Great place. Got gear oil to replace rear end gear oil.... Needed vacuum hose for my intake below, but didn’t have it. The help was 10 X better than Discount Auto Across the street which I was there for 30 minutes looking around without one person asking if I needed help. Autozone on the other hand asked me not only instantly but took me to the products and picked them out for me and they were busy. So even without the vacuum hose which was for the PCV valve + for an additional mod which is a additional fogger nozzle for my methanol injection system. Obviously I don’t expect that kind of stuff, but basic vacuum tube would have worked for what I needed.... Still 5 Star as the service to me was the key!

I am happy to have stopped here and was helped by Josh for windshield wipers. He was straightforward about my selections and installed them for me. I loved his customer service attitude - he helped me, didnt over sell me and I drove away a very happy customer!Thanks Josh!

Offer help rather quickly but I cant stand that Taco smell from that Cart next door. They were supposed to be shut down from Health Svcs.2 years ago from cockroach infestation. Yet they continue to serve food under different names. Eat at your own risk!! 🤮🤢

These guys were super helpful! Didn’t just try and sell me something. They tested my battery, tried charging it for free. When that didn’t work they hooked me up with a new battery and I’m good to go! Would highly recommend them based off customer service.

I had an engine light come on...So I stopped by Autozone and Josh M. assisted me.There are signs on the window that state, If your engine light comes on, we can help! So because of Covid ... Josh could only help so much...He gave me the electronic piece to put into the under of my dash/ steering wheel.I held it ... but, what was I looking for ..???Josh was so nice and patient... he ended up having to do it himself..!I understand the Covid limits and where it puts businesses and their people in certain situations..Truth, I really could not have done this..I needed a Mass Air Flow Sensor..I asked Josh how important is this part and long can it wait or not..?He gave me all the information by mouth and a paper report with the description of the part and how it serves my car. Super Kool.I will be back to buy this part, because I need it.Thank you Josh M. for doing the extra.Teri

My headlight was not showing. I called and met the manager outside, he did before i sell it to you, let me check it. The light bulb was simply loose and he tightened it up and i drove off without spending money but I will next time because of this experience.

As any Auto Zone always helpful this time had Jeremy help me quick and recommend me the Best product for my vehicle and was very professional aside from his special condition I praise Auto Zone for giving people with special needs the opportunity Amen.

I will admit im not the most experienced mechanic. However my serpentine belt came loose due to a leaky water pump. I was told I needed a mechanic from multiple people stating it was too hard of a job. I needy to rent a tool and Josh helped me. He showed me how the tool worked and I.changed both the serpentine belt and water pump myself and it was no easy task but Josh helped ease my mind and it was nice to have someone say its able to be done. Thank you Josh. It meant more to me then you know.

Employees arent bad but they arent really welcoming either. No offer to help or to make sure we were able to find what we needed. The wait was a little long but someone finally came from the back to help out.

I came into this location to get some advice about a leaking tire valve and the specialists Monroe and David were very helpful. Monroe not only took time to show me their products for tires, but gave me advice on what shops in the area do the best work and are most affordable when it comes to tires. Definitely impressed with their willingness to help beyond just the sales aspect.

They are alright but when fixing something and didnt have the part instead of the associates informing me of there free loan a tool deal they tried selling me a tool instead. Fixing my car in there parking lot was nice and some employees are helpful.

Zero customer service. Walked in and waited at the counter. And waited. Made eye contact with the employees. Waited. More eye contact. More waiting. Not one be right there or just a moment please. No acknowledgement whatsoever. I get it if someone comes in the store when youre busy or in the middle of something. I dont expect for anyone to drop what they are doing to help me, but standing there talking (not doing any work) without at least saying be right there is unacceptable. I will take my business to a competitor.

Usually has what you need. The tool rental program is great. However they have often ordered parts for me and told me when they would arrive, and they show up days later.

They a really know there cars and trucks and will help you with any questions and have Awnser for you. Thats rare at a parts store. Usually they act like they know everything and dont know Jack.
