “Johnny on the Spot” without question and concern until we were 100% happy and satisfied. ABSOLUTELY TERRIFIC PRODUCT AND INSTALLATION ! ! !Closet Tec is the 4th company we have used in our 4 homes in Lakewood Ranch and Bradenton. Several new friends highly recommended I call Meg Mahoney at Closet Tec and so I did.Meg came and measured our 2 guest closets, Master walk-in closet with jewelry drawers, Master dressing closet, and large kitchen pantry to also house our media components. Her insights and suggestions were wonderfully helpful and we signed a contract for far less than either of the other 3 companies we had previously used.Installation was magnificent! Everything fit perfectly and was custom cut into the base trim making everything flush with the wall. NONE of the other companies we used did that, and THAT makes a world of difference for an elegant custom presentation.We are wonderfully pleased with the outcome in each room, the professionalism of the company and installers, and especially Meg Mahoney...AND we saved money on top of all of that...what a blessing.WE VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND CLOSET TEC ! ! !

My husband and I live in Hong Kong and we bought a second home in Bradenton Florida where we hired Closet Tech to fit out and customize the master bedroom closet. All correspondence and communication was done primarily via email due to time difference. I was able to visit the Closet Tech showroom (located in Sarasota, Fl) 6 weeks prior to installation in order to actually meet everyone, view the product, and choose the white wood color and silver hardware in person. Everyone at Closet Tech was very positive and helpful. The showroom was user friendly with various closet models to view and products to sample.On the day of my closet installation the wrong color shelves/cabinets and drawers arrived at the home. I had ordered white and a tan color came off the truck. My heart sank and I was almost in tears.( At this time I had two weeks to set up the new home before returning to Hong Kong)In the rush of emails back and forth there was a mix up. The cabinet color on the contract was listed as candle light . Not being knowledgeable on the names of wood, I thought Candle light was a type of white color. I never questioned it. I signed and sent back the contract. The two Technicians who arrived to install the closet were extremely professional and also so sweet to help ease my anxiety over the problem. I was assured a solution would be met to make sure I was satisfied. They contacted the office immediately and Terrie handled everything like a pro. My white closet was installed four days later ( talk about fast service) and the custom ordered white drawers arrived ten days later while I was in Hong Kong and the two technicians installed them with ease. The Closet Tech staff went above and beyond to make sure I was a happy and satisfied customer. There were no extra costs to me as the customer for the mix up and everyone was so gracious and kind when the situation could have been handled very differently. Its amazing how things turn out when people lead with their hearts.In dealing with Closet Tech right from the start they were very professional, friendly and knowledgable about their product. Their product is of very high quality and standards. Definitely value for the money. The installation technicians are professional, polite, friendly, orderly, and very conscientious workers. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend Closet Tech to family and friends. I cant thank them enough for my beautiful closet!
