Very disorganized, terrible people to work with. Too many chiefs and not one of them knows whats going on. Their furniture selection looks nice on the surface, but is mostly doctored up and bandaged together. BUYER BEWARE. They will lie about shipping to their customers just to make the sale. The owner is EXTREMELY rude and dishonest. Loves using F bombs!

Love this place! Options are amazing, you can do everything here from changing upholstery to repainting and redoing to suit your personal style. Very unique pieces that cant be found elsewhere. Employees and owner are very helpful.

I had procrastinated too long to arrange for a double chaise lounge that I had fabric for in one of our vacation rentals and guests arriving in one week. When I stopped in for pricing I learned they had a six week backlog and no chance to meet my deadline. Not wanting to put this needed task off any longer, I agreed to their time line, as their pricing was fair and I needed to bring my project to completion. I was stunned to receive a call four days later to pick up my completed chaise lounge. Workmanship was outstanding and customer service way over the top. Would not hesitate in recommending, using again or purchasing refinished furniture from these wonderful people.

Worst customer experience Ive had furniture wise to date. Ordered my dresser over a month ago and still I sign of it. The studio never communicates unless I call them upset. Their associates do not value customer service and they work with poor quality vendors. Stay away.

I entered into a consignment agreement with Mission Avenue Studio for items to be sold online through One Kings Lane. Two items were sold, I received a check for my consignment net amount and the check was returned NSF. When I finally got the bookkeeper (Slavka) on the phone she told me that she only writes checks and is not responsible for whether or not money is available. She referred me to the owner who is Bernabe Samosa. He had just arrived at their facility and promised me he would replace the check with cash the following day at my place of business. He never showed up and now when I call their office it goes to voice mail.I sent them a certified letter which is the first step in the process as recommended by the Florida State Attorneys office. If they do not respond after 15 days I can then turn it over to the State Attorney for help. BE WARY OF THIS BUSINESS AND MAKE SURE YOU ARE PAID WITH CERTIFIED FUNDS.

This business has a really poor quality supplier base and if something goes wrong is totally defensive and unwilling to find solutions to problems . Definitely to be avoided, particularly since there are others in the area that value their reputation and the importance of trading ethics.
