I went here when we first got into town for vacation based on reviews that I read on Google maps and Im so glad that I did! The prices are really good and they have great selection and excellent customer service! 10/10 recommend.

Really good deals on cigars and alcohol but you have to look for them.

If youre looking for anything to drink from beers wines and the hard stuff youll have no problem getting it here.and they carry ice as well.

My friend turned 21 today. Keeping with the tradition of going out and buying a drink for yourself, I took her to my THEN favorite booze store to buy herself alcohol legally. She picked out the beer she wanted and we all paid, when she went to pay the cashier refused the sale because apparently in his mind, you have to be 21 for 24 hours to buy alcohol No, No you dont. Never has that ever been a law and I sure as hell have never seen that as a store policy. We went down the road to ABC wine and they sold her first legally purchased booze there.

Love everything about this place - staff, selection, prices. They now carry the best tasting margarita mix - RIPE. It’s cold pressed juice so it’s in the cooler. I’ve mixed vodka, whiskey & rum with it and it’s delicious with everything.

Extremely rude older man. He told me in a very rude tone “we’re closing up now, you need to get here before 9!!” acting so annoyed. The doors were closed up. It was only 8:45pm! Never going here again.

They ripped me off.I visited thier website and clicked on Sarasota Specials finding a ad for $2.00 off for up to 2 bottles of 1.75 Liter liquor. I went into the store purchased a 1.75 liter bottle of Gray Goose Vodka and a 1.75 of Beefeater Gin along with some beer. I had the ad in hand when I checked out and the cashier told me that it was not valid, telling me that it needed to come from a newspaper. I explained that I took it right off of thier website and there were not any restrictions listed. He simply blew me off and would not give me the advertised $4.00 off of my order.Why have a tab labeled Sarasota Specials showing a ad and then refuse to honor it? I emailed the store and expressed my displeasure, asking them to respond. They did not respond to my complaint, obviously not caring about their false advertising and customer satisfaction, which is why I took to posting about my experience.

These guys have posted that they are open till 9pm, but they locked the doors and turned off their sign at 850p. I even knocked and they ignored me. They clearly dont care about their commitment to their customers and are too lazy to work a full day!? Ill just go to Normans on Clark.

My wife and I just moved into the area. We normally shop at Norman’s Liquor but we drove by this place so we decided to check out the prices.We asked the management a question about a certain wine because we wanted to buy a case, and he was rude to us and didn’t bother helping us find one. I will not be going back to this place anytime soon.

Rude people work there.Was buying beverages for my wedding and obnoxious man behind the counter made me walk out. They lost out on a $3000 sale. Their poor attitudes and loyality to NO CUSTOMER SERVICE is more important to them.
