Professional and courteous. My car was repaired on time and I was able to pick up and return the rental car at the same location where my repairs were being done. Very convenient with up dated text notifications along the way.

Very professional in taking care of the repairs to my car. Updates were constantly sent to my cellphone on repair status. Estimated completion date was on par. No delays, no having to return the car. Was satisfied with the repair work, the job was almost perfect, except that the inside of the cabin was very dusty. I had to spend some time re-cleaning the inside. But over-all, I cant complain. Will use them in the future and highly recommend Service King. Jim was great!

On two other occasions, service was great. But not this time, communication was poor, also many excuses on when job would be complete.

These guys even changed a fuse and replaced a missing screw on the bug guard! The little extra things are what make the experience! They beat their own estimate and my vehicle was ready a day early! The Service King on Washington in Sarasota gave me one of the best experiences for a usually stressful time. They were very quick to get me in and get my car started. They were very kind and cautious during this pandemic. I appreciate the text updates and every step they took to make it stress-free for me. Will definitely recommend and will be first on my list for car repairs!

Ive been to several body shops over time. Service King was able to get the job done quicker, without any confusing issues with my insurance carrier, and completed the job sooner than expected.No issues! Everything is perfect!I would highly recommend them.

If I could give this Company no stars I would, they are very dishonest. I went here per my insurance company Allstate recommendation. When I called them I told them my car would be towed to their shop through the towing I pay with Allstate, They convinced me not to use that towing service that it would take much to long. They convinced me to us their towing and lead to believe it would be covered. I didnt have the funds to cover the estimated cost of repairs at this time, because I have a $1000 deductible< so now they tell me the towing will be $100, so I explain what the other person had said. I got Im sorry but Im sure we didnt say that, after numerous calls to Allstate and them to try and get this resolved, they then informed that in order to get my car I would have to pay the towing bill. I get there and now the bill is $149, after I had been told $100, and was informed that was what it was all along. They lie and cant keep their stories straight. A honest business would have owned up to their mistake and not charged at all, but apparently are not that type of business. Buyer beware make sure you record or get everything they say in writing or they will take advantage of you. I intend to seek legal council on this. Take your business anywhere but here.

Terrible service with this place..Allstate insurance sent my elderly Mother here to have the rear bumper on her car replaced after it got lightly rear ended.. very simple repair. Or so it should have been... its only a new bumper.Mother goes & picks the car up after the work was done.. drives 6 miles home & by which time most of the warning lights are lit up on the dash when she gets home with it..When she called this place to find out why, the answer she got was..Quote Well it was fine when it left here, therefore it was not their problem!!That is just appalling service to a pensioner who was then left feeling badly let down by this place & was afraid to drive her dysfunctional car.A car that drove just fine before these people got their hands on it ..But less than 20 mins after leaving this place...its not fine.. far from it.This place should be ashamed of themselves!!To say we were not impressed with their go fix it yourself attitude is an understatement!!As for the woman that seems to run Sarasota branch.. she has zero customer care skills at all.. very rude & obnoxious!! Most unhelpful person in business I have had the misfortune of dealing with EVER!!I ended up taking the car to a PROFESSIOAL company...Turns out some of the wiring connection plugs behind the new bumper that this place fitted were bent and damaged..it may be something to do with the crash... But probably due to their shoddy work as it was fine after the crash.. even right up to when it went to service king it was fine.But either way this place did not fix it correctly.. thus making all the sensors & safety systems on the car inoperable.....Trust this place with your car at your own risk!..If your insurance tries to send you here.. I suggest you decline and ask for it to go a professional shop for repairs.. where you might even get some quality customer service too.Message to service king .... Dont bother with your very generic reply to reviews left for you asking me to get in touch... I did that 2 weeks ago and you still have not got back to me as you promised...So unless you would like to reimburse me for my time & loss of earnings spent getting this car fixed properly (which is a job Allstate contracted YOU to do in the first place) then I have zero desire to hear from you again.

The only reasons why I would say that this should get one star is because I can’t do anything lower and one of the guys behind the front desk with gauges had amazing customer service. But anyway I live in Bradenton and my sister came from Rye Rd off SR64 to take my to pick up my car from Service King because I got updates that my car was suppose to be done today (5/15/18). When I got there I was told that parts were delayed so my car won’t be ready until Friday (5/18/18). I simply asked the older gentleman when was he planning on notifying me if I didn’t show up when I did and his response was “it got away from me”. I have been without my car for a month now and I’m so displeased with this place now I know not to come here again. NOT WORTH IT!!
