Best dealer experience we’ve ever had. We bought a new Scout from them in 2019. Anytime we’ve needed service or minor warranty repairs they’ve been phenomenal. They will head over to the boat at the marina and do repairs which saves the hours we used to spend taking it out of the water and towing to dealer. We’ve recently moved further from the dealer and they still picked up the boat, put it on their trailer and pulled it to do routine service. They’ve continually went above and beyond.This is 4th boat we’ve ever owned and they’ve made us realize the absolute value of having a good dealer stand behind the boat.

I recommend most highly Viage group for your boat needs. I recently purchased a small boat that the Sarasota location received as a trade in. The process was straightforward and a really pleasant experience - I worked with Barry, Jamie, Robby, Andrew. Everyone was knowledgeable, professional, prompt and accommodating to the clients needs. Barry and Robby answered promptly (within a few hours) numerous emails and provided pictures to show the condition of the boat, fishfinder installation position, etc. As I came to look for a boat from NM, I had severe time constraints and Viage arranged everything - from the sea trial to the boat pickup - according to my schedule. The dealership has good connection with a quality trailer manufacturer and was able to receive the trailer in time before the holidays. The boat was professionally serviced and winterized prior to pickup. Viage left me with the impression that they are fully customer oriented and no purchase is small for them - and they sell some high-end boats. I will contrast that to Palm City Yachts who spent more time talking about how important they are and implying that small boat purchase is not worth their effort. In summary I highly recommend Viage group.

I have some not so nice comments that I will keep to myself concerning Andrew of Viage Group. I will say that my wife and I made an appointment to view a boat he had advertised some two hours away. We showed and he was finishing up the paperwork with another buyer for the boat we were to look at. Disgusted, we got back in our car and headed home, wasting half of our Saturday for no good reason other than greed. Ethics are not a part of his work habits and this showed thru with a two hundred mile trip for nothing. Im going to put this in the rear view but you should know the type of people you are dealing with.

Some nice boats but a lot of competition in the price range. There are more boat stores in Sarasota than you can shake a stick at. Salesman was good. Took time to explain differences between boats and prices. While I found one I like, I think it pays to shop around and see what is available in your price range before deciding. Also a good idea to ride in the boat before buying and to have a clear understanding of why you want the boat and how you are going to use it. This company has boats in different price ranges of different types.

We are about to buy our second Scout from Viage. We would not go anywhere else. The customer service is amazing. Everything is explained, and when you forget, there is always a friendly voice on the end of the phone to help. We were planning a trip with friends on a Sunday. Sunday morning we had a problem. Within 30 minutes, Casey was at the dock and our trip went ahead. We cannot say enough about Ryan and Dylan. They are the epitome of honesty, integrity and professionalism. We highly highly recommend Viage to both family and friends. You literally cant go wrong!

Worked with Ryan and Alex from Viage Group on purchasing a new scout 231 bay boat from them.. They were extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable, They went out of there way to help fit my boating needs. Dealt with several other salesman from other boat dealerships and I felt I was in a shady used car lot.. Definitely was not the case working with Ryan and Alex.

Wow, dont say anything negative or you get the look of death. I was looking for a boat slip and a sales guy chaced me out the door to see if I wanted to see their boats. I simply mentioned I liked the Scout till driving it and felt it was too light and got thrown around in the water. Yes I was being honest only to be told he sells 150 a year. Like I am an idiot. I am glad you sold 150 a year and almost said how many werte traden in for Bost Whalers but didnt. Scout is a nice boat but in my opinion, not for the ocean. I then said I bought a new boat and i/o (or looking to buy one) and he said, good luck with that. Beware when entering this place. If you dont like it, just run for the hills. What a lousy way to speak to people
