Explained to the technician what was wrong, provided them with the part needed to complete the repair, they had the car for over 6 hours and nothing was repaired, I was simply charged $155 for a diagnostic recommending that the part I had already supplied them with be replaced. Unfortunately this was not the experience I had looked forward to for the week and a half I waited for an appointment.

I recommend Larsens Auto Repair to everyone. They are so popular they are booking appointments two weeks out. However I called because I had a headlight out and they fit me in the next day. They do excellent work and are also kind and considerate!

What a truly phenomenal company! Honest and accommodating.The issue on my car wasn’t something they handled, so they actually took it to the muffler shop for me to have fixed. They offered a free loaner car on top of it. All for $50 and I didn’t miss a minute of work.Ron made a couple of recommendations I should consider having worked on but reassured me everything was working well and running safely, which I greatly appreciated.They have a life long customer in me now!

I took my BMW in to this shop because it was dieing at stop signs and stop lights. Martha was great at the front desk and took my car in right away. She was courteous and helpful. Ron, the owner and mechanic in charge was a huge help. He was easy to deal with, very accommodating and affordable. They worked hard to give good service that was on time and on estimate. Since my car was there I have now sent in my wifes car and she had the same experience, except they came in UNDER estimate. AWESOME!

We had a hard to confirm the problem kind of repair. One that nobody wanted to deal with but the folks at Larsen Auto Care were willing to take the time. The repair ended up being covered under a warranty which they had no issue with dealing with a warranty unlike other repair shops in the local area. Awesome repair shop that has earned all my vehicle repair needs!

We have taken all three cars to Ron over the years and have always been very happy, not only with the results, but also with the communication. They dont try to pull the wool over my eyes (as a woman) and explain everything in as much detail as I can handle. Martha is a delight and VERY efficient. In fact we have one of our cars in there now for a diagnostic.

I agree with Carlos. Entire staff is great. Ron has taken a lot of time with me to go over details and options for my truck. Suggested I did not need a certain repair until later. Plus he likes my jokes.

I take my Chevy Impala there they do my work, my husband takes his Volvo therewe wouldnt let anybody else touch or vehicles but themmy mother-in-law takes her vehicle there hes honest and good prices
