Cars of Sarasota was an amazing place for me to finally purchase the vehicle Ive been searching for almost a year. Chris was super friendly, knowledgeable and took his time explaining everything. When looking thru the lot, you can tell that they take their time in selecting the vehicles that they offer to the public. I purchased a very clean Lexus LS430 which was very well maintained and Chris and his staff you can tell still went out of their way in order to have the vehicle ready for me. I drove all the way from Miami to pick this beauty up and would highly recommend their dealer and business overall.

Yesterday I purchased a vehicle from Cars of Sarasota and was extremely impressed with their professionalism and honesty. Chris Berloni was great to work with during the entire transaction. I would recommend them and will be back should I need their services again.

I called to see if Chris was flexible on his price. He told me via email that he was. I called to inquire as to his best price and he told me the listing price was his best price. Chris then proceeded to chastise me for not looking at the vehicle before discussing price. I told him Id prefer not to waste his time or mine before seeing if he could reduce the price. He then told me I am not permitted to ask him questions and I cannot make an offer for the vehicle prior to looking at it, even after I told him I was willing to discuss the final price over the phone and commit to a purchase, sight unseen. He then told me, my lots not for you, bro, and Ill sell this vehicle for $13,995, then hung up on me. Poor attitude, poor service, and uneducated owner for sales. Ive never had someone trying to sell a car give orders to someone trying to buy one - definitely a different species here. Good luck to those who purchase from this guy.

Chris (local owner), Anthony, Paul, and Mike fixed the A/C, window motor, and sliding door lock on my 2006 Dodge Grand Caravan while I waited!—very personable, professional, and reasonable. Chris was clear about not trying to sell stuff you dont need—which was reassuring. You cant get service like this at the corporate chain or dealer shops. Excellent location near Clark and McIntosh just before the tracks north side of Clark. After decades in automotive sales and service, Chris is the chief now and he knows how to pick his help—Anthony is great, Paul is excellent, and Mike is very good; obviously very experienced and personable. I highly recommend Cars of Sarasota.

1 Star only because there is nothing below. I bought a car from them in 2016. They assured me, it would be able to run without an issue for few years, mainly because it was a car owned by one of their mechanics and he took good care of it. A year after and every issue possible from replacing steering pump, steering rack, entire cooling system, AC system, master cylinder... etc...I have spent more money repairing that lemon than what I originally purchased the car for. Other mechanics that look at the car have told me that most of the problems were certainly pre-existing and Cars of Sarasota were for sure, well aware of that.

I have been a customer of Cars of Sarasota for years now. I have used them exclusively for vehicle and muffler repairs over the last few years. This place is definitely the best repair shop I have come across so far. The work was always done perfectly and was very reasonably priced. Nothing was ever over-charged, nothing was ever missed. Very easy buying experience. Bought a 2012 Chevy Silverado 2500HD. I wanted somethings changed/added to the truck and they were happy to do them. Also, had a problem with the truck after about a week (needed a high speed balance) and they covered the cost of that. Recommend these guys to anyone!

Ive always had great service everytime Ive gone in Cars of Sarasota. Its a place I know that I can feel comfortable sending my wife alone when I am not able to take her vehicle in for service. They have never pushed her to get repairs done that we did not need. I have referred many friends in here and they were all happy with my suggestion. I even got a referral fee for sending a friend in who purchased a car. Chris, the owner and his staff have always taken care of us! I highly recommend going in here instead of those chain places that just rip you off!

I just bought a 2006 Ford Escape from these terrific guys. The price was right and the car looked like brand new. I came in with a broken arm from an accident which totaled my 2005 Escape and was able to replicate the exact car. After buying it, I noticed it a couple sounds I didnt hear on my initial test drive. They did a total diagnosis of the problem and repaired it, no questions asked. Buying a used car can be a crap shoot but I would trust Chris, Anthony, Paul and crew anytime. I promise I am just a customer, unsolicited and totally recommend them!

BED EXPERIENCEMy ac didnt blow cold air. And I went this place, before I went I checked reviews. Reviews were positive. But I got there disappointment experience. I been there Monday morning they checked my car they told me that I need sun load sensor and price 86 part 180 labor around 260. I left 100$ deposit and they told that car is gonna be ready tomorrow, so Wednesday morning while I tried to go this place I got call from them and they said they received wrong part They ordered part again but afternoon car will be ready. They didnt call me afternoon. I called them, they told me they received again wrong part. They said will give call tomorrow.Tuesday afternoon one guy called me, and he said they changed sun load sensor but didnt work and also he said he changed air temperature sensor or filter but still didnt work, he said I need to change compressor which is cost me 800$ plus whatever ever he changed. Total around 1200.And I told him if my compressor bad why you didnt tell me first when you plug the computer. And I said I dont want you fix my car not even compressor not even any sensor,But guy on the phone told that I owed them 450 $, And I told him whatever you changed just take it back because they dont make my ac work so I dont wanna pay for nothing . Then I went there Friday to pick my car . One guy gave me the bill . Bill was 290 this time.And we started argue, while chris came and he told me . If I you dont want to pay dont but I wont give you back 100$ your deposit .1) I was totally right because they kept my car for four days and they didnt diagnose exact problem even they used computer.2) after this what I think, my plate was new jersey plate and I wasnt from this area thats why maybe they try to charge me things.3) THE BIG PROBLEM . I PICKED MY CAR BUT IT DOES NOT ACCELERATION NOW. I DONT KNOW WHAT THEY DO. I AM GONNA SHOW MY CAR TO NISSAN DEALER.

Chris and Anthony were both beyond helpful in my first car buying experience. I had a complicated situation between financing and the fact that I was taking the vehicle back to Virginia. The whole process from start to finish was honest, polite, and most importantly, very straightforward. I purshased a very clean truck both inside and out. After bringing the truck home to virginia, something came up with the check engine light, they were more than willing to help fix the issue. I would recommend this as one of best used car dealerships in southern florida. Granted, I drove all over both virginia and florida looking for a vehicle. This place really stuck out to both me and my father who are skeptic used car buyers.
