Very professional and helpful. I came in with a rear flat tire. During inspection they saw that my front two were extremely bald, with one even having a small tear. They were very thorough in explaining all my options. And when I went to pay, the gentleman pointed out a 10% discount for me that I otherwise wouldve missed.

Got a good price on a set of tires. They quoted a time and had it done 30 minutes early. Happy with our experience.

Customer service sure isnt what it used to be here. Ive been coming to valley for years. Eric, Buzz, and Chris were the best. They always knew how best to handle my vehicles. Now I go in, it takes forever and I dont really know anyone there. They seem like they dont care when Im standing in front of them. The phone is way more important. Bring back the starting team. Time to bench the 2nd and 3rd stringers. I am looking for a new shop to take my cars. Anyone know a good one?

I walked in and half the employees were unmasked, indoors. The two older men in the office looked at me pointedly, just waiting for me to push them on it... I have pre-existing conditions that mean a case of covid could be dangerous. I was so disappointed to see that the management here does not have respect for their employees or customers, as I have been coming here for years. Took my business to Costco. Im broke and they were more expensive, but at least they will do the bare minimum in ensuring clients safety.

Family owned old fashioned professional service. Safe distancing set up for waiting room and service dept. Coffee and tea and tv for customers. Quick turnaround. they are honest about what your car needs and doesn’t absolutely need while working within your budget.

Valley Tires & Brakes work on my 2005 truck and did a brake replacement they let me know some other components of the brake system were worn out and needed to be replaced. When I got my car back I was happy it felt new. They get busy so I would recommend setting an appointment, and it looks like they take their time which is good. A friend of mine recommended this place because he has been going here for over 15 years. The dealer had told me that I needed new brakes and I brought my car here to get a second opinion and they said my brakes were probably fine for a while. It was nice to not have to spend that money. They also have loaner cars which is helpful.

Went in to get tires for my truck. They gave me a very fair price (I shopped around) and also also did a few other minor things that I asked them to do (no charge). They were professional and polite. On top of it all, they gave me a loaner car for free so that I didnt have to sit around in a waiting room. On the whole, a great experience.

I wrote a very positive review two years ago and my opinion is only strengthened by the additional visits since then. Staff continues to be courteous and competent and they have never tried to up-sell me, which I sincerely appreciate. Work is always done as promised. I generally bring a book and wait for my vehicle as estimates of repair time are always accurate. In short, they know what they are doing!

I called 45 minutes before closing asking for a flat repair since it was the closest shop to me and I was going to drive to Mendocino they said ok, Went in 30 minutes before they closed for the flat tire, the owner acknowledged me and said he would get right with me after talking “nonsense” with a customer for 15 minutes, he then turns at me and says sorry I can’t help you with 15 minutes on the clock, for a patch that takes 10 minutes at the most, was also willing to pay extra for there “great service” however he had no intention of helping someone in need.

I went in to change one tire but they insisted i go with 4 as the other three were in terrible shape. They were professional and extremely obliging. I drove off with a minimum wait. The car felt like a new road warrior. Thanks guys for doing a great job!

Weve been going to Valley Tire and Brake pretty much since they opened. I think the first time I went there was around 1974-ish. We wont go anywhere else because of the honesty, the quality of the parts and the workmanship. Not to mention the fleet of courtesy cars!

My right front tire was slowly losing pressure - I asked for an appointment that same day which they gave me - but I went down early, willing to wait. Well, they took me in early - fixed my tire and had me ready to go within 25 minutes at a reasonable price too.

I was a first time costumer. Unfortunately they wouldnt allow me burrow a courtesy car =(. I am 22 years old and have car insurance. Noticed,that they loan out a car to a girl that looks younger than 18 when i went there in the morning. Most likely due to the ridiculous amount of money her parents probably spent throughout the years. I guess that age restriction is 26. Although I notice a Junior College Parking Permit of her car. Just saying.Research! Im sure they do go work over priced but we do live in Sonoma county

Weve been getting our tires here for years. The loaner cars are especially helpful, or they have a waiting room with a couch and TV if you would rather wait.
