If I could give 10 stars I would! Walked in without an appointment after having gotten a flat tire. Within 30 mins the tire was fixed, donut tire removed and back in place. Very honest, nice people. Talked to 2 people on the phone. First one insisted that my car uses run flat tires when THEY DO NOT. So I doubled check just incase and Teslas have NEVER come out of the factory oem with run flat tires.I tried to call to let them know that they made a mistake, and the 2nd guy ended up getting loud and said 90% of Teslas come with run flat tires.This is almost as bad as going to chicken filay and having them trying to convince me they dont serve chicken.Theyre likely mistaking Tesla noise deadening foam with run flat tires. the foam is NOT REQUIRED.Please educate these your techs or send them back to schoolI had to go to Tiresplus next door if anyone needs they actually have techs that know what they are doing.

This place is like dealing with your hometown tire shop - they treat you like old regular customers- I had a flat on a rent suv and Matt (the manager) let Anthony take a shop jack and changed out the tire for free! I gave him some cash, but didn’t have to! I would go out of my way to trade with them!

Walked in and they fixed a flat while I waited in well under an hour. You never want to have tire problems while on vacation so I was glad to have found them.

I had tires installed on a set of aftermarket rims and Matt at Tires Choice really went out of his way to make sure my experience was great. I called Tire Choice and Total Care in a pinch for rims I wanted to get put on my sisters car for her birthday as a surprise. When I called at first a gentleman named Scott was very polite and helpful on the phone. He informed me that I could have the rims delivered to the business and can install them for a small fee, even taking the old tire off of the old rim, and putting it on the new rim. When I called a follow-up time after I ordered the rims I spoke to another nice gentleman named Mike. He was extremely helpful and friendly as well. I was able to get the rims ordered on Thursday, delivered on Tuesday, and installed the same day. One of the best customer experiences Ive had in a long time.

It has been a wonderful experience at Tire Choice. Sunday was the second time I went to this location. First time they have helped me out when my tire blew up and they accommodated me. The second time it was a nail in the tire, which was fixed very quickly after being turned away from 2 other places. Even though they had cars waiting to be worked on, they were able to fit me in and did the repair in 30 min. Thank you so much, Scott, for the outstanding customer service.

Scott & everyone at Tires Choice was a great help! We were visiting Sarasota for the weekend and got a nail in our tire on a Sunday. We were about to drive across state to West Palm Beach when we saw the nail sticking out the side of the tire. The first place we went was unsympathetic and told us we’d have to wait all day. Family and I were in Siesta Key for vacation. Night before 765 mile trip home I found a screw piercing one of the tires on my F150.Took it to Tire Choice next morning on our way home. They could repair in about 2 hours, due to full workload.I went and bought a plug kit from nearby parts supply, removed screw and successfully plugged the hole. The shop manager had me pull up to the bay and a tech checked my air pressure and added air until set at 40 psi like the other 3....all free of charge.Good folks and much appreciated. Made the 12 hour trip home to Nashville with no problems.Thank you,Andy Kruck

Ive been taking my cars here for a couple of years now for both tires and auto repairs. I have older cars and I appreciate that they are honest about what needs to be done and what can wait. They have consistently done great work. These guys are trustworthy and super helpful. Ive always had a good experience.

I was having problems with my front tires shimmying when my car reached 60 mph, and I has just returned from two paid, failed attempts to get Pep Boys to diagnose and repair. The Tire Choice quickly diagnosed a problem with the cambers and was able to replace and then balance and align my tires. When I returned to the road, I noticed that the problem was resolved. Although many times we want to go cheap, cheap is not always the answer. This visit cost me more money than I had anticipated, but I now have the satisfaction of knowing that my loved ones are driving a safely operating vehicle. Thank you Kenneth Brannen and staff.

I recently stopped into Tire Choice to repair a tire that had a screw lodged in the tread. Having already been to two other tire stores that couldnt accommodate me for several hours I was happy to learn that Tire Choice could patch the tire and have me on my way in 30 minutes. Michael the store manager and his team did a great job so look no further when you need tires or service on your vehicles.

My battery was dying and I tried to get my car to Tire Choice. I broke down on the street behind the shop. It was after hours but an amazing employee of Tire Choice, Terry, was still there. He stayed behind and helped me push my car to a parking spot and off the road. He was concerned for my daughter and my safety. The staff fixed my car the next day, trying to save my original battery to save me money. I was so grateful for Terry and the whole staff. Went in for an oil change without an appointment, they were busy, The store manager said we can get you in shortly, after about 10 minutes, Rick pulled my vehicle in and started my oil changed, with in 45 minutes, my vehicle was ready. They even rotated my tires at no additional charge, gave me a courtesy inspection form, I was very impressed with the service there, friendly, professional atmosphere. I will definitely go back, and will tell all my friends and family to go to that location.

Steven Phillips is the man. He and his team saved my butt. I needed a mechanic at the last minute, the day before a holiday, after the competition went home early. Steven fielded my call en route to his shop, put my car on the lift right away and walked me through the work required.Within 5 minutes the issue was identified, communicated and repaired better than new. What might have costs hundreds in labor and fees at other shops, Steven did at no cost to me. This shop is ethical, hardworking and most important, honest. Go to Steven and his team when your car needs it. He and his team will take good care of you.

One tech is all it takes to make or break a business! I have been a loyal customer here for a while at this precise location.The manager, John M is amazing and knowledgeable, he deserves 5 stars.If not for a particular tech and his attitude at this location, this would be a 5 star review. However, during the time this tech did my alignment the last time I came in, he was complaining that everything is difficult on my car and that it was giving him too many issues and nothing was easy. I heard him say he does not want me to come back because he doesnt want to work on it and he would prefer me going to another location.I get it, its your choice to turn down a customer if you are uncomfortable with the repair and send them to the dealer. But he was not uncomfortable on a knowledge basis, he was uncomfortable on a lazy basis, he just didnt want to do the hard work!The service manager tried to help me out and speak to the tech but I ended up leaving after an hour wait with no service and no answers!Instead of trying to help customers and make money for the business, this tech, Will N, is turning people away and losing revenue for the business!Needles to say, corporate was called and I will avoid this tech like the plague. If the work is too hard for you, then you dont belong in the shop!John M - 5 STARSWill N - NO STARS. 0!Overall this shop is clean and the wait is short. Customer service is good except for the one bad apple.

I had bought battery from them couple year back with 3 year warranty. But the battery went bad after couple year I went in to replace it .They charge me almost $ 100 for installation charge thats almost the cost of the battery at Sams club plus free installation. If they had charge me reasonable price i would be satisfied or If i had the option i could have done it myself.you are better of going to Sams or Costco which will honor their deal then these guys.

OMG!! They are THE tire experts!!I own a 2019 Mustang. It has been back and forth to two Ford dealership four times to fix a persistent vibration. I was told by Ford to “deal with it” because everything was “within allowable tolerances”...but my brand new vehicle had annoying vibrations from 35-75 MPH. I went to The Tire Choice and talked to Scott. He recommended a road force balance of all four tires. Three of four tires were out of balance...but the Ford dealerships told me my tires were balanced...NOT! Within 45-minutes they had my tires balanced and back on my vehicle. My vehicle now drives perfectly with NO vibration at all! I HIGHLY recommend The Tire Choice. They just earned my tire business for life!

My car starting making this terrible squealing noise when you was driving, but it went away when I stepped on the brakes, I was close to the Tire Choice in Sarasota, so I went to see Rick, I asked what it could be and he said probably the brakes, this was on Halloween late afternoon, and I was going to take my daughter trick and treating. Rick said he could do a quick evaluation and let me know if it was safe. After about 15 minutes, he came to me and said my brakes were down to the wear indicators and that’s the noise I was hearing, he gave me an estimate for the repairs and said they could have it done in and hour and a half. Which they did, and I was still able to take my daughter that evening, great job and well done.

I brought in my girlfriends Mazda today for a oil chnsge, new wiper blades and checkup and was so impressed with the service that i later brought in my Jeep too! Scott F. was phanominal from the warm greatinf we received to the promptness of completing all the service. I had a noise under my car every time I turned right, I went to see Rick at The Tire Choice in Sarasota. Rick actually test drove my car and pulled it into a service bay. After inspecting my car he noticed the plastic inner fender liner had been rubbing against my tire. He was able to get it reattached and now my noise is gone, great job, great service. Thank you

I go to The Tire Choice myself to get all my car repairs done, I had a situation where I was out of town and my wife’s car would not start, she was able to have a co worker give her a jump start, and I told her to go see Rick at The Tire Choice. When she got there, Rick took the car in right away, found it was the battery that was bad, he installed a new battery, in no time at all. I have frequented The Tire Choice store on Derek Ave in Sarasota, FL numerous times over the years for tires, oil changes & maintenance. On 8/14/2019, I came in to have a tire repaired and get an oil change (invoice#122439). The tire in question was not able to be repaired & a problem was also found with the other rear tire so two new tires were in order. The work was performed and on my way I went. However, as I was reviewing the invoice later, I found 3 erroneous additional charges for work that was not performed in the amount of $63.58 (from a final bill of $636,53). I called and left a message for the manager; didnt hear back. Two days later, I stopped in the store to get the issue corrected; the manager was not there, the employee made a copy of my invoice & wrote a note to the manager. I heard nothing back. Today, I stopped in again and spoke with Michael the manager. I was informed that, though the error was on his part when completing the transaction, there was no way he could give me a refund in the store, that it had to go through corporate and it would take a month. He offered to give me my next oil change (synthetic) at no charge but, at this point, I simply want my money back due to the transaction error he made that I found and had to constantly run down since no one called me back. Sorry, cant help you, hell put the refund through and Im to call him to get a confirmation. Really?? In the days of instant payment through various means, this company cant provide a simply refund in the store FOR A MISTAKE THAT THE STORE MADE? Dear MONRO/Tire Choice, you have lost a loyal customer who has spent at least $2000 (maybe more, I lost track) over the last few years because you lack a simple refund process in your stores to remedy a $63.58 mistake that YOU made. To those shopping here, check your invoices BEFORE leaving the store, look for additional wheel balance charges that may NOT have been done; you DO NOT want to be in a position to ask for a refund!8/30/19 UPDATE-I reached out to Tire Choice Customer Service today (as recommended via Facebook message from corporate) and, lo & behold, problem solved! Teresa was very helpful, was able to pull up my invoice almost immediately and set up a refund that I should see on my credit card by next Wednesday. Sure enough, it didnt take a month to get a refund and could have been handled in the store. Kudos to Tire Choice/Monro corporate for being very responsive and solving the problem; thank you, Teresa for quickly getting this done. However...I STILL have not heard back from the local store (manager was supposed to call me with a confirmation that he requested a refund); this issue could have been so easily handled on the local level and took way too much time & effort on everyones part to fix.

Great service, I had a nail in my tire and needed to get it repaired, they had a shop full of cars, and Rick said he would get me back on the road in no time. He wrote up a repair order, told me to have a seat in the waiting area, next thing I knew, 35 minutes later, my tire was repaired and I continued on my trip.

I woke up to a flat tire this morning, so I put my spare on and went to a Walmart near me, they could not repair due to the size tire it was, so I went to The Tire Choice in Sarasota, Rick went and checked my tire out and said no problem, we can repair it. After about 35 minutes they had my tire repaired, rebalanced and the spare tire put away. They also checked the air pressures in my other 3 tires. Great service, great price.
