Good quick professional service.

Lately, the shelves have been pretty barren and I am lucky if I can find what I came in for. I have to go to another supply store (which has friendlier staff) and find something comparable by a different brand. I have also requested a new card every time Ive gone in, and they are always out. This used to be my go to store, but now I wish the other store carried the brands I like as they are a lot more helpful and I always have a pleasant experience.

I have to buy supplies and the store at Tuttle and Bee ridge in the morning has the rudest sales girl. She needs a good attitude adjustment

Went to this store yesterday. VERY!! disappointed. I couldnt believe how out of stock they were. And the EMPTY shelves . I thought stores had gotten restocked after opening back up. Salon centric please make sure when hiring store employees, they need some knowledge of hair products. That would be good. Ive been seeing that in a lot of your stores.

I went as a student to make an account and the lady was very rude and wouldnt accept my student I.d at first. She threatened to get me into trouble if I didnt bring back a license in a few weeks and it was all over a 14$ bottle of olaplex bonding oil. She also ignored me and my mom when we came in. Was rude about a complement I gave her(I said I liked her hat) and talked trash about my teacher in school because she had her prior. Not helpful at all...rude. and Ill be taking my business to cosmoprof. Those ladies are always helpful. Saloncentric thought I was trying to scam them out of a membership card..lady if I wanted that bad I would have ordered it online or gotten it at sephora....this was the worst experience Ive ever had with a salon supply. Not to mention half the shelves where empty. So when Im asking for help she cuts me off and said well we are out of everything so whats there is there...ok rude.
