After having my vehicle tuned up before my vacation my water pump broke. I called my service tech and he informed me that this was the closest land rover service location to me, so I had my vehicle towed but unfortunately it arrived after closing. I called at 4:05 on Saturday the following day, and they had just closed. So since I was on vacation it was not an issue. I called Monday I was told to leave my name and number they would get right back to me. Never happened! I called again and finally got a hold of Denise who said they would look at it that evening or Tues morning and she would call me Tuesday afternoon with the diagnosis. That never happened! I called late Tuesday afternoon and asked for the status. I was told it was the water pump and cost. I gave the okay and was told they would have the vehicle ready Wednesday late afternoon. I know long story. But this is where it gets interesting; when I arrived I observed the 2 customers a head of me being handled quite rudely so I knew this was going to be fun. I finally had the pleasure to meet Denise who came out just to tell me I must be confused she never said the vehicle would be ready! Their mechanic would be working on it in the morning as the parts had not arrived (and take a guess?), now its Thursday around noon and still no call. If I am going to get my vehicle I must drive 3 hrs to that location as I have returned home from vacation and must return my rental. So I head out that way only to receive a call as I am 3 miles away to tell me that the mechanic has had a family emergency he had to tend to. Now I feel for this person but I didnt know they only had one water pump mechanic. I leave a voice mail today because as you can tell Denise is extremely busy. I hope she is being compensated well, only to receive a text message informing me that they will let me know MONDAY, when they will free the hostage. Little did they know that I review every place I visit on Google and Yelp! And a Range Rover owner since 1998! And by far this has been my worst experience with service.
