After a yr of trying to sell my tonneau cover, we were able to, and went to Cap World to meet the buyer who drove down from Gainesville to pay to have it R&Rd. He had been quoted $150 before hand, which was reasonable...but after completing the work in about 40 minutes, and handing the owner of CW the $150, he handed my buyer $100 back, which was unexpected, and a fantastic gesture by CW! I did order my new Cap that day, and would definitely refer them any business in the future!

Went with my buddy. We ordered a Undercover truck cover for his Nissan Frontier. The staff ordered and two days we went back for the installation The crew did a great job and the product was excellent looking. If u want anything for your truck stop by and check it out.

We went into the store on Saturday at about 2:30pm. There was one person working and he was in the back. We looked around the truck toppers that we had come for and finally, about 15 mins later, the guy comes out of the back. No smile, no how are you doing, just looked at us and asked us what we needed. Someone else had come in at this time and handed him keys, he told her they close at 3:00. Then he looked at us again and we told him what we were looking at. He did not bother to show me the different models of the toppers or how they worked. He just said that one over there is like the one you have. Didnt tell us anything about it and just said that he did not have it for my truck. I asked how long it would take to get in, he exhaled and walked around the back of the desk and attempted to look it up on the computer. After about 5 mins he said it will take a few days never asking the details of my vehicle. I will pay the extra $150 and drive the extra 55 mins to get this at another store just to feel like I am somewhat important.

Ordered what i wanted, a topper for a Ford F250. No pricing flexibility, had to wait several weeks for a non-stock item. The installation was completed in a timely manner, with good workmanship when it finally arrived. Would go back.

Brian did the installation himself and did a great job! Walked me through the features and services they have and I even purchased a bed mat for my truck. I hope this is my last need for a topper, but will return in the future if needed!

Everyone there is nice and knowledgeable. My cap came in on time and the right color. It was installed in one hour but the wiring wouldnt work where they wired it so they had to re-wire it. That took another half hour. The only thing is, the location I was at needs an overhaul in their waiting room.

I called to see it they had a cap for my F150. They said they had one in clearance due to it had scratches on it. Brian told me to come down and look at it. They had it out when I got there so I could take a good look at it. I live clear across the country in Washington State so I was a little concerned about buying in Florida. Brian took the time to discuss with me what I needed and this cap met all my needs at a very good price. I told them I would buy it and they had it on the truck in about an hour. I am very pleased with this purchase and highly recommend Sarasota Cap World!!

We are Phoenix Automotive, called cold ordered a bed liner for one of our pickups said 3 to 5 days, on third day it was in, A good quality Pendaliner they installed it very quickly and it looks great they have got our business thanks Brian.

The service, and the work that I had done, was first rate. Theres NO question that I would return for any further work, or equipment that any of my trucks may need.

Cap World had to hold into my cap for a few extra days because of Hurricane Irma. They had no problem with that and when I finally was able to get it installed, they did a great job and seriously got it done very quickly. All the electrical works great on it, too. I ordered some extra screen covers because of my dog when I found out they could get them also. Just waiting for them to come in and will head back to the best place to get a cap and great service!

I purchased a cap and a in bed tool box on October 3rd. Paid in full $5000.00 plus dollars. Was told it would be two to three weeks to get in. On the first of November I called to see if the cap was ready. They called me back at the end of the day and told me it must have been damaged when they loaded it on the truck and would have to make a new one. today is November 27th, still no call to let me know the status of the items I purchased. I would give no star but it wont let me. If anyone from the company could call me and let me know how my order is coming along that would be great.

I recently got pet screens covering the regular screens on my side windows on my cap. They are the greatest and I dont have to worry about any of my pets possibly escaping through them! Cap World recommended them (I think Ron was his name) and they are the greatest thing ever! Well worth the expenditure!

Purchasing a new Dak Flip 4 bed cover for our Ram 1500 and found Cap World to have quality products and installation, if theyd been willing to negotiate on prices a bit and givin the waiting room a good cleaning theyd of gotten 5 ☆s.

There was a good price on an existing to that was advertised on their Marketplace site on FB. I inquired and went in and the person at the desk refused to honor the price claiming it was a different one but then the same night the price on the marketplace shot up to the price he quoted me. Never will go back there.

I contacted Cap World by Email. I was interested in a tonneau cover. They quickly responded with a suggestion and an invite to the shop. They were very pleasant and professional. Good people to deal with. I would reccomend them to everyone.

Lock assembly on older cap wore out after several years. Parts were installed quickly once the parts came in.
