I enjoyed every moment looking for my wedding dress at The Perfect Dress! My group and I were greeted so nicely and my consultant Sue made me feel so special! She definitely knows bridal dresses and which veil compliments a dress! I said yes to my beautiful dress and glowed with excitement when I did find the one! I was also taken care of by two owners, Kim and Trillian, they bring such kindness and genuine joy during the course of trying on dresses and purchasing my dress! I left beaming with the overall experience I received and I know other brides will feel the same as well! I highly recommend going here to find your dress! And a great selection of dresses too!

I went to the perfect dress last weekend and I had Julia helping me find my perfect dress! I absolutely adored Julia so much, she was genuinely on of the most kind and down to the earth people I’ve ever met. First of all, Serena is incredible. I made an appointment at The Perfect Dress while visiting my mom in FL to get an idea of what types of dresses I liked so that when we were really ready to shop, we would have some direction.When we arrived for the appointment, Serena had dresses pulled based off of my Pinterest board that I shared prior to my appointment. Im a mid-size woman so in the bridal world, Im plus-size and so being that this was the first time I would be trying on wedding dresses, I was a little apprehensive that there wouldnt be too many dresses that fit enough for me to really even try on.Well, after trying a few dresses that I obviously wasnt crazy about and as if Serena could read my mind, she kept going out and pulling different dresses and styles to make sure I was always comfortable. While doing that, she ended up pulling my dress! The best part is she found something a little different from what I thought I wanted and it ended up being perfect.In fact, I was so shocked that I actually left the day of my initial consultation to think on it but Serena knowing I was obviously in love with the dress told me they had one more appointment available the next day and I could come back to try it on again if I wanted.Sure enough, we went back the next day to try it on, say yes and purchase on the spot.The Perfect Dress is a beautiful shop with a ton of gorgeous gowns, I totally recommend! Also, Serena is amazing.

I was at The Perfect Dress in Sarasota yesterday… and yes I found my dress. Joann was amazing at helping me dial in on what I did and didn’t like while still letting me try on a few things (like a ball gown) that while I knew I wouldn’t end up with it my childhood self and sisters wanted to see.5 customers found their dresses while I was there, attesting to how well their staff is overall.

This was my first and last stop because I found THE PERFECT DRESS! Stephanie was my bridal expert and she knew exactly what I was looking for even though I was a bit all over the place with styles. She pulled dresses based on my pinterest board and I even got a chance to pull some of my own with my mom and soon to be mother in law.I wasnt sure about being able to find a dress within my budget of $500 but they have a great selection of sale dresses and the one I loved best was the one that Stephanie pulled at just within that range at $600!Having grown up watching Say Yes to the Dress, it was quite a surreal moment saying yes to mine and Im so glad I did.side note: I went in with the expectation to buy a jumpsuit which they did have a few of, but once I tried on the first dress, I knew the dress was the way to go for me.Start to finish, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend them as your first (and probably last) stop.Thank you Stephanie for your guidance and making me feel like the most beautiful bride to be!

From the moment I walked in and met with her to the moment I left and gave her a big hug she made me feel so special. I had an appointment with my sister in law, for us both to find our wedding dresses. We are getting married a month apart. Faith was my stylist, and she picked out exactly what I was looking for. She listened to what I had to say and made me feel awesome in every dress. She was super respectful of my opinion, and moved quickly. This was the first place we went to, and I am glad we did! I said YES to the dress, and so did my SIL. We had a great experience.

I had the most wonderful experience at The Perfect Dress. Julia was an absolute delight. She pulled five dresses that perfectly fit my style and taste (she literally was my hype woman the whole session). The salon was gorgeous and was filled with such beautiful gowns. My bridal consultant was Julia, and she was amazing. I made some alterations to the dress I chose, making it difficult to know the end result and to picture what I was asking. I was struggling with making decisions, and felt bad for being so indecisive, but man, these women made me so feel so comfortable and happy with my decisions. I had an appointment here on April 17th, 2021. It was my first wedding dress shopping experience & let me tell you they set the bar really HIGH!! My consultant was Theresa and she was AMAZING!! I was nervous of course & excited to finally find my dress and Theresa just immediately made myself & my entourage feel comfortable and happy to be there. The dresses were absolutely beautiful!!! All the staff we encountered were super nice and attentive. I was debating between 2 dresses each having something I liked better than the other so unfortunately I could not commit to a dress but Theresa made sure to not make me feel pressured & only say yes when I was 100% sure I found my dream dress for my big day. Julia made my entire experience there absolutely unforgettable! My appointment was on June 5th, I am very picky and honestly it takes ALOT to please me, especially when it comes to fashion. I went to a few other stores and I was really disappointed as they were not up to my standards nor the dresses where up to my quality that I was looking for. Absolutely the best experience! I went to several other salons from Tampa to Sarasota and this was far superior. My consultant was so thoughtful, thorough, and the selection was great. She truly listened to my feedback and kept bringing me new options until we found “the One.” They engaged my parents who attended and made them feel special too. Never made me feel rushed or pressured and on my second appointment, I closed the deal. I can’t say enough great things about this shop and their staff.

Short version: Everything about this experience felt like heaven. They have an excellent selection of dresses, and perfect lighting, rooms, and set ups to help you get the full-picture of your dress. Their consultants are incredibly friendly and charming, not pushy, and really help you find a dress you love. The owner, Kim, is very involved with her boutique, and does an excellent job making you feel welcomed in the space. And yes, I did say yes to the dress here!!Long version: Dress shopping has been overwhelming for me, so I went to my appointment alone. I cannot stress enough that if youre looking to try on dresses in a relaxed but uplifting setting, this is the place to do it! Cindy was more than my consultant -- she was my stylist, friend, photographer, and cheerleader. She quickly got my vision, and showed me a variety of dresses that fit my ideas. At every point, she and the other consultants on the floor did everything to build my confidence and make me feel beautiful. At no point did I ever feel rushed, or was I ever given a hard sale tactic. No This dress might not be available after today if you leave without it comments. It was a breath of fresh air. I ended up finding my dress and veil on my second visit, and it was such a celebration -- complete with champagne! I felt like a million bucks! I cant wait to come back for alterations, final pressing, and post-wedding preservations. Most importantly, I cant wait to wear my beautiful dress for my future-husband on my wedding day! I scheduled a wedding dress appointment for my younger sister here and exceeded our expectations. Faith was so helpful and genuinely excited to find the right dress for the bride. At the end of February My best friend who is from out of state had flown in for my surprise proposal, so the next day we thought we would look at dresses while she was here. We walked into the boutique and my first feeling was how elegant yet comfy it all seemed, I know not two words that usually go together but that was the initial feeling. I saw how busy they were (not realizing they were having their last day of a trunk show) we thought wed ask to see if we needed a appointment and to see how far out they were scheduling. Originally we were told they were booking out a few weeks but I when I mentioned that my best friend would be leaving the next day, they went above and beyond and worked us in. Cindy was the one who helped us and I seriously cant say enough about how amazing she is at her job. I had no real idea of what I was looking for but we picked out some dresses and so did she. You could tell she knew what she was doing, she listened to what things I was mentioning and what I liked or didnt like, she also watched the way I reacted to each dress. After her keen observations, she would go and grab a few more she thought I might like and helped me narrow everything down. All the while not rushing me (since they fit me in) or pressuring me at all. I had been so nervous and had such anxiety when we arrived and by the time we left I smiling ear to ear, I had so much fun and found the perfect dress, which ended up being one she had picked out for me. I was so impressed with everything and everyone there and want to thank them so much for taking something I thought was going to be so stressful and making so much fun. I would definitely recommend The Perfect Dress to all those brides to be that are looking for that extra something that will make the day you find your dress even more memorable.Post wedding day - I still agree with all my statements above but I will say you may want to have your dress altered somewhere else. I dont know what happened in between the week I tried it on last, picked it up and put it on for the wedding but the seams that were stitched and put in on each side, where it held tight to my chest to keep the dress up where it needed to sit, came completely undone. It made the dress hang too low so I kept tripping on it when I would take a step and ended up stepping right through the lace at the bottom of the dress because my foot was caught. I ended up having to wear the straps (that I wanted to only wear draped off my shoulders and remove for later) up over my shoulders. They were definitely not designed for that, it was very uncomfortable, left marks on them and still didnt raise it up enough, so I still kept tripping. Also, the necklace I bought from them I was not able to wear because the extender that we got from them as well was not the same connection as the necklace so it wouldnt work.So all in all the boutique was great, Cindy is amazing and the initial dress selection and experience was perfect. As far as the fitting I would opt caution and dont get distracted with other things and no matter what anyone says TRY IT ALL ON BEFORE the big day.

I would just like to personally thank all of the ladies at this boutique for making my special day magical ! It was so last minute with finding a dress. Due to Covid we made the decision to keep our date of 10/10/20 and stopped by to see options .. Stephanie was super attentive, friendly, and assisted with the whole process! Ladies, if youre looking for a dress put this place at the top of your search! As soon as you walk in you fall in love with the atmosphere. Steph helped us during our appointment and I cannot say enough good things about her! She considered my likes and dislikes, helped me narrow down my favorite 5 (yes I seriously liked so many of them), made me feel comfortable and was all around awesome! I did not think Id find a dress but Steph worked her magic and made things happen. On a plus side this place has so many dresses in ALL different sizes. Great selection, great employees and great experience!

My sister made my bridal appointment for me and I am so glad she did. All the gowns are gorgeous and the whole experience made me feel like a princess. My consultant, Stephanie, was more helpful than I couldve imagined. Before we arrived, she chose dresses based on my wedding board and completely knocked it out of the park. She worked with me based on my style and even threw in some wild cards that I absolutely loved. I ultimately chose one of the first dresses she picked for me, but she was patient when I wanted to try on a few more. I never felt rushed or that I was burdening her with my indecisive thoughts. I am so incredibly happy with my experience at The Perfect Dress. Stephanie was absolutely amazing and knew EXACTLY what to style me in! I came in with an open mind and she immediately found the Perfect Dress for me. The second dress I tried on is the one I knew was made for me and I tried more on just to have the full experience, but she did so good on the second dress that I knew the whole time that was my dress. This boutique in general was just perfect as an overall experience and I truly couldn’t be more happy with my dress shopping day! This was not the first place I went to try on wedding dresses, in fact, I had little hope when I booked my appointment having been to 4 other bridal boutiques (NY, LA, Palm Springs & even a Davids Bridal.. eeek!) and having pretty dismal experiences at all of them. Either the selection was not great or the available sizes made me feel very insecure and/or the staff was just not that pleasant. As soon as I walked into the Perfect Dress, I was greeted by the lovely Kristin, who took SUCH great care of me! I was there for 2 hours, and Kristin never seemed to tire of me (she deserves a MEDAL!). Now THIS was a bridal boutique like the ones Id seen in movies my entire life! The selection was ENDLESS, and it seemed each one had my size to try on! In the end, I tried on a dress brought over by Kim (a wedding planner who also works at the Perfect Dress) on a whim. It was THE DRESS and I ended up buying it and cant wait to walk up (Im getting married at the top of a staircase) the aisle in it! It was SUCH a departure from all of the dresses I thought I wanted and was trying on. That is why, said Kristin, all the ladies who work there poke their heads in to all the brides trying on dresses, because you never know! So many emotions when I went in to find my perfect dress! Cindy was absolutely amazing and I cant thank her enough for being so wonderful all around. She really got to know me and listen to my entourage and helped put all our thoughts into the absolute perfect dress. I was overwhelmed at the beginning just looking at the dresses on the rack but once we started trying on and narrowing down it was such a breeze. Cindy was the perfect match for me, she listened, and encouraged me to try new things that I wasnt sure about and it turns out I she knew best and I said YES to my perfect dress! I cant wait to wear it on my big day! I 100% recommend The Perfect Dress and request Cindy if you can, you wont regret it!

The Perfect Dress lives up to its name. Everything about my experience was perfect: the get to know you survey process, shopping for dresses, my wonderful consultant Steph, and trying on the dresses for my family. For a brief 2 hours, I actually forgot there was a pandemic, although everyone was masked up, because the entire experience was seamless and so magical. I cant recommend this store enough. I will be returning with my mother, future MIL, and maid of honor to shop for their dresses.I also want to give major kudos to my consultant, Steph. She was so fun to work with and I genuinely felt that she cared about her brides. She also payed very careful attention to my likes/dislikes and smartly helped me navigate the shopping process.

Stephanie was absolutely wonderful. She had pulled a couple of gorgeous dresses for me before I arrived. Then, when I got there she listened to a few more things i was interested in seeing and pulled some dresses. This boutique is beautiful. All the staff are professional and friendly. Stephanie made sure I felt comfortable and got to see exactly what I wanted. I would recommend to any of my friends.

Staff were warm and welcoming and accommodated my large group of bridesmaids to help me find my perfect dress. Huge selection and the consultant made finding my dress so fun. I also used their seamstress and she made sure the dress fit me perfectly. My sister just got engaged and we found her perfect dress here too!Love this place so much!

I found my dress, and it is perfect! My consultant, Julia, was so sweet and perfectly patient. There was absolutely no pressure and she gave my family and I time to look at each dress. I ended up getting the first one I tried on, because none of the others made me feel like a bride. No regrets, I love this little shop.

Amazing! This was my first time trying on dresses and I found the perfect dress at The Perfect Dress! I had a friend recommend this place, as i was going to go to Davids Bridal... and I am so glad I chose to come here! Every one was so kind and attentive. I felt like such a bride. Cindy was my consultant and she was THE BEST! She listened to what I wanted in a dress in the beginning, and as I tried dresses on and changed what I wanted. I tried on many dresses and Cindy asked if she could go pull ONE more dress, and she picked my Perfect Dress. She has much experience and really knows her craft. The dress had a little piece of everything that i wanted. Thank you to the amazing staff, and especially Cindy for helping me and giving me an amazing Bridal Experience! I will remember this day forever, and it was perfect! I did not feel pressured into buying a dress, and they help you navigate one of the most fun, and best days ever!I will recommend this store to everyone! They have a great selection of wedding gowns, bridesmaids, mother of the bride, and flower girl dresses!

This store has ruined my wedding dress experience. I would not recommend this store to anyone, unless you are looking to waste a bunch of time and money having an extremely stressful experience as your wedding dress shopping experience.I ordered my dream dress from here and was willing to drive 1.5 hours for fittings etc. because the dress store where I originally found it at had terrible customer service. I also came back and bought a 2nd dress for a 2nd (covid) wedding ceremony, spending a total of about $2,500 at this point. However, when it came time to do the fittings, everything went wrong. I was told I would have to pay almost $700 in alterations for the original dress (after they “estimated” it would be $400) because it was so big that they would have to take in the entire side seams – even the seamstress was surprised as to why it would be ordered so big. When I tried to ask why so much for alterations and why the dress was ordered so big, the manager Kim stepped in and was extremely rude and defensive (after I said I DIDN’T need a manager, just wanted to see the size chart to understand how they ordered the dress based on my measurements). I left extremely disappointed because that was such a wasted appointment, but that was just the beginning. Kim tried to remedy the issue by making several false promises. She wanted me to drive the dress back up to Sarasota the next day, leave it in an unlocked storage outside the store and trust that I’d get a replacement in time because she could order a new size “with rush shipping”. After making ME pay for overnight shipping, she did NOT put it in as overnight shipping and so the dress would not be there for another few weeks. She also failed to mention that the designer wouldn’t ship the new size until they got the old one back, resulting in more shipping time and never a possibility for “overnight” shipping. This all resulted in me canceling plans for other wedding planning things and missing work to make that 3 hr round trip drive to Sarasota 3-4 times in a 2-week span, which was continuously a waste of time because every time I arrived no one seemed to know what was going on. DO NOT TRUST KIM! Because she had messed up so bad, Trillian, one of the owners stepped in to try to help. She also made things worse. She was extremely rude and just wanted to argue with me, even saying that THEY bent over backwards to help me….?! I had spent over $2,500 at this point and drove up there so many times to try to make their “solutions” work. In the end, there was NO solution and NO DRESS because the right sized dress was NOT going to arrive in time for my wedding (even though they made me pay for overnight shipping). I ended up returning both dresses because my original dream dress was not going to happen for my wedding and I couldn’t even think about wearing any dress from this store. Because of all this, I ended up getting a $100 dress one week before my wedding and doing MY OWN alterations. Now I’ve ordered my original dream dress for my 2nd (covid) wedding from a WAY better store that actually understands customer service and is not just in it for the money.The only positive thing is that they have consultants and other people that do know what customer service is, hopefully the owners/managers can learn a few things from them! My advice if you do go here - they do have a large selection so find your dress and then order it elsewhere!

Definitely!!! Recommended the Perfect Dress! They are amazing!!! Very helpful!!! The have a number of clearance dresses, they aren’t pushy they want to make sure you get that exact perfect dress!!! Price is great for any Budget

Everyone at the Perfect Dress, especially our salesperson Faith, was attentive and accommodating. I didnt really know what I was looking for and Faith was able to match my style and even pull some selections I wouldnt have picked out myself, one of which ended up being the Perfect Dress! I was so excited to find my Perfect Dress and share the experience with my loved ones.

I picked out my perfect dress yesterday with JULIA. She was amazing, patient, sweet and made me feel so special. I did not realize how overwhelming the experience is of picking out a perfect dress but Julia made the entire process so smooth. She was so upbeat and positive throughout our entire time there. She very quickly learned my style and what I was looking for in a dress and was so helpful in picking out the perfect dress for me! She is AMAZING at what she does and totally made the experience at the perfect dress! So glad that we got to work with her! 10/10 Would recommend! :)

I had the most wonderful experience finding my perfect dress! Joanne was SO patient and kind! The entire staff is incredibly helpful. Every single person is willing to lend a hand. I did not feel pressured, I just really wanted to give them my business because my experience was so much nicer than other bridal shops! They let you look at all of the dresses, they make great suggestions, and they’re experts at picking out additional pieces to go with your gown! Other bridal shops made me feel like they were pushing me towards the most expensive dress and wouldn’t show me a price tag and some wouldn’t even let me pick out my gowns. At The Perfect Dress they are direct and honest. There are 600 gowns in here! You will find your perfect dress!

My first experience dress shopping for my wedding and last! I loved this place!! I’m so glad I decided to go, the store is beautiful, and the girls who work there are sooo nice. I had the pleasure of working with Cindy and OMG! Cindy is honestly amazing, she has soo much experience working with brides so she made my visit so much fun and quick. She was extremely kind and helpful Im so glad she was the one who helped me. I went in a little late to get my wedding dress and they managed to get my dress in less than a month after ordering it. I have told all my friends about this place. Not only did I say yes to the dress but to the best bridal girl Cindy!!!

What a wonderful experience the talented team of the perfect dress gave to us today.I’ve shopped at many bridal boutiques but Cindy has been by far the most professional and thoughtful. She was able to listen to what I wanted and what I liked and find me my very own perfect dress. The store opened for me on a day they were closed and Cindy came in on her day off to take care of me. The Perfect Dress is a beautiful bridal shop carrying some of the most stunning bridal gowns I have ever seen. I was here today to check out mother of the bride gowns because in all of my previous salon visits, the gowns were matronly and made for older MOB. I am happy to say Kristin was helpful and friendly assisting me to find the perfect dress. I chose a navy Cameron Blake by Mon Cheri, its a crepe fit and flare gown with bateau neckline and beaded illusion straps, that is stunning on. The salon agreed to ship the dress to me since I live in Pennsylvania. I had a great experience here and strongly suggest you make an appointment to see the beautiful gows they carry. Be ready to be treated like you are special in a beautiful environment. The Perfect Dress is the perfect bridal salon.

I went in nervous with an idea and a daily low budget. Stephanie was so nice and helped me find the perfect dress! I went in twice and she more than outdid herself both times. Everything was perfect and I can’t wait to see our vision come to life! I can not recommend Stephanie and The Perfect Dress enough!

My experience at the perfect dress was wonderful! After making my appointment, I was emailed a questionnaire which I filled out, in order for them to be able to pull dresses prior to my arrival based on my style and price range. Cindy pulled dresses that were exactly what I was looking for, and i left with my perfect dress!

I went here back in January of 2020. The ONLY reason I am giving 2 stars and not 1 is because of the DRESS and NOT the service. My first impression with a worker here was not good. My fiancé and I are in nursing school right now and cant afford an extravagant dress, so when I told the girl what my price range was, she made me feel AWFUL. Like, I wasnt welcomed if I didnt have more money to spend. I REALLY felt like I was less than because of that. And the whole time I was there I thought thats how she saw me because of her reaction. I was shopping for a wedding dress and the experience should have been WONDERFUL. But she made me feel horrible right off the bat. Trying not to let that bother me, I stayed... Then when I asked her what would happen if I lose weight before the wedding she said, OH no! Everyone says they will lose weight and they NEVER DO. I was belittled. Again. And guess what? Since Ive been there, Ive lost 17lb. So thank you very much, I WILL need to have my dress altered. The way I was treated was NOT the way I should have been.

What a selection of dresses! They range in prices, all beautiful! The staff is amazing, very attentive but not in a pushy way. Our consultant was FAITH, she was fun, sweet and honest.. she made the experience for the Bride to be so exciting and doted on her every need. Thanks Faith for making it a great day!

Had the best wedding dress shopping experience today with Julia! After trying on dresses at 3 other stores (out of town) I made an appt at the Perfect Dress. Julia listened to what I thought I wanted in a dress and let me pull dresses that I liked on the hanger. After trying many dresses on and not loving any, she listened again as I described what I wanted and came back with EXACTLY what I described. The dress is beautiful and totally fits my personality and wedding venue. So happy with my experience and extra thank you to Julia for being so patient & sweet!

She felt like a friend.I was amazed at their plus size selection, and when I called to inquire about their plus size samples, the woman who answered the phone was so sweet and supportive about it. It turns out they opened 30 mins early for us to fit me in on Saturday (but didn’t mention it!)It’s a beautiful store with really nice staff.Just a wonderful experience. I couldn’t recommend the customer service and overall atmosphere more highly.

Tina altered a gown I bought at a different boutique. She was so confident, calming, and wonderful to work with. She did an amazing job. I was so worried I wouldnt like my dress, but once I put on the gown with all its lovely alterations I fell in love with it. I went into my appointment at The perfect Dress with the expectation that I would try on dresses that I couldn’t afford but maybe get a idea of the style I liked. In no way did I expect to leave with a dress.But wow! They far exceed my expectations!Cindy was my consultant, not only was she warm and easy but she went above and beyond looking for dresses in my price range. I made 3 appointments with 3 different boutiques. I cancelled the other two after I walked into the Perfect Dress of Sarasota. This gorgeous, immaculate, sparkling, boutique. Julia was there to greet my mother and I with a smile and a hug right away. The staff is friendly, patient, and genuinely love what they do. Julia took special time and care to get me in and of each dress. It truly felt like I had one of my sisters with me. Vikki is so thoughtful and knowledgeable. Beautiful bridal shop with an amazing staff! The most beautiful space and the staff is the best. Kristin helped me with my dress, and although I went in knowing what I wanted, I love that Kristin made sure I exhausted all options and helped me decide on my final choice, my original, but nevertheless her guidance was invaluable. On to the next step of trusting a seamstress for alterations. Tina was FANTASTIC! She gave me her very honest opinion of what needed and did NOT need to be done, and found a perfect hem length for what I wanted in my dress, not what is standard. She was patient, honest and professional at my fitting and today when I picked up the dress, all finished, it was PERFECT! Tina is the one to see and I am so lucky she was my seamstress. Her beautiful Italian accent, patience and expertise made this dress become my dress. Wonderful experience at The Perfect Dress. HIGHLY recommend!
