Fix Auto gets a 100% satisfaction in my book. When I first walked in the door, I was welcomed by Ed who immediately stepped out to look at my truck and start a quote. After getting the quote, he advised me to work through the at fault partys insurance, instead of doing cash as the at fault party wanted. Ed explained in perfect detail why, with hidden damage and rental fees, it would be cheaper in the long run for the party at fault. We ended up using insurance, and once I dropped off the truck, Manny quickly drafted the repair agreement and Ed drove me to Enterprise for my rental. I got an update the next day that it would take 7 days, and to my surprise it was ready 2 days later! Their repair service is incredible, their paint blending and professional job made it so that no one could even discern that the fender and flare were not original. Their customer service is top notch too, very down to earth team that doesnt try to overbid and under deliver. Their original cash bid was almost exact to the dollar to the actual cost of the repair that was sent over to the insurance company.These will be the guys I send anyone to when they ask me for advice for the best auto body/collision repair shop in San Diego.Thanks for being so kind, accurate, and quick!

After being in a pretty bad accident, I was referred to this location by my friend/insurance agent. Nothings worse than being in a stressful situation and then having to deal with people who are rude or not helpful. That was NOT the case here. Ed, was so kind and helpful. I felt like he genuinely cared about my safety and did everything he could to make things as easy as possible. God forbid, I get in another accident.. but I know where I’ll be going for any other work or repairs. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

I own a 9 year old Toyota Tundra, its paid off and has low miles so no way was I going to sell/trade for a newer one. It had some clear coat fade on the roof and had it refinished. I brought my car to Jorge at Fix because I know he has amazing customer service and does great work. He fixed a dent on my bumper and repainted the panel. It looks brand new again! I was overly satisfied with the work I got done to my car at fix it auto Santee. They went above and beyond. My car looks brand new. They fixed and replaced the bumper, a dent that I never thought I was going to get rid of above my rear driver tire, and the undercarriage that always scrapes when I park in a parking spot with a cement block. The turn around time was quick and efficient. The professionalism was superior. I was super impressed with the thorough communication via text and phone. Well I took my truck there since it was right off the freeway that was great. First of all good location I went in for an estimate I got a good price for everything that had to to be done to it. They gave me a ride home, they dealt with the insurance, got me a car rental and then they even dropped off my truck at my home once it was ready. THEIR VALET SERVICE PROGRAM IS SO MONEY! I didnt even have to go pick it up, they dropped it off at my house!! Very satisfied. Thank you Fix Auto Santee.

I had gotten 3 estimates for damages done to my rear bumper and the passengers side door panel. Almost had the job done through an auto body up the road but something told me to have FixIt in Santee do the work. Jorge gave me a competitive bid but what I really liked about Jorge was how honest and thorough he was as he pointed out the work that needed to be done for future passengers safety, with advanced equipment to do the job correctly. Everything looked brand new in the end like it was a car directly coming off the manufactured production line. He gave me 2 options, a third party bumper or 1 directly from the manufacturer. On February 15th, 2021, I brought my car to Fix Auto Collision in Santee for repairs to the roof of my Honda CRV 2017. I had suffered two small dents to the roof of my car causing the paint to chip and flake. I met with Jorge and he explained how the roof would be repaired. He emailed me a competitive quote. I did my homework and chose Fix Auto to complete the repairs. I dropped off my car with Manny who provided me daily updates, and ensured me that my car would be safe in their garage overnight.On February 19th, 2021, I received my car back and it looked fantastic. The work was so good I had to refer to pictures on my phone to determine where the dents were. They did a fabulous job, kept my vehicle safe overnight in the repair shop and Manny did a great job keeping me informed. These guys were honest, professional and true to their commitment; time of completion and quoted price.I would wholeheartedly use this business again and recommend to friends, family and co-workers. Whenever I need auto assistance, I have used Alex Dorias recommendations. He has a unique knowledge of the industry. Teslas dont go to Mercedes specialists. im pretty smart, but when he said this, i thought, how silly of me. Why would I send my vehicle to a place simply because my biased insurance company told me to? Alex is truly a master of his craft and is honest in the location your vehicle should be going to for repairs. Since then, I have met his partners.
