SCAM!!! My husband bougth shoes for hes work and they were uncomfortable and also they were womens which the cashier never told my husband when he was paying. We came back and they said they cant do nothing about it NO EXCHANGE! no nothing that he will had to wear them like that.

They didnt have what I was looking for today (Muck Boots), but they have a lot of other great stuff. The place is pretty big. Its like a pint sized Bass Pro Shop, but out in the middle of nowhere. That staff are pretty nice and helpful.

I didnt know there was such a variety of work boots, some steel toe, others without, some for wet weather, others for dry, in many styles and colors for men and women. Great selection and price range of wet weather wear, jackets and pants. Friendly, helpful staff.

If I could, I would leave 0 stars. We came in looking for work boots for my husband. Not once while we were in the store, which was a good 15 to 20 minutes, were we acknowledged by any of the staff. When we did find a boot that my husband was interested in, the staff was in the back and unavailable to the customers. We ended up leaving and taking our business elsewhere. Because of the lack of service they lost out on a $160 sale. We had a similar experience two years ago and wont be coming back after this one.

We came to Work World to buy a good (and pricey) pair of work boots. The sales person (young man) stood in front of the 3 of us re-lacing the boots we were trying to look at. He kept his back to us the entire time, saw me out of the corner of his eye but never turned around once, never asked if he could help us find anything, just stood there lacing a boot chewing his gum. We were literally 2 feet behind. I guess this business is not interested in selling work clothes and boots to working people. My son even googled the store before we got there and it had 2 stars for poor customer service but we really wanted work boots and thought it can’t be that bad. It was worse!

Older woman was very rude, Im pretty sure she was the manager too which is even more pathetic, Im came on my harley lookn for work pants, had my back pack on cuz I was riding obviously, no service at all, just yelled from across the store telling me I need to bring my back pack to the counter before I shop. I guess they thought I was there to steal. Im a trucker and a hard worker, I dont like that.

This place has workwear for my family. But i feel the staff does not help me the way they help others and I do shop frequently. Its time to find another place to buy my families workwear.

All of there clothes are expensive, none of their rain gear last more than a day or work. Then they rip. The shoes are ok quality but go in knowing youre going to spend a minimum of 100 for shoes, 60 for pants and 40 for shirts. But sweatshirts are also like 60. My only complaint is to not buy your rain gear here. Super thin fabric....

The customer service here is a joke. Went in looking for the Carhartt high vis rain gear specific the Sherwood jacket. Asked the guy at the counter and he didnt even know what a insulated/liner is in a jacket. He said there is no way to tell what they have or to see if other stores have it. He went to get someone else and the lady said that they cant get items they dont already sell. If its not been stocked they cant order it. Then she proceeds to tell me I need the Sku number if I want her to looks it up even know I just told her the model number. Then I ask about the FR rain gear from carhartt and she tells me they dont make anything like that and they can not and wont order it cause its too expensive. If a customer comes in looking for rain jackets that one costs 165 and the other approx 350 and they wont even attempt to order or to even look to see if they can other it, they should get out of the business of work clothing or hire employees that can answer basic questions or know anything about customer service. This place is an over priced joke.

Lady who helped me with boots was totally rude and took no time to answer my questions. Avoid the mean lady with frizzy hair at all costs unless you want to feel degraded. I have been to this store on previous occasions and had no problems. Not coming here again. She just lost this store a customer.

The store itself is good but the employees are lacking. They all frequently hang around the cash registers making multiple trips across the store if you have a question or need a fitting room necessary. And they all seem to have a I want to be anywhere but here attitude. I shop here because they have products I need but its never a positive experience.

Vidited this store while working in the Santa Rosa area. Its near Costco and if you blink, you might miss the entrance to this pkace. Parking was at the back of the building. Good selections and fair prices. One of the bigger stores I visited in Northern California.

I buy s/s Carhart t-shirts at WW. Within the same size, the shirts vary in how they fit depending on the color. The navy blue shirts fit loosest of all, while the other colors fit more snugly, even if they are all labelled the same size.

Notice all the reviews with rude and unfriendly...... Treated like I was there trying to run a scam on a return, or steal items. Wish my company didnt use this establishment. I feel dirty from this experience. If you have a company voucher be prepared to be treated like you have no choice but to shop there.

Needed to return my Danner boots for warranty repair or replacement. called and spoke to Brenda, she was the rudest person I have spoken with at a retail store. I will be sending my boots back to danner myself. I will never shop at that establishment again.
