Best body shop in the area. Fast, efficient, polite and pristine work completed.
Professional shop....great job! Top-notch service and repair
First class body work, highly recommended!
Did not fix the issue with my car. In fact they created a new issue with the condenser
I cant say enough about this place... The staff is amazing, the work they do is second to none. Will always recommend them for any autobody work!
They used to do great work, on two different occasions they did work on my 2014 Audi and it wasn’t until i was informed by a specialty mechanic who looked at the car that found over 20 bolts and screws were missing from the front bumper and headlamps. The front bumper and drivers side head lamp was where Eldridge did the work prior. Really disappointing to say the least, most of us expect all the right pieces to be in all their designated spots when you get your car back from “professionals”.
Professional, attentive, and so easy to work with. Brought my 2018 GMC for body and paint work, could not be happier with the outcome and how easy they made the process. Highly recommend Eldridge.
Great quality of service, extra clean when I got the car back. Good price, too! Family owned and operated!
Highly recommend! Did great body/paint work on my car. Couldnt have asked for better quality of work
They did a beautiful job in a timely manner. They are very professional and friendly, I would recommend them highly.
The best ever. Do very good work
Absolutely DO NOT GO there!!!! They use to be a high quality body shop but not anymore. Save yourself the grief!!!!!!
Small town feel. Excellent service!
Good place, very trustworthy and excellent work!
To me, the best sign of a good repair is no sign at all. Ive had a couple of vehicles repaired here over the years, after repairs were completed Ive examined the affected area. There was no sign that any damage had ever occurred. Wonderful family business, they take pride in their work.
I had the hood on my car repainted and discovered a very small area on the passenger fender that was chipped when the hood was put back on. When I took the car back one of the salesman gave me some touch up paint! I called two times and left a message asking the owner to call in regards to the poor level of service, no response.
I arrived for an estimate and was greeted by a very sour faced man who flatly said he would look at the car bit his computer was down. He never smiled and nearly THREE weeks later, has never called me. I would not do business there!
This is a family owned and ran business one of the best body shops youll find here in town theyve been doing business for 30 some odd years here in town and theyre great to deal with always friendly and willing to answer any questions you have
Eldridge Body Shop is the only body shop I will trust to repair my vehicles. I first encountered them when another well-known, big-name body shop in the Sarasota area did a shoddy repair to one of my cars. After several attempts to re-do the repairs I took my car to Eldridge who, after identifying the poor workmanship and repairs done to my vehicle by the previous body shop, repaired my vehicle to perfection. I could not tell it had even been repaired. The original body shop paid Eldridge for the re-do of the repairs. Since that time I have had several repairs done by Eldridge to another of my vehicles, as well as friends vehicles. All are always to perfection. They are an independent, privately (family) owned and operated business since 1978. I cannot emphasize enough the quality of their work, and excellent customer service! Save yourself time and aggravation - dont take your car anywhere else for quality collision repairs, done with integrity.
Paints high end autos with attention to detail. If your looking for the least expensive, go elsewhere. You pay for what you get.
Great quality and ambience; high prices.
I was there two years ago but still remember the nasty adjustor Mike. The worst person I have dealt with.Didnt do the repair with them, why would I?I dont recommend them to anyone!!0 stars!
A little nervous after reading some of the reviews but found everyone very professional and work was excellent. BBB also gave them A plus rating.
Great customer service and great work!
Great work guys! The car looks amazing! Thanks again!
0 stars. Took my Trans Am to them for a sail panel replacement. Got the car back in deplorable condition, covered in soap film that was cooked into the clear coat. It would not polish out, so they got it back to fix their f* up. Dave Jr. gave me an attitude about it, like it was my fault. Strip & reclear the car. Got it back from that covered in shallow scratches & holograms. Polished all that out but found an area that still has the soap film on it. Save yourself the aggravation & take your car elsewhere. Pathetic service from a company that USED to care.
Very satisfied with how they treated my car. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
As a new Gulf Coast resident from S.Cal, I stopped by for an insurance estimate for some repair work that my car needed due to damage it substained during an auto transport.I met with their adjustor Mike, who was absolutely clueless about the type of paint they would use during the repair. He showed his true “moron” characteristics when he stated that my damage was normal wear and tear. Then he copped an attitude & got mad at me claiming that “no one can tell me what to say”. He then asked me what I wanted written on the estimate. Wait a minute, I thought that Mike & Eldridge Auto Body were the experts...NOT!!!BEWARE! I wouldn’t take my dump truck to this dump! You folks have been warned! No new car dealership on Clark Road would even recommend Eldridge!!! If I could give them ZERO stars I would!
So I went to Eldridge body shop because I had a car accident and I want to try to get my repairs done after they charged me $8000 for a fender bender I drove away and as the days went on I noticed that my steering rack and my steering was completely off and he made weird noises brought it back in and ask them why they didn’t take care of the problem with the rest of the claim and they said oh well it’s not like we can actually see the problem and I told the guy mike if you would’ve just driven my car and felt that there was a clicking noise every time you turn the wheel you would’ve been able to see that there was an issue with the steering wheel what an answer for a body shop and to get out of trying to pay more money already after they’ve already paid out 8 grand from my insurance co.!?!! Never again
I chose this place based on their Yelp reviews, but I wish I had taken the time to review their Google reviews as well first. They repaired my driver side rear door, which I have no issue with. What I do have issue with is that they somehow managed to ruin my steering wheel. When I pointed out the large portions of surface area that had been removed from my steering wheel, they suggested it was normal wear and tear. Maybe, but then it all happened over the 4 days they had my car. They did agree to get back with me on the damage, but after two weeks, they came back with the same lame story instead of acknowledging the damage done.To me the worst part is I cant even begin to figure out how that type of damage could occur on an exterior repair. Its almost like someone intentionally damaged my car.
Excellent. Highly recommended
I actually didnt get work there just the customer service when I walked in and the guy I dealt with was a complete dick. Go somewhere else if you want to be treated like a human being and not like a rodent.
We referred a great customer here with a collision repair of over $8000 you would think they would have painted the hood scoop but no they wanted another $200 dollars it will be the LAST CAR we will ever refer and we have sent dozens they are the highest priced shop in town
